Abstract

Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah terutama di sektor makanan dan minuman tak terkecuali UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung dan Kabupaten Lampung Barat yang merupakan wilayah dengan status kasus Covid-19 tinggi dan sedang di Provinsi Lampung. Pembiayaan dibutuhkan agar keberlangsungan UMKM tetap ada, khususnya UMKM yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan saat Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung dan Kabupaten Lampung Barat tidak melakukan pembiayaan kepada Bank maupun lembaga keuangan lainnya, melainkan melakukan pembiayaan sendiri atau self financing. Hal ini seharusnya menjadi perhatian bagi Bank, lembaga keuangan, maupun pemerintah daerah setempat. Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector, especially in the food and beverage sector, including MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City and West Lampung Regency, which are areas with high and moderate Covid-19 case status in Lampung Province. Financing is needed so that the sustainability of MSMEs remains, especially MSMEs that experienced a decline in income during Covid-19. This type of research is a field research using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are SMEs in Bandar Lampung City and West Lampung Regency do not finance banks or other financial institutions, but do self-financing. This should be a concern for banks, financial institutions, and local governments.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of the responsibilities of the Sharia Supervisory Board, Sharia Compliance, issuance of Sharia securities, and the size of the Board of Commissioners on the level of disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting at Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study used descriptive and correlational quantitative methods. The method of data collection is to use secondary data sources, and in terms of the way the data collection method in this study uses data collection techniques with documents in the form of annual financial statements and GCG reports. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive statistics and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroplasticity tests. The population in this study is Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia for the period 2016-2020 which amounted to 14 Islamic Banks. The sample determination technique was carried out using purposive sampling techniques with criteria: Sharia Commercial Bank which publishes annual reports and GCG reports and lists the results of GCG Self Assessment in 2016-2020, from these criteria, a sample of 13 Islamic Banks was obtained. The results of this study showed that partially the variables of the Responsibilities of the Sharia Supervisory Board, Sharia Compliance variables, and the Board of Commissioners Size variables had no effect on the ISR Disclosure Rate at Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the period 2016-2020, it can be concluded that H1, H2, and H4 were rejected. While on the variable issuance of Islamic securities shows that partially the Issuance of Sharia Securities affects the Level of ISR Disclosure at Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the period 2016-2020, it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. Simultaneously the variables of the Responsibilities of the Sharia Supervisory Board, Sharia Compliance, Issuance of Sharia Securities, and the Size of the Board of Commissioners have a significant effect on the Level of ISR Disclosure on Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the period 2016-2020, it can be concluded that H5 is accepted.

Abstract

Adanya pemberian jabatan yang jelas sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan akan membentuk seorang karyawan profesional. Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian melihat hubungan analisis jabatan apakah menjadi faktor utama dalam peningkatan kinerja terutam pada PT Pos Indonesia atau tidak. Penelitian adalah jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif. Data primer penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer. Penelitian dilakukan pada periode 2022 di perusahaan milik negara sektor jasa logistik yakni PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan total jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner melalui google form dengan skala likert. Software stattistik SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan dalam melakukan analisis data. Hasil penelitian memberikan fakta analisis jabatan memiliki pengaruh dan menjadi faktor utama terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung dikarenakan karena pegawai merasa bekerja pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara yakni PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung tersebut memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai yang bekerja dan di setiap jabatan ada kejelasan peraturan dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan prosedur  PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung sehingga seiring dengan hal itu juga dapat menunjang aktivitas atau standar hasil kerja pegawai dalam Badan Usaha Milik Negara tersebut.

Abstract

Indonesia's zakāh‎ potential is large enough to overcome poverty, but the Indonesian population living below the poverty line is still quite high, reaching 25.95 million people. These data indicate that the large potential of zakāh‎ has not contributed enough to poverty alleviation in Indonesia. To increase zakāh‎ collection, the Zakāh‎ Management Organization (OPZ) innovates by using fintech in its management. The study aims to see how the role of fintech in managing ZIS is to contribute to poverty alleviation in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method by analyzing data and facts obtained from the object under study namely; BAZNAS Central Jakarta and BAZNAS Prov. DIY 2020 descriptively and in detail. The results of the study indicate that fintech has played a significant role in increasing zakāh‎ collection over the last five years. It can be seen from the growth of zakāh‎ distribution from 2015 to 2019 experienced a significant increase, reaching an average of 40.93%.

Abstract

In promoting products at TikTok Shop there is Live Streaming which is the choice of many producers to make sales and direct interaction with consumers in real time. People's heavy dependence on gadgets causes the buying process to be easier through Live Streaming, so that it can lead to impulsive buying behavior. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Live Streaming has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying? Does Time Limit have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying? And how are Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective? While the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Live Streaming on Impulsive Buying behavior, to determine the effect of Time Limit on Impulsive Buying behavior and to find out how Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective. This study uses quantitative research methods, the aim is to test a hypothesis that has been used. In this study using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to Tiktoktshop users in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were people in Bandar Lampung City aged 17 years and over because considering these age conditions it is hoped that respondents can better understand the purpose of the questionnaire given. And the sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the research that has been done, the results are in line with the hypothesis, where there is an influence from Live Streaming (X1) on Impulsive Buying (Y) positively and significantly. Meanwhile, Time Limit (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying (Y). So Live Streaming and Time Limit together have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

Karakteristik Petani Dalam Usaha pertanian di Indonesia. Pertanian di Indonesia dilaksanakan sesuai amanat UU no 16 tahun 2006 mengenai sistem penyuluhan pertanian dilakukan oleh Dinas pangan, pertanian. Untuk menginformasikan kebijakan pemerintah terutama dibidang pertanian serta untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia terutama petani maka dibutuhkan kelompok tani di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mengidentifikasi Karakteristik petani di Indonesia. Mengetahui peran penyuluh terhadap petani di Indonesia Dalam penelitian ini penentuan sampel menggunakan metode google book, jurnal- jurnal dan skripsi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan: Karakteristik petani 100% petani memiliki umur yang produktif, bedasarkan jenis kelamin 100% berjenis laki-laki, tingkat pendidikan 100% berperan pendidikan SD, Berdasarkan luas lahan berbagai macam lebarnya.

Abstract

Kepuasan konumen adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang muncul setelah membandingkan kinerja (hasil) produk yang dipikirkan terhadap kinerja (atau hasil) yang diharapkan, hal ini karna ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi karyawan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada beautyfy clinic bandar lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan analisa regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen pada beautyfy clinic. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Difficulties in accessing education and health services are at the root of poverty. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of expenditure on education and health on poverty in Lampung Province 2018-2022 while considering the perspectives of Islamic economics. The method in this research uses a quantitative. The results of this research show that if government spending in the education sector increases, the poverty rate will increase. If the health sector increases, the poverty rate will decrease. If both increase, poverty will be affected. Government spending in education and health is in line with the principles of Islamic economics Al-Adl (justice), which implement fair and trustworthy policies, such as the regional government in Lampung Province always increasing budget and service facilities so that poverty in Lampung Province can decrease every year.

Abstract

The development of trade has provided very free space for movement in every transaction so that goods and services are easily owned and consumed by consumers, one of which is thrifting clothing which is one of the most basic needs for humans which is very important to use to cover and protect the body in every his activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image on consumer trust, the influence of product quality on consumer trust, the mediating role of consumer trust on the relationship between brand image and product quality, the mediating role of consumer attitudes on the relationship between brand image and product quality, the influence of brand image on buying interest, and the influence of product quality on purchasing interest. The influence of brand image and product quality on interest in buying thrift clothes in the growing fashion industry. This research also examines the mediating role of consumer beliefs and attitudes in the Islamic business perspective. By using regression and mediation analysis methods, the results of this research can provide valuable insight for business people, especially in understanding the preferences and behavior of Muslim consumers who are increasingly consuming fashion products. The research results conclude that the relationship between brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. , The relationship between product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, The mediating role of consumer trust strengthens the relationship between brand image and product quality, The mediating role of consumer attitude strengthens the relationship between brand image and product quality, The relationship between brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and The relationship between product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest.

Abstract

A country is in good condition with its national economy if there are several positive macroeconomic indicators, including increasing foreign exchange reserves, a stable balance of payments, and a decreased amount of money in circulation. This study analyzes the effect of foreign exchange reserves, balance of payments, and the amount of money in circulation of a country on the exchange rate using time series data from 2004 to 2023 and the VECM model. The causality test results did not find a causal relationship between foreign exchange reserves and the exchange rate. At the same time, the balance of payments affected the exchange rate, but not vice versa. In addition, there was no reciprocal influence between the amount of money in circulation and the exchange rate. The results of the VECM test generally show a long-term relationship and an adjustment mechanism from the short term to the long term.
