Abstract

Science is a constituent part of human civilization and culture. Knowledge can be obtained from various things, one of which is from libraries. The existence of the library can not be separated from the civilization and culture of mankind. This study aims to conduct a study on the role of innovation to improve public literacy through library development. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data in the form of observations and interviews. The results of the innovation research are useful in the development of the AJAR Library which is a new library so that it is useful for improving literacy and providing continuous education for the community. The existence of the AJAR Library aims to arouse public interest and desire to continue reading and learning in order to realize sustainable education that has an impact on people's lives.

Abstract

The culinary business is the biggest business choice because the demand is large, everyone needs to eat and drink, so this sector continues to experience increasingly rapid development. This study aims to determine the business feasibility of the Tempe Pak Iwan Bandung business, from the production aspect, marketing aspect and financial aspect. The results showed that based on the production aspect, marketing aspect and especially on the financial aspect, this Tempe business was said to be feasible with a project life of 5 years at a discount rate of 20%. The analysis of the eligibility criteria resulted in a Payback Period (PP) of 1 year and 8 months, a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 1,077,541,937, a Profitability Index (PI) of 2.6 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 66%.

Abstract

Education is an important pillar for human resource development. Without education, there will be no next generation of intelligent, noble and tough people. This study aims to find out about the role of innovation in supporting teaching and learning activities through technological advances. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by seeking data from the results of the study, conducting observations and interviews, where we took random samples from several elementary, middle, and high school levels in Ngawi Regency. The results of innovation research are useful in developing methods of teaching and learning activities that create new learning methods so that they are useful for improving learning management technology and providing continuous education for the community. Technological advances have an important role in teaching and learning activities during the pandemic, especially in Ngawi Regency in order to realize sustainable education that has an impact on people's lives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine 1. What factors attract foreign buyers to import cashew nuts from Indonesia?.2. What are the obstacles faced by foreign buyers in the process of importing cashew nuts from Indonesia?.3. What are the stages of the process carried out by buyers to import cashews from Indonesia?.4. What is the solution to these obstacles? This research was made using a qualitative descriptive analysis type of research regarding the marketing process of the cashew nut export sales business. (2) Currency differences. (3) Obstacles in the Form of Regulations. (4) International trade barriers are seen from economic institutions, namely: The influence of economic organizations, Anti-dumping regulations that increase import duty rates, Embargoes related to the prohibition of trade between countries. What is the solution to these obstacles? (1). Solution for difficult payments, by L/C. (2) The solution when the currency, using the USA currency or by agreement, is exchanged to the value of the destination country. (3) The solution to obstacles in the form of regulation, is to instinctively follow market trends. (4) Solutions to barriers to economic institutions, exporters take advantage of facilities from countries that are members of economic organizations, export at competitive prices, and resolve trade embargo issues between countries.
