Abstract

Usaha kecil menengah (UKM) dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan para pelaku bisnisnya pun menghasilkan jenis produk yang beragam. Usaha kecil menengah menjadi salah satu terobosan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di tengah tengah masyarakat untuk mencapai kesejahteraan hidup yang memadai. Usaha kecil menengah menjadi penopang perekonomian Indonesia, karena membantu pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat Kemandirian masyarakat seperti para pelaku bisnis UKM ini diharapkan akan mampu mengurangi angka pengangguran, jika melihat fakta lapangan pekerjaan yang semakin terbatas dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang belum terserap terus bertambah. Kondisi persaingan pasar yang kompetitif menjadi aspek yang tidak lepas dari perhatian, UKM harus saling bersaing untuk mampu menjadi yang diminati pasar, belum lagi harus bersaing dengan perusahaan besar. Dalam perjalananya untuk berkembang lebih maju, para pelaku bisnis UKM tidak lepas dari kendala-kendala. Sehingga diperlukan campur tangan dari pemerintah maupun swasta untuk mendorong perkembangan yang diharapakan bersama. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Manajemen  Pemasaran   Bagi UKM di Kelurahan Slerok Tegal dan UKM  Dapat mengetahui Jenis pemasaran Modern sedangkan Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan penyuluhan pengetahuan mengenai Pemasaran Modern dan Pelatihan Pemasaran On Line di Lab Komputer hasilnya hasilnya berupa Penyuluhan (Modul Pemasaran Modern) dan Pelatihan Pemasaran Online (Modul)

Abstract

Abstract Universities in Indonesia continue to improve the performance of their institutions by improving the performance of their employees. The performance of higher education institutions is one of the determining factors is the result of employee work. The decline in employee performance from the initial observations can be seen from the increasing number of late hours of the employee being the object of researcher's observation. Based on the results of a literature review conducted by researchers found that it is possible that employee performance is influenced by compensation, work environment and organizational culture. The researcher also guesses that there are differences between men and women on the influence of the compensation environment, work environment and organizational culture on employee performance. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula so as to get a sample of 75 respondents from the employee's morals as many as 276 people and the determination of the sample in this study using random sampling. Researchers in conducting data analysis using the PLS method and using the SmartPLS 2.0 M3 tool. The results of this study found that compensation, work environment and organizational culture affect employee performance without regard to gender, whereas when researchers enter gender it appears that gender successfully moderates the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance but fails to moderate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Villages have the opportunity to develop their potential since the enactment of the Village Law. Optimizing the potential of the village is used for the benefit of the village community. The purpose of optimizing the potential of the village is to improve the lives of the village community. The purpose of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the government's efforts to drive the village economy. BUMDes is expected to be a locomotive for the movement of the village economy that can make the village prosperous and reduce poverty. For this goal to be achieved, BUMDes needs to be managed professionally so that they can compete and develop properly. BUMDes Bangun Ber Bersama is a BUMDes in Kepunduhan Village, Tegal Regency. BUMDes Bangun Bersama has the full support of the local village government. BUMDesa Bangun together has limited capabilities of existing human resources. The limitation of existing human resources is the ability in financial reporting operational activities. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide financial management methods from manual to systematic and digitalized based on Google Suite. The output of the activities carried out is that BUMDes administrators understand the Bumdes administration system and accounting/bookkeeping and have the ability to make BUMDes Financial Statements in the form of simple accounting, namely making daily cash books, balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and digital-based and systematic capital change reports.

Abstract

Aktivitas organisasi lumpuh dan diarahkan dalam skema virtual menjadi penyebab penurunan kinerja organisasi. Rasa kekompakan, percaya diri, serta kurangnya sosialisasi antar sesama anggota. Konsep manajemen organisasi yang diimplementasikan dengan metode quantum learning bisa menjadi alternatif dalam meningkatkan performa organisasi OSIS SMA Negeri 3 Brebes.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 menyasar berbagai bidang yang ada, tak terkecuali bidang administrasi dalam hal ini akuntansi. Akuntansi pada hakekatnya merupakan pekerjaan mengolah angka-angka dari kejadian yang terjadi pada organiasisi. Siswa perlu dibekali ketranpilan dalam kemampuan mengoperasikan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Google Spreadsheet merupakan suatu alat yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mengolah angka, yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam penyususnan laporan keuanagan. Google Spreadsheet merupakan aplikasi dari Google yang dapat secara otomatis serta dapat dilakukan kolaborasi multi user yang mana memiliki fungsi pengolahan angka dengan berbagai formula dan dapat membuat grafik secara mudah berdasarkan data yang ada guna memberikan informasi bagi pihak yang membutuhkan. Kegatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk  memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa tentang penggunaan Google Spreadsheet dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan pada pengabdian masyarakat yaitu dengan pelatihan, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yaitu siswa SMK N 1 Dukuhturi yang mengikuti pelatihan mendapatkan pemahaman megenai pengelolaan keuangan dengan Google Spreadsheet

Abstract

Village development is one of the focuses of President Joko Widodo's administration in the second term. Villages can maximize the use of Village Funds in the process of village development. Many benefits are felt by the village from the existence of village fund. However, with the great benefits and freedom in managing the village funds, there was a misuse of village funds. This study conducted a study on the influence of Money Ethics and Religiosity on Village Fund Management Fraud by including the use of SISKEUDes as a mediation variable. Respondents from this study totaled 168 with a sample selection method using random sampling. The statistical analysis method in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and used the SmartPLS 3 statistical test tool. Based on the statistical tests conducted, it is found that Money Ethics has an effect on Fraud Acts of Village Fund Management, while Religiosity has no effect. The use of SISKEUDes does not fully mediate the effect of Money Ethics on Fraud Acts of Village Fund Management but does not succeed in mediating the influence of Religiosity on Fraud Acts of Village Fund Management.
