Abstract

ABSTRAKLapisan permukaan pada umumnya merupakan lapisan sedimen termuda dan belum terkonsolidasi. Secara fisis, lapisan ini berpotensi memperkuat goncangan gelombang bila terjadi gempa bumi. Karakterisasi geologi permukaan dalam rangka pengembangan wilayah untuk pemukiman, perkantoran, dan sarana vital lainnya sangat diperlukan dalam rangka mengurangi dampak bencana di kemudian hari. Pemetaan nilai faktor penguatan gelombang berdasarkan perhitungan fungsi alih gelombang geser horizontal (SH transfer function) mikrotremor telah dilakukan di sekitar rencana pembangunan tapak RDE (Reaktor Daya Eksperimental), Serpong. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan nilai faktor penguatan gelombang berkisar antara 1,21 - 1,77. Daerah rencana lokasi tapak sendiri berada pada nilai faktor penguatan antara 1,4-1,5.Kata kunci: penguatan gelombang, gelombang geser, mikrotremor, tapak RDEABSTRACTSite amplification is generally caused by youngest and unconsolidated sediment surface layers. Physically, these layers potentially strengthen the wave amplification if an earthquake takes place.The surface geology characterization for the purpose of spatial development for settlement, office, and other vital facilities is needed to mitigate the impact of disasters in the future. An amplification factor mapping based on microtremor SH transfer function was perfomed around the experimental power reactor (EPR) site plan, Serpong. The result of data processing shows the amplification factor values ranged from 1.21 to 1.77. The site plan location itself is in the values of between 1.4 to 1.5.Keywords: site amplification, shear wave, microtremor, EPR site

Abstract

Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) site selection is the key phase of the nuclear power plant process and significantly influence the construction cost and safety. In order to prepare for nuclear power programs in East Kalimantan province, Geographical Information System (GIS) analysis along the coast of East Kalimantan province, especially the Berau district, East Kutai, Kutai Kartanegara, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Penajam Paser Utara and the Paser. The research purpose is to find suitable site for nuclear power plants location using spatial analysis and modeling. The potential Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) site is based on several criteria, such as: geology, slope, soil type, land use, hydrology, and existing road network. Based on the weighting and ranking results using GIS application: there are three locations serve as the potential NPP sites are obtained Kutai Kartanegara and Kutai Timur regency. Next, land suitability analysis is done by using GIS application which shows potential sites suitable general and specific criteria of the site evaluation process development.

Abstract

ABSTRAK KELAS SOIL DAERAH SEKITAR RENCANA TAPAK REAKTOR DAYA EKSPERIMENTAL (RDE) SERPONG DARI DATA MIKROTREMOR. Karakteristik geologi permukaan memegang peranan penting dalam analisis respon gelombang di suatu wilayah.  Sehubungan dengan rencana pembangunan Reaktor Daya Eksperimental (RDE) di Serpong, telah dilakukan pemodelan kondisi bawah permukaan dari kombinasi data mikrotremor array dan single station. Pengukuran mikrotremor array dilakukan di 9 lokasi, sedangkan single station di 90 lokasi yang tersebar pada radius ± 1 km di sekitar tapak RDE. Model bawah permukaan yang berupa struktur kecepatan gelombang geser selanjutnya dijadikan dasar untuk menghitung nilai Vs30 di daerah tersebut. Hasil klasifikasi soil berdasarkan nilai Vs30 menunjukkan kelas soil untuk wilayah sekitar tapak RDE secara umum terdiri atas kelas SD (soil menengah) dan SC (batuan lunak). Lokasi rencana tapak sendiri berada dalam wilayah kelas soil SD. Kata kunci : kelas soil, kecepatan gelombang geser, mikrotremor, tapak RDE, Vs30.   ABSTRACT SOIL CLASS AROUND THE SERPONG EXPERIMENTAL POWER REACTOR (EPR) SITE PLAN BASE ON MICROTREMOR DATA. Surface geological characteristics has an important role on site response analysis in a region. In regard with experimental power reactor (EPR) construction plan in Serpong, the subsurface modeling from combination array and single station microtremor data was done. The array and single station microtremor measurement were performed in 9 and 90 sites, respectively, at ± 1 km radius around the EPR site plan. The Vs30 value was calculated from shear wave velocity structure around the investigated area. The soil classification based on Vs30 in the investigated area generally consists of SD (medium soil) and SC (soft rock) class. The EPR site plan its self in the SD class region. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh karakter siswa yang mulai luntur pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran orangtua dan guru kelas dalam pembentukan karakter siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan nilai karakter apasaja yang muncul pada masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Nagari Toboh Tangah Kecamatan Sintuk Toboh Gadang kabupaten padangpariaman. Pengambilan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah otangtua, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan melalui teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data (data reductions),  penyajian data ( data display), penarikan kesimpulan (Congclusion Drawing Verification). Hasil analisis dari wawancara dengan informan. Proses komunikasi dengan orangtua, guru, dan siswa maka karakter yaang muncul pada masa pandemi adalah  toleransi, disiplin, mandiri, demokratis, cinta tanah air, menghatgai prestasi, cinta damai, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial. Dan karakter yang mulai luntur pada masa pandemi adalah karakter religius, jujur, kerja keras, kreatif, rasa ingintahu, semangat kebangsaan, bersahabat atau komunikatif,  gemar membaca dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Social security for workers is very important, and can aim to create welfare for workers and their families. An effective social security system can not only provide protection against risks, such as the risk of work accidents, illness or other things. There are laws that have been in effect, which discuss this. Implementation of a good social security system can increase the productivity of the workforce. Not only that, it can also aim to reduce social inequality and create very harmonious industrial relations between the two parties. Of course, in that case, it is not free from challenges, the main challenge is the implementation of this system, namely the awareness of informal workers about the importance of protection from this guarantee. Not only that, compliance in employers can also register their employees in this program. Therefore, synergy between the government and related institutions is needed.
