Abstract

Indonesia berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan agenda pembangunan dalam rangka mendorong upaya untuk mengurangi kemiskinan, kesenjangan kaya-miskin, mendorong hak asasi manusia serta perlindungan terhadap lingkungan hidup. Komitmen ini mendorong pemerintah untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya dalam negeri guna percepatan pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goal). Wakaf uang yang sifatnya fleksibel sehingga lebih mudah untuk diterapkan ke hal-hal yang sifatya produktif. Jumlah umat muslim yang terbesar di dunia terutama di Indonesia merupakan sebuah aset besar dalam penghimpunan dan pengembangan wakaf uang. Jika wakaf uang dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik, maka akan terdapat dana potensial yang dapat dipergunakan bagi kemaslahatan umat. Sebagai negara yang heterogen, Indonesia disepakati bukan sebagai negara agama, tapi juga tidak memisahkan agama dari kehidupan sehari-hari penduduknya. Salah satu esensi kehadiran agama adalah untuk menjaga martabat manusia sebagai makhluk mulia ciptaan Tuhan, termasuk menjaga untuk tidak menghilangkan nyawanya. Penelitian ini beertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi penghimpunan wakaf uang dengan pendekatan moderasi beragama terhadap Sustainable Development Goal di Provinsi Lampung. Penilitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa BWI Provinsi Lampung telah mampu menunjukkan kontribusinya dalam proses mencapai tujuan global SDGs pada kesehatan, pendidikan yang berkualitas, dan konsumsi dan produksi bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The phenomenon of increasing investment interest among Generation Z encourages the need for a deep understanding of the factors that influence investment decisions, especially in the context of Islamic economics. This study aims to analyze the influence of herding behavior and risk tolerance on sharia stock investment decisions among Generation Z Muslim investors in Bandar Lampung City, as well as to examine the role of sharia financial literacy as a moderating variable. The research method used a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques based on Partial Least Square (PLS), with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that herding behavior has a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, reflecting the tendency of Generation Z to follow group decisions in uncertain situations. Additionally, risk tolerance was also found to have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, where higher risk tolerance leads to a greater tendency to make investment decisions. However, sharia financial literacy was unable to moderate the influence of herding behavior on investment decisions. Conversely, sharia financial literacy was found to strengthen the influence of risk tolerance on investment decisions, affirming its role in shaping more rational decisions aligned with sharia principles. This study contributes to the development of sharia financial literacy and wiser investment decision-making among young Muslims. These findings also provide an important foundation for policymakers and sharia financial industry players in designing more targeted education and marketing strategies.

Abstract

PURPOSE – Study this analyze influence environment work, style leadership, and burden Work to Turnover intention at PT. JNE in Bandar Lampung. Background This appear Because increased turnover intention due to environment lack of work conducive and burdensome high work, even though some units have apply style good leadership. Research this also aims give understanding about management source Power man in perspective ethics business Islam.METHODOLOGY - Study this use approach quantitative descriptive with sample of 80 selected employees use formula Slovin. Data collected through questionnaire and analysis using SmartPLS through Validity test Reliability as well as testing hypothesis.FINDING – Research result show that environment work influential positive and significant to turnover intention It means the more bad environment Work will the more tall turnover intention. Leadership style influential negative and significant to turnover intention, meaning the more Good style leadership so will the more low turnover intention. Workload influential positive and significant to turnover intention, meaning the more big burden Work so will the more high turnover intention.
