<![CDATA[We do this Community Service activity with the aim of increasing the understanding of Pulisen residents, especially RT.07 / RW.08 in understanding about obtaining certificates through the PTSL program, this is done incidentally as a State program carried out by BPN The method used in the implementation of this Community Service activity is to use the lecture method, followed by a question and answer (discussion) related to the theme of this activity. Based on observations that we have done some time ago, and also accompanied by the results of interviews that are casual in nature, Pulisen residents, especially RT.07 / RW.08, in understanding about obtaining certificates through the PTSL program this is done incidentally as a State program carried out by BPN, including among others: 1. <![CDATA[Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini kami lakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dari warga Pulisen khususnya RT.07/ RW.08 dalam memahami tentang perolehan sertifikat melalui program PTSL hal ini dilakukan secara insidentil sebagai program Negara yang dilakukan oleh BPN Metode yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, adalah menggunakan metode ceramah, dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab (diskusi) yang berkaitan dengan tema kegiatan ini. <![CDATA[In order to handle children in conflict with the law, the public must be directly involved in enforcing criminal law, so that they can judge whether the criminal case settlement process can bring justice or not and participate through an institution that oversees the implementation of the criminal justice system. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the extent of community participation in assisting children who commit crimes so that it can help reduce trauma to create a good future for children. This research is used to find a model of community participation in mentoring children who commit crimes based on primary data and secondary data This community participation is a new breakthrough in the model of assisting children in conflict with the law, in order to reduce the trauma caused by the imposition of criminal sanctions. Children get a better life after serving a criminal period so that they can manifest their self-confidence to return to society Keyword: children, criminal law, cummunity participation]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak Sistem peradilan pidana anak yang diperuntukkan terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum tetap memperhatikan kepentingan terbaik baik anak tanpa merampas hak asasi anak dan anak tidak mendapatkan stigmatisasi negatif dari adanya proses peradilan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa penegakan hukum upaya diversi dan pemahaman yang tepat diharapkan dapat dijadikan masukan kepada penegak hukum yang menangani perkara anak, sehingga terwujud menggunakan dengan diversi sebagai alternatif pidana penjara Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip hukum dalam konsep diversi dan konsep pemidanaan,kemudian dijadikan landasan untuk menilai persyaratan upaya diversi dan didasarkan data primer dan sekunder. Diversi menjadi solusi terbaik untuk anak, sebagai alternatif dalam penjatuhan sanksi pidana.Undang-Undang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak mensyaratkan diversi pada setiap anak, hanya dapat dilakukan apabila ancaman pidananya di bawah 7 tahun. Anak yang dijatuhi sanksi diversi menumbuhkan tanggungjawab terhadap orang lain (korban, keluarga korban, sekolah) dan wajib mengambil resiko atas perbuatannya. .]]>

<![CDATA[Inheritance by testament (ad testamento) is a deed that contains a person's statement about what he or she wants for wealth after he dies. The testament or will that is made must be in the form of a deed and notarial deed. This means that making a will requires the name of a public official to ratify the will. If it is not made before a notary, then the testator who wrote his own will can submit the will to the notary after it has been signed. As long as the testator has not died, the will can be changed or revoked by him. In contrast to an agreement that requires the agreement of the parties involved, a will is one-sided which means a statement of the will of the heir, or does not require the approval of the heirs. To protect the rights of the heirs, the heir cannot ignore the absolute rights of the heirs themselves when the inheritance is divided by a testament that exceeds the absolute rights of the heirs (in the event that there are legal heirs)]]>
