Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and location on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi. The population in this study were guests who stayed at Fave Ahmad Yani Bekasi in the period May to July 2018. The sampling technique used non probability sampling, with the Slovin method to determine 100 respondents. Data collection method uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validation and reliability. The analytical method uses the Clasic test, before Multiple Linear Regresion by SPSS 20.00. The 100 respondents as a tool, followed by F, t, Correlation and Determination Test. The results of the study prove that partially, the brand image variable does not significantly influence the decision to stay, the variable service quality has a significant effect on the decision to stay and the location variable has a significant effect on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi. And of all these variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan peluang pengusaha mikro dari kampus, utamanya sekolah vokasi. Metode penelitian menerapkan metode kualitatif, dengan mengungkapkan fakta kekuatan kampus vokasi yang bersertifikat kompetensi, dan memiliki fasilitas produksi bahan jadi. Dengan melakukan analisis teori, dan perbandingan, guna menghasilkan model. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh suatu model bisnis kemitraan di kampus oleh mahasiswa dan untuk mahasiswa dengan system Business as Producer, Business as Retailer, Business as Supplier, ditopang pengantaran menggunakan on-line delivery.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan kebijakan bebas visa bagi 169 negara di seluruh dunia berkunjung selama 30 hari. Kebijakan ini dikeluarkan melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 21 Tahun 2016 Tentang Negara Bebas Visa. Isi peraturan ini tidak membatasi pelabuhan masuk wisatawan sebagai pintu masuk. Pada saat yang sama pemerintah juga telah mengeluarkan pernyataan bahwa Indonesia dalam keadaan darurat narkoba yang pemasoknya kebanyakan berasal dari luar negeri. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh untuk menentukan negara asal wisatawan asing ke Indonesia. Data sekunder instansi berwenang digunakan dari 20 negara yang dipilih secara purposive. Ada lima variable dianalisa berdasarkan data cross section dan data panel menggunakan piranti lunak Eviews. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Negara asal yang berpotensi menjadi sumber wisatawan adalah penduduk dari Negara yang memiliki Produk Bruto Domestik tinggi.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to findout the main factors effecting making decision to purchase goods via on-line shop. The sample used as respondents are the student of STIE Pariwisata Internasional (STEIN), Jakarta, using Slovin formula to decide the number of respondent, but respondents selection by accidental sampling. The data analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS-version 20. The finding of this survey covering that the product quality as the main factor to purchase at on-line shop. This variable also followed by delivery quality, website quality and price. There are four major player that used by respondent such as Lazada, OLX, Kaskus, and Berniaga. However, Lazada is the most popular in the mind of respondent due to product quality and delivery.
