Abstract

In the era of the Covid pandemic19, the government implemented a policy on the community to remain at home. One of them is a policy to carry out learning activities at home. State University of Surabaya as a State University subject under the auspices of the ministry of education and culture must comply with the policy. However, in the process there were some shifts in achievement indicators of learning effectiveness on campus due to the Covid pandemic19. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning in econometrics courses in Unesa's economic education study program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that describes or depicts the object of research based on facts that appear or as they are. Data collection was obtained from interviews with several respondents, namely students of PE class 18 B and several documents related to the effectiveness of online lectures. Analysis of the data of this study used Nvivo 12 software. The results of the analysis that have been done that the effectiveness of lectures on econometrics courses in the pandemic era are maintained. This is because all four indicators of effectiveness are met, where the quality of learning and incentives tends to be good, while the level of teaching and time tends to be sufficient.

Abstract

The online learning system is a new challenge for teachers and students in Indonesia. To get maximum learning outcomes during online learning, students need good time management, so students will value time and take advantage of time so that learning outcomes will be in line with expectations. This study aims to analyze the effect of time management on the learning outcomes of class X economic subjects at SMA Labschool Unesa with a total population of 91 students. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data collection method used in this research is to use a questionnaire and the data analysis used in this research is to use simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study state that (1) Time management partially affects student learning outcomes (2) Time management has a positive and significant relationship with student learning outcomes (3) Time management has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of class X students in economics at SMA Labschool Unesa.

Abstract

Pembelajaran masih menjadikan guru sebagai pusat informasi sehingga hasil belajar peserta didik yang tuntas hanya 14% dan yang tidak tuntas 86%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Konsep Badan Usaha dengan penerapan integrasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Numbered Head Together (NHT) berbantuan media Teka Teki Silang (TTS). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas X IPA 7 SMAN 1 GEDEG. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan integrasi model, pada siklus I, peserta didik yang tuntas mengalami peningkatan menjadi 31% dan tidak tuntas berkurang menjadi 69% hingga pada siklus II, peserta didik yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 100% dan yang tidak tuntas 0%. Penerapan integrasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Numbered Head Together berbantuan media Teka Teki Silang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan pokok bahasan Konsep Badan Usaha dalam mata pelejaran Ekonomi di kelas X IPA 7 SMAN 1 Gedeg

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Konsep Manajemen dengan penerapan integrasi model pembelajaran InSTAD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif (PTKK) dengan tahapan melakukan perencanaan, penerapan perencanaan (tindakan), pengamatan (observasi) dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan integrasi model pembelajaran InSTAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Peningkatan hasil belajar terjadi secara bertahap yaitu sebelum dilakukan penerapan integrasi model pembelajaran, peserta didik yang tuntas hanya 11% dan yang tidak tuntas 89%. Lalu, dilakukan penerapan integrasi model, pada siklus I, peserta didik yang tuntas mengalami peningkatan menjadi 17% dan tidak tuntas berkurang menjadi 83% hingga pada siklus II, peserta didik yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 100% dan tidak tuntas 0%.Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in the Management Concept material by applying the InSTAD learning integration model. The research method used in this research is Collaborative Classroom Action Research (PTKK) with the stages of planning, implementing planning (action), observation (observation) and reflection. Data collection techniques with tests and observations. The results of the study show that the application of the InSTAD learning integration model can improve student learning outcomes in Economics subjects. The increase in learning outcomes occurred gradually, namely before the implementation of the integration of learning models, students who completed only 11% and who did not complete 89%. Then, the implementation of the integration model was carried out, in cycle I, students who completed increased to 17% and did not complete reduced to 83% until in cycle II, students who completed increased to 100% and did not complete 0%.
