Abstract

Tujuan- penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur keinginan berpindah dari suatu perusahaan berdasarkan kealpaan pemberdayaan dan kepuasan kerja di suatu perusahaan. Design/methodology/approach- Kuesioner diberikan kepada 50 orang responden karyawan V- Hotel Jakarta,ditentukan secara purposive, dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil- Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada korelasi pemberdayaan staf terhadap keinginan berpindah, berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Namun secara bersama-sama bila ada pemberdayaan, dan kepuasan kerja, maka hal itu berakibat positif untuk bekerja lebih lama di V Hotel, Jakarta. Keterbatasan Penelitian-Kapasitas variable bebas mempengaruhi motivasi lebih lemah daripada variable lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi Manajerial-Pemberdayaan berdasarkan perencanaan bermanfaat bagi pegawai di perusahaan ini. Nevelty- Penelitian ini iterapkan khusus di V-hotel di Jakarta yang disarankan dapat diimplementasikan di sana.

Abstract

Tujuan- untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan motivasi pegawai, kompensasi, komunikasi ortganisasi, terhadap motivasi kerja di PT. Nexwave Jakarta Desain/metogogi- Kuesioner terhadap responden yang terdiri atas 91 orang pegawai di PT. Nexwave Jakarta. Responden ditetapkan jumlahnya berdasarkan formula Slovin. Studi kasus di satu perusahaan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara. Teknik analisis dengan multiple regression. Temuan- Berdasarkan Uji F, ditemukan bahwa komunikasi dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karyawan. Dengan uji t- ditemukan bahwa komunikasi dan kompensasi secara parsial, masing-masing berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karyawan Jakarta. Kemudian pada uji korelasi dan determinasi, ditemukan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap motivasi kerja karawan di PT.Nexwave. Keterbatasan penelitian-Variabel terbatas dan hanya dilakukan di satu obyek. Implikasi- Para manajer dapat menjadikan variable ini sebagai perhatian dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai, namun tidak terbatas pada keduanya. The Originality-Eksklusivitas di perusahaan ini merupakan suatu penelitan dan originalitas penelitan ini.

Abstract

Purpose- Rotation and training are two areas of problem and solution to human resource manager. This research was conducted to measure how are the effect of rotation and training toward the employee’s performance in a hospitality industry, and in thgis case study at Katsusei Resaurant. Design/methology/approach- A questionaire survey to employees in Katsusei Restaurant within a single organization supported by interviews. Findings- There are positive direct effects between rotation, and training on employeee’s performance. However, other vriables that not included in surevey are still influenced the posibl better performace of employee. When rotation and training are held for the benefit of the employee to achieve the company’s goals, the planned, and agreed mutation and training are positively increasing the employee’s performance. Research limitations- Due to a single company, and limited staffs, this research need to be evaluated. On the other hand, the two variables did not represented the whole factors of performance. Practical implications-The manager of human resource shall communicate rotation and training prior to a definite planning, and executions Originality/value- Ratation and training have been proved as a part of human capital both for employees, and company/organization

Abstract

Purpose- This research is meant to find out and to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation to the performance of the employees. Design/methodology/approach- The data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires given 100 respondents drawn.The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis test has been done by using t test. Findings- The result of the test shows that the compensation has significant and positive influence to the performance of the employees, it has been proven by the positive coefficient regression value which is 0.648 and the significant value of t test is smaller than 0.05 which is 0.000. The motivation has significant and positive influence to the performance of the employees, it has been proven by the positive regression coefficient value which is 0.179 and the significance value of t test is smaller than 0.05 which is 0.016. Compensation and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in strong category. This is due to the correlation coefficient of 0.610 with coefficient of determination of 37.21%.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work occupational Health and Safety program, work Motivation on Employees’s Productivity in The Park Lane Jakarta Design/methology/approach- The research method used by distributing questionnaire to 88 respondents of employee of The Park Lane Hotel Jakarta Findings-.The results in this study stated that the Occupational Health, Safety(OHS), and Motivation have individually and simultaneously effected Employees work productivity. The individual effects in weak category when it is tested individually by coefficient of coorelation and determinant. On the other hand, the variables have effected work productivity when it is done simultaneously. Research limitations- Limitation in this research is the absence of financial report for at least, the past three years in a row. These reports are useful to coorelate between the findings and the financial benefit to the company. The financial ratios are useful to meaure the coorelation of the human capital policy against profitability of the Park Lane Hotel Practical implications- Occupational Health and Safety program and work motivation also have simultaneously significantly on the Employee Productivity,provide that information and training are taking place on the importance of personal protective eqquipment.

Abstract

Purpose- . Aiming to findout the The Factors That Influencing Employee’s Work Performance In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. Design/methology/approach- A questionaire as instrument of survey to respondent of employees in In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. The sample were 91 respondents derived by Slovin formula, within a single organization supported by interviews. Findings- Based on F-test,it is concluded that Organizational communication and Compensation simultaneously have effected the work motivation of the employee in In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. It it double checked, the result of t-test is also confirming that Organizational communication and Compensation simultaneously have effeFinally the coorelation and determinant test is applied that this is also determines that there is a real relationship among the two varibales against the work motivation of the employees In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. Research limitations-However the capacity of independent variables to influence the effect on work motivation is weaker than other variables, that are not included in this research. Practical implications-The manager of human resource shall maintain the authentic information by means of available organizational communications. Additionally that this is a main area to evaluate the existing compensation as it has bigger effect on work motivation. Abstract

Purpose- . Aiming to measure the human capital development and work discipline against employee’s performance at Park Hotel, Jakarta Design/methology/approach- A questionaire survey to employees Park Hotel, Jakarta.The sample were 100, selected by purposive, within a single organization supported by interviews. Data analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 20 Findings- Overall tests done, it is concluded that work discipline has a very strong effect against the employee’s performance. This is also still positively effected, the human development program and work discipline have effected Employee’s performance, simultaneously. Research limitations- The limitation of this research lies on its scope of object, and the limited variables involved. It I s then suggested for the next research that other variable such as compensation, and other exogen variable can be deployed too. Practical implications-The manager of human resource shall maintain and develop the potential of employees by providing a combination of human resource development. There are many choice to choose from training, education, rotation, vestibule, vide show, including self esteem program. Additionally a main area to evaluate the existing compensation, as it has a bigger effect on employee’s performance. The Originality-This is done exclusively for the Park Hotel as a single company that may applicable therein, and therefore it easier to be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this Research is to determine the direct effect of Compensation on Motivation, Training on Motivation, Compensation on Performance, Training on Performance, as well as Motivation on Performance. Furthermore, this study also aims to determine the indirect effect of Compensation on Performance through Motivation variables and Training on Performance through Motivation variables. This study is using descriptive and quantitative research by conducting surveys based on data through questionnair’s distribution. The research method used is path analysis with employee of The Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Hotel, Jakarta as the questionnaire data and the sample consist of 174 respondents by accidental method. The test results shows Compensation and Training have positive and significant effect on Motivation. Likewise, Compensation, Training and Motivation have positive and significant effect on Performance. Moreever, Compensation and Training also have indirect effect on Performance with Motivation as a moderator variable.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of communication, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Hotel SwissBelinn Simatupang Jakarta. Design/methology/approach- The population in this study were employees who worked at Swiss-Beliin Simatupang Hotel Jakarta. The sampling technique uses saturated sample techniques and is obtained from 75 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to Swiss-Beliin Simatupang Jakarta hotel employees and analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. For the results of the validity and reliability test in this study has significant and real value. This research method uses quantitative descriptive. To test the classic assumptions in this study are tests of Normality, Heteroscedasticity, Multicollinearity, and Linearity to qualify for data. The collected data was then analyzed using SPSS version 20. Findings- It can be concluded that communication has a significant effect on employee performance by 92.4%, motivation has a significant influence on employee performance by 11.76%, the variable work discipline has a significant influence on performance employee. 10.82% and from this analysis it can be seen that Communication, Motivation, and Work Discipline have simultaneous effect on Employee Performance by 55.35% at Swiss-Beliin Simatupang Hotel Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and location on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi. The population in this study were guests who stayed at Fave Ahmad Yani Bekasi in the period May to July 2018. The sampling technique used non probability sampling, with the Slovin method to determine 100 respondents. Data collection method uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validation and reliability. The analytical method uses the Clasic test, before Multiple Linear Regresion by SPSS 20.00. The 100 respondents as a tool, followed by F, t, Correlation and Determination Test. The results of the study prove that partially, the brand image variable does not significantly influence the decision to stay, the variable service quality has a significant effect on the decision to stay and the location variable has a significant effect on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi. And of all these variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi
