Abstract

Penilaian kinerja pegawai pada setiap perusahaan menjadi hal terpenting dalam menunjang kemajuan perusahaan. Faktor terpenting penunjang kemajuan perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tinggi dalam hal kedisiplinan, keterampilan, pengetahuan dan tanggung jawab setiap pegawai. Untuk menentukan pegawai terbaik pada PT. Cipta Inti Sejahtera memiliki beberapa faktor yang digunakan dalam penilaian. Penilaian ini menggunakan beberapa variable berikut, disiplin, kejujuran, kerapihan, Kerjasama, dan tanggung jawab. Tujuannya adalah untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menganalisa penentuan pegawai terbaik dengan menggunakan metode AHP. AHP merupakan salah satu metode pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan variabel proses analisis bertingkat berganda. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan memprioritaskan masing-masing variabel, dilanjutkan dengan perbandingan berpasangan antara variabel yang ada dan alternatif. Maka dari itu, metode ini sangat cocok untuk menghitung peringkat pegawai terbaik. Berdasarkan pengolahan data survey yang diberikan oleh HRD, kemudian pada kriteria dan pilihan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Maka berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan Puspita adalah pegawai terbaik PT. Cipta Inti Sejahtera dengan nilai 0,201.

Abstract

The development of electronic money is currently growing very rapidly. This is marked by the rise of merchants who provide promos and ease of use of electronic money. To find out the perception of public interest in the use of electronic money, further research is needed using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Method. TAM is a technology acceptance model that can be used to determine a person's perceptions of attitudes and behavior when using certain technologies. The results showed that the use of electronic money can be accepted by the public as a legal means of payment. There is a positive and significant effect of Perceived Usefulness on Attitude Towards Using, There is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Usefulness on Intention to Use, There is a positive and significant influence on Attitude Towards Using on Intention to Use and There is a positive and significant influence on Intention to Use on Actual Usage.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mempermudah pengelolaan bisnis, termasuk inventory. Toko Kosmetik XYZ di Ciputat Timur, Tangerang Selatan, menghadapi masalah pencatatan manual seperti kesulitan mencatat barang masuk dan keluar, ketidakakuratan laporan stok, dan risiko barang kedaluwarsa. Penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi akuntansi stok berbasis Laravel untuk mengotomatisasi pengelolaan inventory. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, yang terbagi dalam pra-penelitian, inti penelitian, dan pasca-penelitian. Sistem ini mencakup modul login, pengelolaan barang masuk dan keluar, serta laporan stok, dengan desain menggunakan ERD dan framework Laravel. Hasilnya menunjukkan sistem mampu mengatasi kendala pengelolaan inventory di Toko Kosmetik XYZ, memungkinkan pencatatan transaksi lebih cepat dan akurat, memudahkan pengelolaan stok, serta menyediakan laporan real-time. Implementasi sistem diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Laravel adalah solusi efektif untuk mengelola inventory di Toko Kosmetik XYZ, dengan saran kerjasama karyawan, pelatihan pengguna, dan perawatan rutin sistem.

Abstract

The advancement of science and robotics technology has made human life faster and easier. The field of robotics now encompasses all sectors, including industry, mechanics, and household. Therefore, a floor vacuum robot is needed to facilitate home cleaning. This research discusses a vacuum robot that uses Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensors, and Bluetooth serial to operate the robot. This vacuum robot moves automatically using ultrasonic sensors that move forward while avoiding obstacles such as walls, which act as distance detectors. This allows the robot to automatically turn and avoid obstacles, continuing the cleaning process. Meanwhile, the Bluetooth system can also be manually controlled via a smartphone, allowing it to move forward, backward, turn, and stop. With a DC motor, you can manually operate the vacuum cleaner by pressing the on/off button located on the body of the robot. This robot makes household chores easier to accomplish.

Abstract

PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk is a company engaged in recreation, resorts and property. This company uses a network system in transaction operations in each of its business units. Often times a problem is found where the disruption of network devices is only discovered after complaints from users, this is very ineffective because besides disrupting company operations it also causes inconvenience to customers which can have a negative impact on the company's image. There is also a problem where IT Support in the unit is not always in place, because it is handling problems at other users' places. And sometimes problems in the unit cannot be resolved immediately, even sometimes something is overlooked. So we need a Network Monitoring System application to monitor the function or failure of network devices from each unit to the datacenter or server, as well as a helpdesk application to speed up problem handling time. With this application the company can monitor the network system at PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk so that problems occur before complaints from users can be found, and reduce computerized system downtime. And with the helpdesk facility, it makes handling IT problems in users faster to be handled.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat memengaruhi berbagai aspek, termasuk pendidikan. SDN Cempaka Baru 03 Pagi memiliki perpustakaan yang dilengkapi berbagai jenis buku sesuai kebutuhan murid, namun pengelolaan peminjaman buku masih dilakukan secara manual. Setiap peminjaman dan pengembalian buku dicatat dalam buku agenda, yang sering kali menimbulkan masalah seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pengembalian, dan pencarian buku yang memakan banyak waktu. Sebagai bagian dari program sekolah yang terorganisir secara sistematis, perpustakaan memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Untuk memaksimalkan perannya, perpustakaan membutuhkan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana penunjang tugas dan fungsinya, serta untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada pemustaka. Oleh karena itu, dirancanglah Aplikasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Website dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini memudahkan pengelolaan data buku dan anggota perpustakaan, sehingga pustakawan dapat bekerja lebih cepat dan efisien. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, perpustakaan dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih baik, akurat, dan efisien kepada siswa, serta mendukung proses belajar mengajar secara keseluruhan dengan menyediakan akses yang lebih cepat dan mudah ke sumber informasi.   The rapid development of technology affects various aspects, including education. SDN Cempaka Baru 03 Pagi has a library equipped with various types of books according to student needs, but the management of book borrowing is still done manually. Every book borrowing and returning is recorded in an agenda book, which often causes problems such as recording errors, late returns, and time-consuming book searches. As part of a systematically organized school program, the library plays an important role in supporting the success of the teaching and learning process. To maximize its role, the library needs information technology as a means of supporting its duties and functions, as well as to improve services to users. Therefore, a Website-Based Library Application was designed using the Waterfall method, which consists of several stages, namely requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application facilitates the management of book data and library members, so that librarians can work more quickly and efficiently. In addition, this application also reduces errors in recording book loans and returns. By utilizing information technology, libraries can provide better, more accurate and efficient services to students, and support the overall teaching and learning process by providing faster and easier access to information resources.

Abstract

Car sales represent a business sector highly dependent on the implementation of appropriate payment strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This study aims to classify payment patterns in Toyota car sales using the Decision Tree algorithm. Historical sales data were utilized to identify various attributes influencing payment methods, such as cash, credit, or leasing.Through processes of preprocessing, feature selection, and model training, the Decision Tree algorithm successfully established clear classification patterns based on variables such as payment type, gender, car type, and car category. The research findings indicate that the Decision Tree method not only provides a high level of accuracy in classifying payment patterns but also produces models that are easily interpretable by business decision-makers. Thus, the implementation of this classification technique is expected to assist companies in designing more effective and targeted sales and promotional strategies.
