Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) To know and analyze the enforcement of the negligence of the notary deed minuta storage based on Law No. 2 of 2014 on the notary office. 2) To know and analyze what are the obstacles and solutions in enforcing the law against the negligence of the notary deed minuta storage based on Law No. 2 of 2014 on the notary office. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the rampant money politics in society. In the process of grassroots democracy, the practice of money politics thrives. Since it is considered a fairness, the public no longer sensitive to the dangers. They let him, because they do not feel that money politics normatively should be shunned. Everything went to the fair. Although clearly the case of money politics, and it was recognized by the community, but there was no protest. People consider money politics as something normal for economic reasons and partly because of their ignorance.This is due to factors Regulatory, there is no provision of law which limits Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in maximizing its role, Bawaslu not authorized to call forced the clarification process, and their obligation to prepare a minimum of two (2) evidence in forwarding recommendation, The intensity of inter-agency presence is still weak short handling time violation. Besides, some people regard it as something normal. The public will know the actual allegations of money politics and in general do not want to report because of the difficulty of proving.Keywords : Money Politics; Law; Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu).

Abstract

Salah satu tinggalan megalitik yang memiliki nilai penting sangat tinggi di Indonesia adalah Situs Pokekea, Lore, Sulawesi Tengah, yang berupa patung manusia, kalamba, tutuna (tutup kalamba), dan batu dakon. Namun tinggalan megalitik tersebut sangat tidak terawat dan telah mengalami kerusakan. Untuk mengetahui kondisi tinggalan megalitik tersebut dan cara konservasinya, pada penelitan ini telah dilakukan studi referensi, survei lapangan, serta analisis laboratorium. Hasil survei lapangan menunjukan lingkungan di Situs Pokekea berupa lembah padang ilalang dengan berdiri di permukaan atau terbenam sebagian dalam tanah, serta 6 artefak lainnya dalam posisi miring atau tidur. Jenis kerusakan dan pelapukan yang dijumpai pada artefak artefak tinggalan megalitik di Situs Pokekea berupa endapan atau kerak yang berwarna merah, pengelupasan (scaling), retak, pecah, batu yang rapuh, dan batu yang ditumbuhi jasad (algae, lichen, dan moss bahwa jenis batuan tinggalan megalitik berupa biotit granit dengan kandungan mineral yang terdiri dari batu jenis biotit granit yang masih bagus, dan namun ada pula yang telah lapuk. Proses kerusakan dan pelapukan tinggalan megalitik di Situs Pokekea disebabkan oleh sifat batu granit sendiri, keberadaan air, megalitik di Situs Pokekea dapat dilakukan dengan metode konservasi yang bersifat preventive dan active conservation. Preventive conservation dapat berupa pemeliharaan rutin, pengendalian suhu dan kelembaban udara di sekitar batu, mengontrol polusi udara, dan lain sebagainya. Active conservation berupa merestorasi kerusakan dan pelapukan yang telah terjadi pada tinggalan megalitik di Situs Pokekea.
