Abstract

Differential quadrature phase-shift keying (DQPSK) modulation techniques and their variants are widely applied in digital communication, such as for high-speed optical fiber, bluetooth, or satellite communication. In its implementation, DQPSK cannot be separated from the potential harmful interference. In this research, a system model has been made for observation and analysis of the interference cancellation process. Discrete finite-duration impulse response (FIR) filters for band limiting and adaptive filter are the key components of the supporting block for this system model. Robust Simulink results have shown a significant increase in system performance in the existence of these key components. The indication has been shown by the best bit error rate (BER) of 3.3e-05. Constellation and eye pattern diagrams have supported the BER.

Abstract

Teknologi otomasi dan komunikasi semakin berkembang pada era revolusi industry 4.0 seperti sekarang ini. Banyak perangkat industry maupun rumah tangga yang mengimplementasikan teknologi tersebut. Pada suatu lingkungan dengan parameter kondisi yang terjaga dari kemungkinan bahaya seperti api, asap, dan gas beracun, sebuah sistem pendeteksi diniĀ  dapat diintegrasikan sehingga mampu memberikan sinyal peringatan dini serta kontrol berupa tindakan preventif yang harus dilakukan agar dapat mengantisipasi terjadinya potensi resiko . Dalam perancangan model simulasi sistem ini, perangkat yang digunakan berupa modul mikrokontroler Arduino uno, sensor MQ-2, LED, buzzer, kipas, dan relay. Metode yang digunakan berupa penelitianĀ  eksperimental yang dapat menguji secara benar hipotesis yang menyangkut hubungan kasual melalui pola tahapan design science research method (DSRM). Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara menempatkan sistem pada suatu lingkungan yang telah ditetapkan kemudian dilakukan proses pengambilan data secara berkala pada beberapa kondisi tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem mampu bekerja secara baik dan optimal, proses pendeteksian memiliki waktu delay yang singkat sehingga fungsi pembuangan pada sistem dapat berjalan secara sinkron dalam menetralisir potensi bahaya pada lingkungan tersebut

Abstract

The development of technology in the modernization era now allows us to do work more easily, quickly, efficiently and have high productivity. One example of this development is in agriculture. The concept of developing agriculture that is being developed at this time is the concept of intelligent agriculture, or more commonly known as smart farming or the Smart Agriculture System. This concept refers to the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in agriculture. The main purpose of applying the technology is to increase yield productivity and ease in monitoring the plant growth process. Based on this, then in this study developed a data monitoring system that utilizes wireless multisensor network technology and internet connectivity in the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT). Through this system, it is expected to facilitate the process of monitoring and controlling the growth of plants that are turned into commodities.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah plastik merupakan sebuah fenomena lazim yang harus segera dicari alternatif penyelesaiannya. Sampah plastik sendiri merupakan jenis sampah yang memberikan dampak negatif serius terhadap lingkungan. Sungai citarum merupakan salah satu sungai yang paling tercemar di Indonesia, keberadaan sampah plastik dan material lain pada aliran sungai citarum membuat air meluap menjadi banjir pada musim hujan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka pemerintah terkait bekerja sama dengan instansi TNI&POLRI membentuk sebuah tim dengan nama satgas citarum harum yang salah satu fokus tujuannya berupa penanganan lahan kritis dan pengelolaan sampah disekitar daerah aliran sungai (DAS) citarum. Normalisasi sungai citarum dilakukan dengan cara melibatkan masyarakat di sekitar bantaran sungai citarum, salah satu bentuk sosialisasi yang dilakukan kepada masyarakat adalah pemanfaatan limbah botol plastik sebagai media tanam hidroponik. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan Dosen dan mahasiswa STT Mandala menyasar ke generasi muda di SDN Sukajadi Baleendah, dimana para siswa diberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah botol plastik menjadi media tanam system hidroponik. Dari hasil evaluasi kegiatan, tingkat kepuasan para siswa peserta pelatihan mencapai 96.4% yang membuktikan kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan berjalan baik dan memuaskan.

Abstract

Wireless body area networks (WBAN) has now become an important technology in supporting services in the health sector and several other fields. Various surveys and research have been carried out massively on the use of swarm intelligent (SI) algorithms in various fields in the last ten years, but the use of SI in wireless body area networks (WBAN) in the last five years has not seen any significant progress. The aim of this research is to clarify and convince as well as to propose a answer to this problem, we have identified opportunities and topic trends using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) procedure as one of the swarm intelligence for optimizing wireless body area network interference mitigation performance. In this research, we analyzes primary studies collected using predefined exploration strings on online databases with the help of Publish or Perish and by the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) way. Articles were carefully selected for further analysis. It was found that very few researchers included optimization methods for swarm intelligence, especially PSO, in mitigating wireless body area network interference, whether for intra, inter, or cross-WBAN interference. This paper contributes to identifying the gap in using PSO for WBAN interference and also offers opportunities for using PSO both standalone and hybrid with other methods to further research on mitigating WBAN interference.

Abstract

The background of research try to use an open loop system, without feedback, by building torque in the target position. Theoretical basis manages the turning round of servo motor change direct currents to alternating currents by adjusting the rate input used. Methodology in simple terms, the flowchart of code processing from igniting transistors to managing the turning round of a three-phase alternating current (AC) servo motor. The result of the transistor ignition time with room phasor pulse width modulation (PWM) to set the ignition of a three-phase AC servo motor in the process of igniting as ordered, for manage position only igniting transistors in target position, and building torque at there. Discussion, igniting transistors to manage the turning round of servo motors, allows motion of servo motor, allows motion of servo motor to be added faster, accurately, soft, and steady. In conclusion, in this case the researcher uses it more specifically by turning on the transistor only at the target position, so that the torque generated is only at the target position, the servo motor motion from the start position immediately ends at the target position. Suggestions, this system igniting can be applied at a motion high-velocity system like a missile system controlled.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi khususnya di bidang informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktifitas dan efisiensi kerja administrasi perkantoran. Proses pengolahan dokumen dan data hingga penyajiannya dalam bentuk laporan yang sistematis semuanya memanfaatkan aplikasi perkantoran seperti Microsoft office. Kader PKK serta Karang Taruna merupakan pilar utama dalam pelaksanaan berbagai kegiatan sosial dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berperan strategis sebagai penggerak partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung program-program kelurahan, baik yang berkaitan dengan administrasi maupun sosial kemasyarakatan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan produktifitas pelayanan administrasi, maka kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan administrasi perkantoran menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office bagi keder PKK dan Karang Taruna Kelurahan Kebon Kangkung ini dirasa penting dan perlu dilakukan sebagai salah satu bentuk upaya peningkatan keterampilan administrasi perkantoran. Evaluasi pelatihan Microsoft Office dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, penilaian praktik peserta, evaluasi kehadiran dan kepuasan peserta, serta penyusunan laporan evaluasi untuk menilai ketercapaian tujuan dan efektivitas pelatihan. Tingkat pemahaman akhir berada > 78 % sehingga kegiatan ini dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil.
