Abstract

Tujuan dari implementasi pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari labeling produk dan packaging mulai dari desain, model desain, pembentukan, sampai pengerjaan akhir kepada pelaku UMKM keripik tempe Barokah di Desa Garon Balerejo Madiun. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, praktik, dan pengamatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sesuai dengan metode yang ditentukan sebelumnya. Selain meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dalam labeling produk, peserta juga memiliki kemasan baru dan menarik. Hasil survei kemasan baru menunjukkan bahwa responden rata-rata menyukai kemasan baru para peserta. Dengan kata lain, kemasan baru dapat menarik konsumen.Kata Kunci: Labeling, Packaging, UMKM.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology provides convenience to support activities for humans. Technology has changed the behavior of consumers from traditional transaction activities to online transactions because of the benefits and convenience offered. However, technology is inseparable from the risks that occur. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Consumers Perceived Benefits and consumers' perceived risks on online purchase intentions both directly and mediated trust. The method in this study uses path analysis with 170 respondent research samples. The findings obtained show that trust has a positive effect on purchase intentions. Consumers Perceived Benefits has a positive effect on purchase intentions both directly and mediated trust. While consumers perceived Risks negatively affect purchase intentions both directly and mediated trust. The implementation of this research is to attract consumers' online purchase intentions so the company must be able to provide confidence to consumers in the products it sells, both in terms of the benefits obtained and minimize the risks that occur.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of the Effect of Location, Design, Product Quality on Decisions to Purchase Subsidized Housing in Madiun Regency. to determine the effect of product quality location on the decision to purchase subsidized housing in Madiun district and to determine the effect of location location, design and product quality simultaneously affect the decision to purchase subsidized housing in Madiun district. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples used is 291 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with purposive sampling method. Data retrieval using a questionnaire with the distribution via google form. The results show that a) location (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), b) design (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), c) quality (X3) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), d) location (X1), Design (X2), quality (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of subjective norms and word of mouth (WOM) on visiting decisions among visitors to the Bantaran Park tourist attraction, Madiun City. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research uses multiple linear regression techniques. Sampling used the Probability Sampling technique. The sample used was 261 respondents. Based on statistical test results, it shows that partially subjective norms do not have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, word of mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, decision to visit the Taman Bantaran Madiun City tourist attraction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, store atmosphere, kualitas produk dan wom (word of mouth) terhadap keputusan konsumen pada penggunaan jasa self foto di studio foto Potrait Room Madiun. Jumlah responden sebanyak 386 orang. Untuk uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 4.0.9.6). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun; (2) Store atmosphere berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun; (3) Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun; (4) WOM (word of mount) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun.

Abstract

The era of digital disruption has brought significant changes in the business landscape and demanded organizations to adapt more dynamic and innovative human resource (HR) management strategies. This study aims to analyze HR management strategies in improving organizational performance by emphasizing transformational leadership roles and employee engagement. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys of employees from various industrial sectors that are undergoing digital transformation. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership has a significant influence on increasing employee engagement, which ultimately positively impacts the overall performance of the organization. This study confirms the importance of integration between adaptive HR management strategies, visionary leadership, and high employee engagement in the face of digital challenges. These findings provide practical implications for organizational leaders to develop a responsive, collaborative, and innovation-based work culture to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This purpose of this reserch was to determine: (1) The effect of the product on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (2) The influence of place on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (3) The effect of price on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (4) The effect of promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (5) The effect of product, place, price, and promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression line analysis, and multiple determinant coefficient (R2). The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect of the product on interest in visiting the Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (2) There is a significant influence of place on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (3) There is a significant effect of price on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (4) There is a significant effect of promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (5) There is a significant effect of product, place, price, and promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun.
