Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan berbagai konsentrasi Ragi terhadap pertumbuhan subkultur jaringan manggis secara In-Vitro. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap non faktorial yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan, yaitu pemberian Ragi 0 % ; 4,5 %; 9 % ; dan 13,5 %. Dengan demikian penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 unit percobaan. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 1 botol kultur yang masing-masing berisi 2 eksplan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini antara lain : umur muncul tunas (hari), jumlah tunas (minggu), panjang tunas (cm), berat planlet (mg). Data pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dan uji lanjut menggunakan BNJ pada taraf 5 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ragi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap umur mucul tunas manggis (Garcinia mangostana L.), sedangkan parameter pengamatan lainnya berpengaruh nyata, dimana perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada R2 (Pemberian Konsentrasi Ragi 9 %) dengan jumlah tunas 2,5 tunas, panjang tunas 2,78 cm, berat planlet 0,25 mg.

Abstract

Monitoring wind speed and direction is usually performed at close range, therefore,it is necessaryto monitor remotely for time efficiencies. Making these systems start with a literature study the data relating to the technology to be used. Then the data was processed to determine the design of the system being designed. Making this system begins with a measuring instrument wind speed and wind direction. In this device for chopping round of the wind speed sensor using optocoupler. And magnetic hall sensor, constructed as a weathervane as a determinant of the wind direction sensor. RTC is used as time refference of measurement. Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller used to process data obtained from sensors and RTC. Then the data is the data is recorded with a cycle which can be set. After the manufacture of measuring devices and then proceed to make the data transmission system and application interface. With GSM shield Sim900a data that has been recorded is sent in the form of SMS through GSM network. Then the data is received by GSM shield servers and read by Arduino UNO. Data is read by Arduino UNO is then sent to a computer with serial communication. The data is sent to the computer will be processed by the application interface to be stored and displayed. The results of this system is able to measure and store data speed and direction of the wind from a distance. With a windspeed error of 4.56% of the measurements manually, and wind direction indicates the actual wind direction.

Abstract

The design of robot launcher shuttlecock is done by researchers so that the robot produced can help human activity in the field of sports. This throwing robot can be used as a training medium for selftaught players, where practice can be done without a trainer / helpers. Players can practice at any time without being linked with others (trainers / feeders) so that training time can be maximized. The methodology of this tool includes the manufacture and design of hardware and software. The manufacture and design of mechanical hardware involves the construction of aluminum frames, with actuators in the form of motors and pneumatic systems while for the design and manufacture of electronics hardware includes the manufacture of control circuits. Preparation and design of software include programming mikrokontroler ATMega128. From the test results, the robot can throw shuttlecock. Robot can do 6 mode service ie service mode near, far, left, right, random and join with average success percentage equal to 93,35%.

Abstract

The process of measuring wind speed and its direction is still manual and considered inefficient. The purpose of making these tools is to help get the data of speed and direction of the wind from a distance in order to work more eficient. In determining the wind speed is done by chopping round of the wind speed sensor by using an encoder while the determination of the wind direction is done by reading the orientation of magnetic hall sensor, constructed as wind direction. Utilizing the Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller as controller, the data is recorded with a cycle which can be set. The data that has been recorded is sent to Sim900a GSM shield in the form of SMS. Then the data is received by GSM shield the server and sent to the computer. The results of this system is able to measure and store data speed and direction of the wind from a distance. With a wind speed error of 4. 56% of the measurements manually, and wind direction indicates the actual wind direction.

Abstract

The indicators of population welfare are not only measured in monetary terms but also in subjective well-being or happiness. Research on happiness has been done a lot, both in developed and developing countries. However, no research discusses the happiness level of the sandwich generation. This study aims to determine the differences in happiness between the sandwich generation and the non-sandwich generation based on the number of family members covered, leisure time, health conditions, and monthly household income. This research was conducted by collecting data on two groups: sandwich generation and non-sandwich generation, consisting of 158 survey respondents in 4 provinces in Indonesia: Special Capital Region Jakarta, Aceh, West Java, and Central Java, and three in-depth interview informants. This study combines the quantitative method (path analysis regression) and the qualitative method (in-depth interview). The findings in the study are: (1) There is no difference in the level of happiness between the sandwich generation, and non-sandwich generation, (2) Variables that directly affect happiness are health and income, while the number of family dependents and leisure time has no direct effect, (3) The existence of parents in the extended family is not considered as a burden for the sandwich generation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran kimia materi sifat koligatif larutan di kelas XII MAS Darul Aitami Aceh Selatan. Waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian ini adalah 3 bulan, yaitu dari bulan Agustus 2015 sampai Oktober 2015 dengan perhitungan waktu kurang lebih 12 minggu.   Tempat Penelitian di kelas XII MAS Darul Aitami Pasie Raja Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII MAS Darul Aitami Pasie Raja Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 25 siswa terdiri dari siswa laki-laki 9  siswa dan perempuan 16 siswa. Pengumpulan data yaitu dengan LKS, tes formatif dan observasi keaktifan belajar siswa. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis data secara   kualitatif   dan   kuantitatif.   Penerapan   model   pembelajaran   PBI   dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa kelas XII MAS Darul Aitami Pasie Raja, dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan hasil observasi siswa persiklus. Penerapan model pembelajaran PBI dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil  belajar siswa kelas XII MAS Darul Aitami Pasie Raja, dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan hasil tes formatif individu siswa persiklus.

Abstract

Abstract.A massive expansion of education reduces the incidence of undereducation but on the other hand, can trigger overeducation in the job market. Educational achievements, cultural, political, and economic developments also shape the preferences and work ethic of a generation. This study analyzes intergenerational mismatch workers by comparing them at the same age point. Using Sakernas 2000-2015 data, this studysucceeded in capturing mismatched workers in the warrior generation, the old order generation, the new order generation, and the reform generation.This study use unadjusted odds ratio for descriptive analysis and multinominal logit for inference analysis. Multinomial logit findingsshow that the generation of the old order and the generation of fighters tend to have a higher mismatch in their work compared to the generation of the new order. The reformation generation has a lower tendency to mismatch than the new order generation. The difference in the proportion of mismatched workers between generations is getting smaller as they enter the age of 60 and over .

Abstract

The trend of homogamy marriages in Indonesia has decreased, while hypogamy marriages have increased. Differences in characteristics between couples often damage family harmony. This study aims to determine the effect of assortative marriage patterns on the satisfaction of family harmony. The data used are the 2017 Happiness Measurement Survey (SPTK), and the analytical method used is binary logistic regression. This study separates the regression model between men and women. Logit estimation shows that Old assortative marriage influences the satisfaction of family harmony in men. Education assortative marriage influences women on the satisfaction of family harmony. Men who marry younger and more or lower educated women than themselves have the opportunity to be satisfied with the highest family harmony among other assortative marriage combinations. Women who marry older men and have the same level of education as themselves have the opportunity to feel satisfied with the highest family harmony among other assortative marriage combinations. Women are more likely to select partners based on their education while men are more likely to select partners based on age and physical attractiveness.

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the fastest growing commodities in the last two decades. Termites are one type of pest in oil palm plantations. This pest is a major pest of young oil palm plantations, especially re-planting in peat areas. The impact is very large, such as a decline is not production. These pests can be growth from seedlings to harvest. This research aims to know the types and characteristics termites in oil palm plantations Simpang Raya, Singingi Hilir, Riau February until June 2016. The method of this research was using descriptive method and field observations. Data were analyzed with descriptive assessment study and using a guidebook used to description pest. The sample were conducted by unload nests in any point sample, when the sample were done in the morning and to identify type termites can use a book. The result showed that the termites attacked in the corner kingdom is the type Coptotermes curvignathus and Macrotermes gilvus. Has often rise after the rainy season this to be supported by conditions of temperature that fits perfectly.

Abstract

Tujuan program PKM yaitu pengelolaan budidaya itik petelur, diharapakan mampu membuka pola fikir masyarakat untuk dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan pakan berkualitas dengan teknik fermentasi, memperbaiki manajemen organisasi kelompok ternak dengan optimalisasi fungsi setiap bagian kerja.Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan 15 Oktober 2019 di Kelompok Ternak Harapan jaya Desa Sikakak, Kecamatan Cerenti.Metode pelaksaan program PKM yang dilaksanakan yaitu dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pembinaan.Perbaikan manajemen usaha dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan potensinya dalam menciptakan suasana untuk pengembangan ternak itik petelur. Desa sikakak berpotensi besar untuk mengembangkan itik petelur. Antusias kelompok dapat dilihat dari semangat gotong royong dan banyaknya peserta yang hadir pada kegiatan PKM. Banyaknya batang sagu, limbah pertanian seperti dedak dan ampas tahu dapat menunjang sebagai sumber pakan ternak.Lahan kosong tidak berdaya guna dapat ditanami jagung untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan pakan ternak. Prodi agribisnis telah melakukan transfer ilmu, teknologi, sasialisasi, penyuluhan dan pembinaan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat telompok ternak harapan jaya.
