Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of MSME actors at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school in the Az-Zainiyah region during the Covid-19 pandemic. And to find out the marketing mix strategy used by MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. To test the validity of the data in this study using data source triangulation techniques. From this research, the results of the Covid-19 Virus have made MSME actors in the Az-Zainiyah area, namely increasing sales, turnover and labor. MSME actors can survive and even increase their business by using a marketing mix strategy with 4 P's, namely product, price, place and promotion. Keywords : Covid-19, MSME, Marketing Mix

Abstract

This research discusses the role of creative economy as a solution to overcome and assist economic growth in Indonesia. In this article, focusing on improving human resources to have ideas, creativity, creativity in creating something new or developing that has become something of economic value and can be produced. Besides that, human resources must also use technology to support the results of their creative ideas so that the production process becomes easier and more efficient.In this article, we explain the objectives of economic development and economic growth in Indonesia. In addition, this concept also has a goal to prosper and prosper the people.The method used in this study is literature study, which is a study of the main ingredients of the two components which are the subject of discussion, namely the study of creative economics and economic development. Also added with other books relating to the discussion presented. While the method used is descriptive analytic, namely by gathering actual and detailed information from the data obtained, explained further explained correctly collected, then analyzed directly for the purposes needed for the research made by analyzing content analysis data. Keywords: Creative Economy, Economic Development, Economic Growth, Unemployment.

Abstract

Pesantren Nurul Jadid is an Islamic boarding school founded by K.H. Zaini Mun'im which is located in Tanjung, Paiton, Probolinggo is one of the largest Islamic boarding schools in East Java. In a pesantren, students are taught how to be independent and learn to live qanaah, namely the attitude of being willing to accept or feel sufficient with what is obtained and to distance themselves from being dissatisfied and feeling excessive inadequacy. Consumptive lifestyles in the present era are often found in the midst of society. People's lifestyle in buying excess items occurs in adolescents, including students. Information about fashion, types of food and drink and so on can easily be obtained by them because of the easy access to the internet and other social media so that students who are expected to be able to control these patterns are eroded by technology that has begun to enter the pesantren. In addition, pesantren are also required to always develop the economy so that they can still exist and become an independent Islamic boarding schools so that the focus of the pesantren in educating students and prospective students is no longer constrained by economic problems. In Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school, these efforts began by implementing the Kosmara program (Kos Makan Santri) which aims to control the consumptive patterns of students and make the pesantren independent in the economy. In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with informants.

Abstract

This study wants to reveal how the BAZNAS zak?h application makes it easier for Muzakki to pay zak?h and the extent to which the effectiveness makes Muzakki fulfill their zak?h obligations. By using a qualitative approach, this research data comes from primary and secondary data. Researchers obtained primary data by conducting interviews with related parties such as the District BAZNAS and related parties. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained by researchers from various literatures such as books, research journals, final academic assignments, and others related to this research, which can complement existing problems. The results of this study revealed that in 2017, the zak?h received by BAZNAS (Institutions that manage zak?h nationally) was IDR 6,224,371,269,471. After the payment of zak?h through this online zak?h application, the receipt of zak?h received by BAZNAS reached Rp 8,117,597,683,267, indicating that this application zak?h has become a tangible medium in increasing awareness of Muzakki for doing a zak?h. Keywords: Zak?h Online; Zak?h Application; Optimization of Zak?h Payments   Abstrak: Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap bagaimana aplikasi zakat BAZNAS dalam memudahkan Muzakki membayar zakat dan sejauh mana efektifitas aplikasi ini menyadarkan para Muzakki menunaikan kewajiban zakatnya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapat oleh peneliti dengan melakukan wawancara pada pihak terkait seperti BAZNAS Kabupaten dan pihak-pihak terkait. Sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, jurnal – jurnal penelitian, tugas akhir akademik dan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini yang dapat digunakan dalam melengkapi permasalahan yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa sebelum ada aplikasi pembayaran akat online pada tahun 2017, zakat yang diterima oleh BAZNAS adalah sebesar Rp 6,224,371,269,471. Setelah diadakannya pembayaran zakat melalui aplikasi zakat online, penerimaan zakat yang diterima oleh BAZNAS mencapai Rp 8,117,597,683,267. Hal demikian mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi zakat ini telah menjadi media kongkrit dalam meningkatkan kesadaran berzakat para Muzakki. Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri semakin pesat, beraneka ragam usaha di buka dengan leluasa. Ada banyak kopsep yang digunakan dalam berbisnis, salah satunya ialah konsep waralaba. Konsep ini adalah salah satu model bisnis termudah dan telah terbukti keberhasilannya dalam dunia bisnis. Tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya pertumbuhan bisnis sistem waralaba di Negeri kita Indonesia. Permasalahan yang akan dikaji adalah bagaimana perkembangan bisnis waralaba di Indonesia  dan bagaimana perspektif ekonomi  Islam tentang bisnis waralaba tersebut. Dalam Islam, sistem waralaba dikenal dengan nama syirkah yakni perserikatan antara dua orang atau lebih dan keuntungan dibagi sesuai kesepakatan bersama. Sistem bagi hasil adalah sistem pembagian keuntungannya menurut konsep syariah Ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya  pesantren yang mampu menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berpengetahuan luas, dan mampu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif berdasarkan sumberdata yang diperoleh dari hasil wawncara, pengambilan sample, dan literature view. Menurut  Jovanovic integrasi ekonomi  merupakan sebuah proses yang dilakukan sekelompok Negara dengan upaya meningkatkan kemakmuran negara. Berdasarakan konsep tersebut, pesantren mencoba mengkaji ulang dan menuangkannya kedalam kehidupan masyarakat sekitar dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki ekonomi masyarakat, dengan memberikan pelatihan skill maupun penyedia lapangan kerja. Salah satu pesantren yang mengaplikasikan konsep tersebut ialah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid yaitu dengan cara merekrut tenaga kerja dan mengadakan kerjasama dalam bidang usaha yang dibutuhkan pesantren dari masyarakat yang berada disekitar. Oleh karenanya, seberapa dekat hubungan masyarakat dengan pesantren akan sangat menentukan tingkat keberhasilan perekonomian masyarakat di daearah itu sendiri.

Abstract

This research presents the urgency of implementing market experience as a creator of consumer satisfaction. The implication, it provides guidelines for consumers to choose to love the products offered by producers. This research uses descriptive qualitative library research approach. The data collection technique used was a referential analysis technique. In connection with this matter, this study examines the titles written with literature or theory studies whose sources are taken from books related to the titles being reviewed at this time which then obtain the results that have been written. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current market development in the economic view, as well as to increase the economic value in an area because this determines the level of regional progress. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing is to improve people’s welfare. One example is to create customer satisfaction and make it a permanent customer or repeat buying.

Abstract

Garbage is an item deemed unused and disposed of by the previous owner/user, but for some people, it can still be used if it is managed with the right procedures. However, non-organic waste is often considered as environmental pollution due to industry and households. Therefore, this student service activity is to make use of non-organic waste to be useful by making it creative to deal with scattered garbage. The method of counseling and training for santri in the Al-Mawaddah area on how to make creativity such as flower pots and flowers from non-organic waste. The result obtained from this activity were: a) considerable enthusiasm from the students for the material they had been given, and b)increased knowledge of the students on the use of non-organic waste as a material for creativity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini sebagai narasi ikhtiar untuk mengembalikan kedaulatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia sebagai kekuatan daya saing Indonesia dalam perdagangan internasional melalui sektor sumber daya alam Indonesia dan produk-produk Indonesia. Indonesia adalah salah satu Negara dengan hasil bumi yang sangat melimpah, Sumber Daya Alam yang dimiliki Indonesia membuat kekuatan Indonesia di bidang ekspor. Setelah adanya kerja sama Indonesia dengan kawasan ASEAN dan Cina dalam AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Area) diharapkan adanya peningkatan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Strategi dan langkah dari kebijakan Negara juga menjadi bagian penting dalam penulisan ini yang tujuannya untuk menganalisis produk-produk dalam negeri yang berdaya saing global. Indonesia sebagai obyek pembahasan ini juga perlu pengamatan dari sudut pandang ekonomi Islam sebagai salah satu rujukan untuk dapat bersaing di Negara-negara kawasan ASEAN dan Cina.

Abstract

A tour is industry influencing society economy and prospesity level. Creativity and innovation is necessary for the management and preservation of tour to keep existing andinviting more the tourist. The porpuse of this research is to analize development and rising level of village economy by observing the varietyof natural potential in the village, the development is done in stage by the porpuse to increase the amount of taurist, by the qualitative method, the data collection is by interviwing the tour manager. This research succeeds to prove the development and rising level of the village economy influenced by the level of village real income. It is different montly for about 3,4 million and the village is wonosari grujugan bondowoso. In brief, every village has a different potential. The thinking, skill and coperation of society with Indonesia forestry side to develop nature potential which has special caracteristic and the interest of lokal or international tourits
