Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat website untuk memperkenalkan produk mulai dari varian, keunggulan, dan lain-lain tentang produk tersebut melalui website. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan data dan prinsip analisis hubungan sosial, mendeskripsikan fakta atau pengalaman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menganalisis website dan strategi komunikasi produk tersebut dengan melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan pemasaran melalui website dan menganalisis sistem komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh penjual untuk mendukung strategi pemasaran toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan pemasaran melalui website dan menganalisis sistem komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh penjual untuk mendukung strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kios (Toko Online) berbentuk website merupakan salah satu media penjual untuk memasarkan produknya guna meningkatkan hasil dan kualitas penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Vonex Indonesia Rancaekek baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 34 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengujian hipotesis Uji T dan Uji F serta teknik analisis data Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil menunjukkan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja, pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The rapid maturation of digital platform markets in Southeast Asia has coincided with intensified regulatory development across the region. While existing platform research emphasizes network effects and governance design, limited attention has been given to how regulatory systems actively structure ecosystem configuration. This article develops a mechanism-based framework explaining how regulatory architectures shape digital platform ecosystems in emerging economies. Rather than conceptualizing regulation as an external constraint, the study reframes it as an institutional infrastructure that organizes market participation, redistributes governance control, and reconfigures complementarities among interdependent actors. The framework identifies four architectural dimensions—entry structures, data governance boundaries, interoperability standards, and enforcement intensity—and specifies five structuring mechanisms through which they influence ecosystem outcomes. These mechanisms explain variations in ecosystem concentration, value capture distribution, cross-border scalability, and innovation directionality. By integrating institutional theory, ecosystem strategy, and nonmarket strategy perspectives, the article advances a structurally grounded understanding of how markets are organized in digitally mediated environments. The analysis offers theoretical contributions to institutional and platform scholarship while outlining managerial and policy implications for emerging digital economies navigating regulatory consolidation.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance leadership capacity and develop students’ self-confidence amid the challenges of globalization and technological advancement, which require the younger generation to possess high-quality human resources, both academically and non-academically. One important aspect that students need to develop is self-confidence as preparation for facing global competition. However, many students in Bantaragung Village still face limitations in self-development, communication skills, and the courage to express their opinions. Therefore, this community service activity seeks to provide human resource management mentoring for school students in order to improve their self-confidence and interpersonal skills. The implementation methods of this program included counseling sessions, training, interactive discussions, and direct mentoring for students. The materials delivered covered the introduction to human resource management, public speaking, soft skills development, learning motivation, leadership, as well as emotional management and positive mental attitudes. This activity involved school students as the main participants through a participatory approach, encouraging them to be more active in the learning process. The results of the program indicate that human resource management mentoring had a positive impact on increasing students’ self-confidence. Students became more courageous in communicating, more active in discussions, and more motivated to develop their personal potential. In addition, this activity helped students understand the importance of self-quality development as preparation for facing the challenges of globalization and future competition. Therefore, the human resource management mentoring program for school students in Bantaragung Village can serve as a strategic effort to shape a confident, independent, and globally competitive younger generation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the adaptation strategies of KUD Sarwa Mukti in facing global changes, market challenges, and technological developments. The main focus of the research is how local cooperatives can maintain their relevance and achieve business sustainability amidst constantly changing economic dynamics. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with cooperative management and members, direct observation of operational activities, and analysis of documents such as financial reports and cooperative work programs. The results show that KUD Sarwa Mukti implements several key adaptation strategies, namely diversification of products and services, utilization of digital technology, strengthening partnerships, and improving human resource quality. Diversification is carried out by expanding business from the agricultural sector to savings and loan units and the distribution of basic necessities. Digital technology is utilized for promotion through social media and transaction recording. In addition, partnerships with various parties help expand the cooperative's network and business opportunities. Other important factors are visionary leadership and active member participation. Strong leadership enables fast and precise decision-making, while member involvement ensures that policies made are in accordance with common needs. Cooperative values such as gotong royong are maintained and become a strength in facing changes. In conclusion, KUD Sarwa Mukti is an example of a cooperative that has successfully adapted effectively in the era of disruption and can be a model for other cooperatives in Indonesia in facing the challenges of the times.
