<![CDATA[Poverty is a very complex social problem that must be faced by the Indonesian state. This problem of poverty has an impact on hampering development, so it must be addressed immediately. East Java is one of the provinces with the highest poverty rate on the island of Java. This is influenced by several things, including HDI, employment opportunities and minimum wages. This research aims to determine the effect of HDI, employment opportunities and minimum wages on poverty. This research is quantitative research that uses secondary data originating from BPS East Java publication data. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis, namely a combination of time series data and cross section data in 38 districts/cities in East Java for the 2019-2022 period. For data processing using E-views software, the results of the research show that the HDI variable has a negative and significant effect on the poverty variable, the employment opportunity variable does not have a negative and significant effect on the poverty variable, and the minimum wage variable has a positive and significant effect on the poverty variable. The HDI variable, employment opportunity and minimum wage simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the poverty variable in East Java for the period 2019-2022. Kemiskinan merupakan sebuah permasalahan sosial yang sangat kompleks yang harus dihadapi oleh negara Indonesia. Masalah kemiskinan ini berdampak pada terhambatnya pembangunan, sehingga harus segera diatasi. Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi di pulau Jawa. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya IPM, kesempatan kerja dan upah minimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh IPM, kesempatan kerja dan upah minimum terhadap kemiskinan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari data publikasi BPS Jawa Timur. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel yaitu gabungan dari data time series dan data cross section pada 38 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur periode 2019-2022. Untuk pengolahan datanya menggunakan software E-views. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa variabel IPM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kemiskinan, variabel kesempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kemiskinan, dan variabel upah minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kemiskinan. Variabel IPM, kesempatan kerja dan upah minimum secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kemiskinan di Jawa Timur periode 2019-2022.]]>
