Abstract

Rendahnya angka cakupan ASI eksklusif di Indonesia menimbulkan banyak masalah yang dapat berpengaruh pada gizi bahkan kematian pada bayi. Inovasi Ojek ASI diciptakan untuk mengatasi masalah rendahnya angka cakupan ASI eksklusif khususnya di Kecamatan Kebakkramat. Namun penerimaan inovasi Ojek ASI masih cukup rendah, hal ini dilihat dari jumlah adopter yang masih sedikit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelima tahap dalam proses pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi Ojek ASI oleh adopter dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi inovasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Model Proses Inovasi (rogers, 2003). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi ojek asi, adopter telah melewati kelima tahap yang ada. Namun, dalam tahap persuasi terdapat satu dimensi yang belum terpenuhi yaitu kemungkinan dicoba. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam adopsi inovasi adalah praktik sebelumnya, masalah yang dirasakan, keinovatifan dan norma yang berlaku dalam sistem sosial.Kata kunci: asi eksklusif, inovasi, pengambilan keputusan, adopsi, ojek asi

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana Collaborative Governance dalam perbaikan permukiman kumuh yang berorientasi pada permukiman yang berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan masyarakat didalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review. Dua database penelitian digunakan : Science Direct dan Scopus®. Kajian ini menemukan Collaborative Governance dalam perbaikan permukiman kumuh berupa pelibatan berbagai stakeholders baik pihak pemerintah, swasta dan lokal dalam hal ini masyarakat dalam segala tahap kebijakan / program. Model Upgrading Slum Area (Perbaikan Permukiman Kumuh) di setiap negara berbeda beda ada setidaknya 3 model yang digunakan, yaitu peningkatan keuangan mikro masyarakat, perbaikan arsitektur rumah menggunakan vernacular architecture dan pemenuhan air, listrik dan sanitasi tetapi semuanya memiliki tujuan akhir yang sama yaitu guna mewujudkan permukiman yang berkelanjutan (Sustainability City). Tidak semua negara melibatkan masyarakat dan hasilnya menujukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat sebagai subjek dinilai penting dalam perbaikan permukiman kumuh ini agar perbaikan tersebut menjadi optimal.  Hanya 17% jurnal yang relevan mengungkapkan bahwa penelitian yang sangat terbatas telah dilakukan di bidang kebijakan perbaikan permukiman kumuh dan diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya membahas kebijakan permukiman kumuh khususnya di daerah yang memiliki permukiman kumuh lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims at investigateingthe strategy taken by the Department of Manpower and Industry of the city of Tarakan in overcoming the job seeker card service (AK-1). The problem was focused on collaboration between structural officials, staff, and non civil servant. To solve this problem, the theoretical references of Chris Ansell and Alisson Gash were used. The data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the collaboration process between structural officials, staff and non civil servant at the Department of Manpower and Industry of the city of Tarakan was going well, the strategy for making job seeker cards were able be applied. The service supporting factor was the existence of Information Technology (IT)-based applications, an inhibiting factor from services due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Services are still carried out based on health procedures set by the government.

Abstract

Di dalam pandangan tradisional, perempuan distigmatisasi menjadi lemah lembut dan anggun. Oleh karena itu, sangat jarang kita melihat perempuan mengatakan kata kasar di ruang publik karena tabu bagi mereka. Media sosial menyediakan ruang virtual bagi orang untuk berinteraksi tanpa batas yang jelas. Orang-orang di Internet (netizen) dapat mengatakan hampir semuanya di media sosial tanpa memikirkan dampak negatif pada apa yang mereka katakan. Beberapa netizen melewati batas kesusilaan dengan mengucapkan kata kasar kepada netizen lain tanpa berpikir yang mungkin menyakiti seseorang. Studi terbaru menunjukkan bahwa kata-kata kasar dapat menyebabkan cyberbully yang pada akhirnya akan mengarah ke bunuh diri. Dengan demikian menggunakan kata kasar di media sosial mungkin memiliki dampak yang sama dengan menggunakannya dalam kehidupan nyata. Kemajuan media sosial telah menyebabkan penggunaannya dalam politik praktis. Kandidat politik menggunakan media sosial untuk mempromosikan profil mereka dan akhirnya mendapatkan pemilih. Sayangnya tidak semua dari mereka yang memposting komentar di media sosial beretika, termasuk perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan Twitter dalam mengeluarkan kata umpatan berdasarkan perbedaan gender dalam pemilihan gubernur. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis Twitter sebagai platform media sosial paling umum yang digunakan dalam politik. Sebagai contoh, penelitian ini menangkap 5000 tweet dari pemilihan pilkada Sumatera Utara 2018 di Indonesia. Teknik statistik deskriptif digunakan dalam menganalisis data.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze factors that affected the acceptance of e-billing system of Surakarta tax office with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The survey was done on electronic billing (e-billing) system users in Surakarta. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLSSEM) was used to analyze the users’ intention in adopting e-billing system. The result indicates that two UTAUT variables (performance expectancy and social influence) affect the system usage significantly. Meanwhile, the other variables like effort expectancy and facilitating conditions do not affect e-billing system adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

At this time the growth of information technology very quick which has significant impact on human life. This encourage changes in various sectors of people life along with the development of information and Comunication of Technology (ICT). Even the Government which utilizes information technology system, namely Electronic Government. The city of Surakarta, especially BPPKAD Surakarta has to begun to implement e-Government in the area of local tax services, one of which is E-SPTPD or Electronic Regional Tax Return to facilitate report and payment of local taxes. However, the successful use of e-Government is not accompanied by success at the user level. Therefore, this study will determine the factors that affect the acceptance of E-SPTPD service users in Surakarta. This study uses Unified Model of Electronic Government (UMEGA). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 74 local taxpayers in the city of Surakarta. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) with the Smart PLS 3 application. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence E-SPTPD service users are performance expectation, social influence, user attitudes. When the level of use and interest of service users, especially local taxpayers, increases, it will increase the compliance of local taxpayers to be able to report and pay taxes in a timely manner. So that this compliance will increase local tax revenue.

Abstract

Smart city adalah sebuah konsep pengembangan pembangunan kota dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup, pelayanan public, daya saing di bidang ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan serta menyelesaikan permasalahan di kota-kota besar, seperti kepadatan penduduk, kemacetan, polusi udara, keamanan, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai aplikasi Garuda Smart City Model (GSCM) untuk menganalisis kinerja perangkat daerah dalam mengimplementasikan konsep smart city. Adapun penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, kuisioner, dan studi dokumentasi sebagai sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Surakarta dengan jumlah sasaran dua puluh tujuh (27) OPD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 74% OPD di Kota Surakarta telah mencapai level kematangan smart city diantara integrated dan smart, 15% berada di level integrated, 4% berada diantara level scattered dan integrated, dan 7% sisanya memiliki kondisi khusus yang belum bisa dipetakan menggunakan model Garuda Smart City. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Garuda Smart City Model dapat digunakan untuk menguji level kematangan smart city pada tingkat OPD. Namun, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk melakukan pengkajian ulang terhadap model tersebut dengan memperbanyak dan memperluas jangkauan level pada masing-masing indikator sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil pemetaan kondisi eksisting OPD yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

The development of tourism will provide many benefits for the community both economically, socially, and culturally. The integration of technology in the tourism sector is an innovation that supports sustainable tourism. The collaboration is a strategic step in tourism development. The tourism sector in Indonesia began to be developed using a collaborative approach in 2016 when the Ministry of Tourism release GBCAM synergy (governance, business, community, academy, and media) also known as the Pentahelix approach. These five elements are currently used as a model of sustainable tourism development. In the digital era, various technologies are applied to maximize the potential of tourist destinations to become smart tourism destinations. Semarang is one city apply smart tourism with the help of technology. This city develops a mobile application namely “Lunpia” to provide information about tourist destinations. This study aims to analyze the Pentahelix collaboration among tourism industry stakeholders regarding the development of the application. This study maps the role of each stakeholder in application development to support tourists in the post-pandemic situation. A qualitative approach was used in this study to get a deeper understanding of the study. The result indicated that the collaboration between stakeholders is not fully attained. Abstract

Transportation becomes the most essential part of a country's development. As a matter of fact, in 2018 The Online Land Transportation and Multimodal Licensing System (SPIONAM) was launched by The Indonesia Ministry of Transportation. The main purpose of this application is to facilitate business licensing in land transportation. The most intriguing of this study is that there is no relevant research dealing with the elements that influence user acceptance of SPIONAM. In other words, there are no prominent records regarding user's reactions to this application. This study examined the acceptance of SPIONAM in Surakarta. Besides using qualitative methods, this study utilized the UMEGA (Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption) theory as well. Interviews were conducted as a method to collect data. The findings indicated that some aspects affect the application of SPIONAM in Surakarta. The aspects are expected benefits, expected convenience, social influence, facility conditions, perceived risk, user attitudes, and user interests. The study also discovers that the UMEGA model applies to qualitative research with several alignments.
