Abstract

The research is empirical studies that aims to understand the influence of advertising and promotion of brand equity to the price and its impact on the decision of the purchase of car toyota brand in the city of banda aceh. The population of research every consumer brands toyota car users in the city of banda aceh in 2018 a total of 150 people. The withdrawal of the sample in this research done with at least by using a formulation of the sample sevila slovin and consumers and the sample is 109. Data collection done by distributing the questionnaire. The primary data analyzed by an analysis of the device SPSS with the assistance.The research results show that advertising it has some positive effects and significantly to brand equity. The promotion of the price it has some positive effects but not significantly to brand equity. Advertising it has some positive effects and significant of the decision of the purchase. The promotion of the price it has some positive effects and significant of the decision of the purchase. Brand equity can enhance the role of the influence of advertising and promotion the price of the decision of the purchase.

Abstract

In running a business, producers should know the market, where the products produced will be offered or marketed. These goals can be achieved by trying to maintain and increase profits or company profits. The data collection technique used in this study is field research conducted by circulating a list of statements to 81 respondents, namely consumers of the UMKM teh poci Yusrizal. Data processing was carried out with the help of the multiple regression equation model SPSS for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable (X1) has a significant effect on increasing sales (Y), which is equal to 0.001. These results can be proved by the value of tcount> t table (12,419> 1,667). The distribution variable (X2) has no significant effect on increasing sales (Y), which is equal to 0.162. This can be proven by tcount <t table (1.410 <1.667) with a significant <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous influence of the promotion mix, price and product quality on customer satisfaction with Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh. This research was conducted on Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh, while the object of this research is the promotion mix, price, product quality and customer satisfaction with a selected sample of 98 people. The data analysis equipment in this research uses a Likert scale and multiple linear regression data analysis. The research results show that the promotion mix, price and product quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh obtained Fcount > Ftable (67.780 > 2.701) at a significance level of 0.000, then the research results also prove that the individual promotion mix has a significant effect on customer satisfaction for users of the Digital by.U internet card at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh with a regression coefficient value of 0.160 with a significance level of 0.000. The research results also prove that price, individually, has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh with a regression coefficient value of 0.112, with a significance level of 0.004 and individual product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 0.157 with a significance value of 0.000 at a = 5%. It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful for PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh to be able to further increase customer satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of work procedures, competence and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 9 Banda Aceh City. This research uses a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires. The total population is 52 employees and the sample in this study is a population sample of 52 employees. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that in the partial test, the t-count value for Work Procedures is 1.834, which is greater than the t-table of 1.677, so that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and shows that Work Procedures have an effect on the Work Productivity of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 9 Banda Aceh City employees. For the Competency variable, the calculated t-value of 1.939 also exceeds the t-table of 1.677, so that Ha is accepted, indicating that Competence has an effect on Work Productivity. Apart from that, the t-calculated value for Job Satisfaction is 3.861, which is higher than the t-table of 1.677, so Ha is accepted, which means Job Satisfaction also influences Work Productivity. In the simultaneous test, the F-count value of 5.158 is greater than the F-table of 2.800, which shows that together, Work Procedures, Competencies and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on employee work productivity.
