Abstract

ANALISIS TRADING VOLUME ACTIVITY (TVA) DAN ABNORMAL RETURN PADA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN-PERUSAHAAN YANG TERCATAT DALAM JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX (JII) SEBELUM DAN SETELAH BERGABUNG DENGAN JIITujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan Trading Volume Activity (TVA) dan Abnormal Return pada saham-saham yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index sebelum bergabung dan setelah bergabung dengan Jakarta Islamic Index. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Subyek penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan yang baru tercatat menjadi anggota Jakarta Islamic Index sejak tahun 2002 sampai dengan tahun 2005, yaitu sebanyak 41 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan uji beda dengan menggunakan T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  1) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata Trading Volume Activity (TVA) antara sebelum dan setelah bergabung dengan Jakarta Islamic Index, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar -1,0852 lebih kecil dari t-tabel sebesar 2,021  2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata Abnormal Return antara sebelum dan setelah bergabung dengan Jakarta Islamic Index.  Dengan hasil perhitungan nilai t-hitung sebesar -0,0839 lebih kecil dari t-tabel sebesar 2,021. Karena tidak terbukti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara TVA dan abnormal return dalam penelitian ini, maka disarankan kepada para invetor jika ingin mencari return pada saham-saham yang termasuk dalam index JII, hendaknya memilih saham-saham yang sudah lama bergabung dengan JII. Kata kunci : Trading Volume Activity, Abnormal Return.

Abstract

The industry has a different view of prospective workers. Competency certificates recommended by third and second parties (LSP P3 and LSP P2) have stronger legitimacy than LSP P1 SMK. Quality assurance of the implementation of competency certification tests through the development of competency test materials needs to be improved.Specifically, this study aims to: Develop MUK; Find out its eligibility; Find out its practicality; Find out the internal validity and reliability of the Multiple Choice Questions; Find out its effectiveness; and Find out the effectiveness of the utilization of facilities and infrastructure of the Competency Test Site (TUK).This MUK development research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data analysis used in this study consisted of: Determining eligibility; Determining practicality; Determining the internal validity and reliability of multiple-choice questions; Determining the effectiveness and Determining the effectiveness of the utilization of TUK facilities and infrastructure.The result of the due diligence was included in the criteria of being very eligible. The Practicality Test fell into the criteria of being very practical. The internal validity test of multiple-choice questions showed 77 of 86 valid and the internal reliability test of multiple-choice questions was very high. Effectiveness tests fell under the criteria of being very effective. The effectiveness test of the utilization of TUK facilities and infrastructure was included in the criteria of being very effective.The new findings in this study are, the MUK of motorcycle periodic maintenance cluster industrial based consists of multiple choice test, oral test and demonstration practice tasks adapted to the latest knowledge of motorcycle technology product, the suitability of the required working time (Flat Rate Service Time) and the implementation of the work culture on Safety Talk and 5 Rs (Concise, Neat, Clean, Caring and Diligent).Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that, the development of MUK is very eligible, practical and effective to be used in improving the quality of the competency certification test of the LSP P1 SMK on Motorcycle Periodic Maintenance Cluster.

Abstract

Alternative fuel will be one of the solutions for resolving energy crisis that happening now. Methanol gel is one of them that have lot of benefits. In this paper will be discussing how to increase quality of methanol gel. The quality that we pursue is to decrease number of explosion when the process of incineration was executed. Only four factors observed in this study, include; using purple dye, number of NCl volume, number of layer, and using water as raw material. Experiment method used in this study was Taguchi Method with L8 orthogonal array and twice repetitions. The results that we get were quite surprising. Using ANOVA with 95% level of confidence as analyzer the results, show us that the influencing factors for methanol gel quality were using purple dye, number of layer, and using water.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika peserta didik kelas XI SMK PGRI 15 Jakarta di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu 72. Dari 39 peserta didik hanya terdapat 18 orang yang mencapai KKM yaitu sekitar 47%. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika peserta didik kelas XI SMK PGRI 15 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada peserta didik kelas XI SMK PGRI 15 Jakarta Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 dengan jumlah 39 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan analisis disimpulkan melalui penerapan Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika pada materi Turunan Fungsi Aljabar. Hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar sebelum tindakan yang mencapai KKM hanya 18 siswa dengan rata-rata klasikal sebesar 47%. Kemudian pada siklus I mencapai KKM hanya 19 orang dengan rata-rata klasikal sebesar 63,23%. Siklus II peserta didik yang mencapai KKM 33 oarnag dengan rata-rata klasikal sebesar 84,61%. Meningkatnya aktivitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran disebabkan karena guru sudah terbiasa Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI).
