Abstract

Infrastructure development is a good concept for managing the country. In addition, infrastructure development is also an important aspect in increasing economic growth because it can create jobs, reduce poverty and increase per capita income. However, this development also has a significant impact on the socio-economic community. Infrastructure disparities between regions are one of the factors driving economic disparities between regions. Within the territory of Indonesia, this issue is interesting to study and explore, especially since the government is currently prioritizing infrastructure development in various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pentingnya implementasi prinsip prudential dalam industry perbankan tidak dapat dipandang remeh, terutama dalam konteks produk tabungan. Penelitian ini membahas Upaya implementasi prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah. Prinsip prudential, yang mencakup pengelolaan risiko, kepatuhan, dan transparansi, dianggap sebagai fondasi yang krusial dalam memastikan kestabilan sector perbankan. Tabungan easy mudharabah, sebagai produk berbasis prinsip ekonomi islam, menawarkan pendekatan berbagi keuntungan dan kerugian antara bank dan nasabah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan prinsip prudential untuk memitigasi risiko yang mungkin timbul akibat fluktuasi pasar atau perubahan kondisi ekonomi. Kepercayaan nasabah, sebagai elemen utama dalam hubungan perbankan, menjadi focus utama dalam penelitian ini. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip prudential banking pada tabungan easy mudharabah, diharapkan dapat memperkuat dasar kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk ini. Ketersediaan informasi yang jelas dan akurat mengenai kebijakan perbankan, manajemen risiko yang baik, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih transparan dan dapat diandalkan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi prinsip-prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan focus pada peningkatan kepercayaan nasabah. Dalam menghadapi kompleksitas lingkungan perbankan syariah, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip tesebut dapat memberikan keuntungan dan membangun kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan berbasis mudharabah. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan holistic tentang bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip prudential banking dapat menjadi pendorong penting dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan easy mudharabah, sementara juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik keuangan islam yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of rural banks (BPR) and cooperatives in supporting the economic growth of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through literature studies from various related literature. The results showed that MSMEs have an important role in the structure of the Indonesian economy, contributing more than 99% of GDP and absorbing most of the workforce. However, its existence also faces challenges and limitations, such as capital problems, production techniques, market share, management, and licensing. BPR and cooperatives have a strategic role in supporting the MSME economy. BPR provides funds distribution to MSMEs in the form of working capital loans, while cooperatives act as business entities consisting of individuals or legal entities with the principles of kinship and mutual assistance. Efforts to strengthen the MSME sector continue to be carried out by the government, the private sector, and the community. Collaboration between financial institutions, including rural banks and cooperatives, with Islamic economic principles has also been tested.

Abstract

This research discusses economic empowerment strategies for the younger generation in Situbondo district. In this contemporary era, the problems faced by the younger generation, especially in Situbondo regency in finding work, have become an increasingly deep and troubling issue. This is related to the lack of skills possessed by the younger generation who incidentally are in the Pantura area and consider that the profession as a fisherman is not in accordance with the lifestyle of the younger generation today. This factor causes the younger generation to face difficulties in finding jobs that suit their wishes. Another factor that contributes to this problem is the lack of employment because it is included in the Pantura Area. Utama Raya Beach stands with business diversification, including gas stations, rest areas to lodging utilizing sea destinations on the north side of its business place. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategy of empowering the younger generation in improving the economy in Situbondo district and knowing the new business model through multiple business differentiation.The research methods used include surveys, interviews, and secondary data analysis to get a comprehensive picture of millennials' economic empowerment and the challenges they face. The results of this study show that the multiple business-based business diversification strategy has succeeded in attracting the interest of the younger generation because the business offer from the management has succeeded in attracting the interest of the younger generation in Situbondo

Abstract

WhatsApp, as a messaging app, is used by the Ely Collection store to send product promotion messages. This study aims to analyze the marketing method used by Ely Collection through the WhatsApp channel to build multi-brand Muslim fashion products in Pajarakan. The background of this research is the increasingly fierce competition in the Muslim fashion industry and the shift from conventional to digital marketing, especially among micro businesses that rely on direct consumer communication. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study show that WhatsApp is the primary medium for promotion, communication, and transactions, with users using status, catalog, and direct message features. This strategy can increase interaction and closeness with consumers and encourage customer loyalty. However, marketing effectiveness remains suboptimal due to obstacles such as inconsistent promotions, low sales conversion rates, and weak brand awareness stemming from multi-brand business models. This study concludes that WhatsApp has an important role in supporting relationship-based digital marketing in local Muslim fashion businesses. Strategic optimization, planned and consistent, is necessary to strengthen brand identity and improve sales performance.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the financial sector has encouraged the presence of technology-based payment methods, one of which is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This innovation is designed to simplify and accelerate the transaction process, as well as increase financial inclusion, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the extent to which the use of QRIS digital payment methods affects the level of consumer satisfaction in Mie Samyu MSMEs, a culinary business that has implemented QRIS in its operations. This research uses a qualitative paradigm with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation of Mie Samyu MSME owners, employees, and customers. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis, which aims to identify patterns of consumer perception of the use of QRIS in their transaction experience. This research is expected to be able to fill the empirical gap regarding the impact of the use of QRIS on the MSME sector specifically and answer the research gap in the academic literature related to the relationship between digital payment methods and consumer satisfaction in the culinary sector. The results of this research are also expected to make a practical contribution in encouraging the digitalization of MSMEs in a sustainable manner and become a reference for public policies in optimizing the use of QRIS as a national digital economy instrument.

Abstract

This study examines strategies for optimizing the utilization of productive zakat in the economic empowerment of mustahik at BAZNAS Bondowoso Regency. The study uses a qualitative case study approach conducted through semi-structured interviews, documentation, and field findings. The informants consisted of BAZNAS administrators, zakat management officers, program companions, administrative staff, and mustahik who received productive business assistance. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was strengthened through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings show that productive zakat optimization is implemented through five main strategies: administrative and field-based mustahik selection, provision of business tools according to business needs, business mentoring, program monitoring, and strengthening zakat fundraising. Productive zakat contributes to increasing mustahik income, creating independent business opportunities, reducing dependence on informal work, and strengthening local economic activities. However, the program still faces limitations in zakat funds, human resources, and structured monitoring systems. The study contributes to Islamic economic literature by showing that productive zakat can function as a sustainable empowerment instrument when managed through integrated selection, assistance, supervision, and institutional capacity building based on maqasid al-sharia principles.
