Abstract

The main problem of this study is how can the work motivation influence the librarian performance in UPT Library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. Then, this problem is broken down into some sub-problems or research questions, such as 1) how is the work motivation in UPT Library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar, 2) how is the librarian performance in UPT library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar, and 3) how much is the influence of work motivation toward the librarian performance in UPT library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. This study employed descriptive statistical research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all the librarians in UPT library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar, with a total number of 33 librarians who became the respondents. The procedure of collecting data in this study used a printed questionnaire. Then, the technique of data analysis was done by using correlation and validity test. This study aims to know about the influence of work motivation toward librarian performance in UPT library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. Based on the result of the data, the variable of work motivation (X) had a strong influence on librarian performance (Y) in UPT library of Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar, the value of pearson correlation was 0,667 or 66.7%, then the significance was 0,000 < 0,05. These values showed that the variable of work motivation (X) influence the librarian performance (Y) simultaneously in 45%. Meanwhile, the leftover in 55% was influenced by other variables. The implication of this study is that the other researchers will take the topic of work motivation toward librarian performance into account and observe it deeply to measure how much is the librarian performance can improve the capacity of library's visitor, which depends on how much motivation that can be given from head of librarian which can affect the prosperity of the librarians.

Abstract

The development and increasing use of digital technology causes various changes. That”s made convenience and cause disruption and threaten the continuity of the existing profession like accountant. This study aims to determine that accounting skills, digital literacy and human literacy have a positive effect on the job readiness of accounting student. The population is undergraduate accounting students in the city of Padang. The research used convenience sampling technique. Determination of total samples using the slovin formula. The number of samples is 376. Data collection using by a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed with the SEM_PLS. The results of this study conclude that partially accounting skills, digital literacy and human literacy have a significant positive effect on job readiness and simultaneously this study concludes that accounting skills, digital literacy and human literacy have a significant positive effect on job readiness by 74.8%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan data mengenai (1) Pengaruh minat menulis terhadap kompetensi menulis bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia guru SD IT AL Ishlah Kecamatan Turikale, Kabupaten Maros, (2) Pengaruh pengetahuan teori bahan ajar terhadap kompetensi menulis bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia guru SD IT AL Ishlah Kecamatan Turikale, Kabupaten Maros, (3) Pengaruh secara bersama minat menulis dan pengetahuan teori bahan ajar terhadap kompetensi menulis bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia guru SD IT AL Ishlah Kecamatan Turikale, Kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan teknik korelatif. Adapun populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru guru SD IT AL Ishlah Kecamatan Turikale, Kabupaten Maros tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 berjumlah 24 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pengetahuan teori bahan ajar terhadap kompetensi menulis bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia SD IT AL Ishlah Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros, dengan besar pengaruh 59,70%, (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara minat menulis bahan ajar terhadap kompetensi menulis bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia SD IT AL Ishlah Kecamatan Turikale, Kabupaten Maros dengan besar pengaruh 55,29%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikans secara bersam-sama pengetahuan teori bahan ajar dan minat menulis bahan ajar terhadap kompetensi menulis bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia SD IT AL Ishlah Kecamatan Turikale, Kabupaten Maros dengan besar pengaruh 59,66%.

Abstract

E-government uses information technology to change government relations with citizens, the private sector, and other institutions. The importance of identifying e-government performance cannot be separated from the use of the website. Thus, assessing the website quality is very important as it helps determine the quality of e-government services and improve service processes. In almost two years of implementing e-government in West Sumatra, there has been no evaluation of the provincial and district/city government websites, which are the primary tools for implementing e-government today. In the Covid-19 pandemic period, the website's role has become more critical as a means for the public to get the latest information regarding developments in handling the pandemic. This study focuses on assessing and evaluating the level of maturity (maturity assessment) of the provincial and district/city government websites in implementing e-government and its relationship in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Forty websites were assessed for their e-government maturity in this study. The website consists of 19 district/city websites, one provincial webpage, and 20 websites for handling Covid-19 for each district/city and province. The maturity assessment was measured using the United Nations (UN) e-government maturity model. This study found that government websites are still at stage 1 and stage 2 maturity models. Meanwhile, the Covid-19 handling website is on stage1. It is hoped that the government in West Sumatra will pay more attention to improving e-government through websites in the current pandemic era.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an innovative and creative process of creating products or services that add value. Entrepreneurial interest can arise with activities that train interest. This activity aims to help PKK (Family Welfare Development) Nagari Kamang Mudiak to have creativity in creating business opportunities in the form of batik. The word batik is thought to have come from the word 'ambatik', which translated means 'fabric with small dots'. Batik training activities are carried out using lectures, practice, and discussions. The batik training was held at the ZUMFAKEYA Nagari Kamang Mudiak Training Center, Kamang Magek District, Agam Regency. Participants are PKK in Nagari Kamang Mudiak. The batik training was held on Sunday, 06 November 2022. In the initial stages, the service team coordinated with the Nagari government to gather the Nagari Kamang Mudiak community. Then continue doing batik training with the tools and materials provided by the service team. The carrying out of batik training for the Nagari Kamang Mudiak community was also attended by the Head of the Agam Regency PKK, Wali Nagari Kamang Mudiak, several community leaders, and of course, the Nagari Kamang Mudiak community. Based on field analysis, the people of Nagari Kamang Mudiak already have basic skills in batik. The results of this training activity made the community very enthusiastic. They realized that entrepreneurial interest could arise from batik training activities and the firm will of the batik training participants. The conclusion from this activity showed that several PKK mothers could make batik (canting and colouring). It is hoped that this training can be carried out on an ongoing basis and become a type of business for PKK in Nagari Kamang Mudiak in general.

Abstract

Pohon palapi, nantu dan bayur merupakan jenis pohon yang terdapat secara alami di Sulawesi Tengah dan merupakan jenis kayu yang banyak digunakan pada industri mebel di kota Palu. Tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah mempelajari struktur anatomi dan mutu serat tiga jenis kayu asal Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat struktur anatomi dari ketiga jenis kayu yang diteliti memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Kayu bayur mudah dibedakan dengan nantu dan palapi karena memiliki banyak kristal rhomboid pada sel parenkim aksialnya. Sedangkan palapi mudah dibedakan dari keduanya dengan adanya pori-pori yang hampir seluruhnya soliter dan termasuk kategori langka serta memiliki parenkim aksial yang sangat masif berupa agregat difus. Berdasarkan kualitas seratnya, kayu nantu termasuk kelas I, sedangkan kayu palapi dan bayur termasuk kelas II. Ketiga jenis kayu ini dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan pulp dan kertas.

Abstract

Sheikh Azra'i Abdurrauf is a muqri from North Sumatra who masters the sciences of the Koran such as tajwid, fashahah, tafsir, and the science of qira'at. However, as a cleric who played a role in producing Al-Quran scholars and scientists for the next generation, his character and role are not visible in historical records and tend to disappear with his death, if no one uncovers and re-examines the role of this cleric. in written form, it is feared that the history and role of the Islamic scholar Sheikh Azra'i Abdurrauf will be lost. The aim of this research is to review the role of influential Al-Quran scholars from North Sumatra who are active and active in the international arena so that they remain visible in historical records and are not forgotten and provide motivation. for students of the Koran, qori-qoriah, and successors of the Koran in the future. In this research, the author used the library research method, namely searching for and collecting books related to the research discussion, the results of this research are understandable a muqri from North Sumatra, Syakh Azra'I Abdurrauf is very influential in the national and international arena because of his work and achievements as a judge on the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) national and international level, teaching at the Jakarta Al-Quran Science College (PTIQ), filling in IZA 'AH in Saudi Arabia and received an award as a professor of hafizd of the Koran.
