Abstract

Trust of using automated teller machine (ATM) is a daunting task for many Indonesians, where the security issues associated with it, still haunting them. The paper examines the collaborative issues related to the ATM security such as: perceived usefulness and ease of use, perceived security, trust, intention to use and actual system use, by using revised technical acceptance model (TAM) according to the banking purposes. The study takes customer samples of major leading banks in Indonesia and expected to present the current situation faced by many Indonesians when dealing with the ATM security. The outcome will be valuable inputs for the policy makers of the banks to establish further strategy to cope with integrated security issues related to ATM use.

Abstract

The Internet has made sharing information easier. By extension, it has also made sharing things easier. The problem is gauging the user experience of free E-commerce websites such as Babacucu.com to see whether people are interested to visit it or not. One of the elements of user experience is usability, that will be measured in this research. The methods used to measure the usability are questionnaires and usability testing with the users of Babacucu as subjects. The results of this study are the level of usability of Babacucu.com and recommendations on how to improve the site's usability.

Abstract

Di Timor Leste salah satu fenomena yang saat ini sedang ramai diperbincangkan adalah tentang berkembangnya media jaringan sosial. Media tersebut kini menjadi trend di seluruh kalangan masyarakat di Timor Leste tanpa memandang usia, hal itu dikarenakan media jaringan sosial memberikan kemudahan layanan dalam berkomunikasi, khususnya berinteraksi dan berbagi informasi antar manusia. Jika dikaitkan dalam konteks pendidikan, maka media jaringan sosial menjadi salah satu sarana komunikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses manajemen pendidikan dan pembelajaran bagi guru di Timor Leste. Pemanfaatan media tersebut tentu memiliki dampak positif dan negatif yang dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

Information Technology and Information Systems are important in supporting operations in a company. The organization's ability to manage IT affects the quality of its information technology services, especially in the use of the IT Helpdesk. The IT Helpdesk acts as a good service provider for request fulfillment and problem management in the company and aims for the IT support team to monitor the status of work on problems faced by users and can analyze lead times from the emergence of these problems to their completion. The IT Helpdesk in a company engaged in the garment and textile industry has not been used optimally, for example, e-ticketing has not reached the target time specified in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the company due to a lack of enthusiasm and lack of motivation by the IT team towards the use of IT Helpdesk. Therefore, the researchers designed a prototype of the application of gamification with the Mechanics-Dynamics-Aesthetics (MDA) framework at the IT Helpdesk as a strategy used to increase the motivation and enthusiasm of the IT team that is useful for improving the performance of each IT team.

Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) have realized the importance of information technology, one of which is PT. POS (PERSERO) Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of Information Technology that is currently running at PT. POS (Persero) Indonesia lhokseumawe branch, to find out the Capability Level. The Post Office is an organization engaged in the delivery of goods. The organization has used information technology to support business activities. Money transfer is an application that is used to record every shipment of goods made by consumers starting from the data of the sender of the goods, the data of the goods, and the data of the recipient of the goods. However, it is undeniable that every risk that occurs can interfere with the performance of the money transfer application. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the risk of the information technology used. In this study, researchers tried to implement the ISO 22301 risk management framework to see every possible risk contained in the money transfer application. The final result of this research is expected to help organizations in seeing and knowing what actions must be taken against any possible risks or threats that occur around the money transfer application based on the level of risk

Abstract

The increasing need for employees who are experts in the IT field, or commonly referred to as digital talent, is a new challenge for the human resources department in the era of digital transformation. The results of interviews and observations conducted at a tax consulting company show that the HR department does not have a definite procedure for measuring the technical capabilities of IT candidates. Because technology is always changing and evolving, it is difficult to locate someone who is already conversant with the most current technologies and techniques. Assessing a candidate's genuine potential is more difficult than merely reading it on a CV or asking, "can you accomplish this?" or "do you have this trait?" Previous research indicates that the majority of candidates lie about themselves on their resumes and hiring managers just don't care. Having a qualified digital talent is critical while the tax company undergoes digital transformation. With Gen Z and millennials as recruitment targets, this study proposes a solution by designing a gamification using the MDE framework. Gamification has been shown to be effective in attracting and assessing fresh talent throughout the recruiting process. The purpose of this study is to investigate how gamification might attract skilled IT applicants while avoiding errors in judging their genuine potential.

Abstract

Transformasi digital selalu menghadirkan upaya pengambilan keputusan yang berlandaskan data. Dalam rangka mendukung transformasi digital di bidang kesehatan, maka diperlukan perangkat yang dapat melakukan proses prediksi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Penerapan machine learning untuk proses prediksi tingkat persebaran penyakit dapat membantu pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan secara cepat. Pemodelan machine learning menggunakan berbagai teknik dalam algoritma klasifikasi dengan framework yang dimiliki oleh bahasa pemrograman python. Dalam hal ini, data yang digunakan merupakan dataset yang dikoleksi dari Profil Kesehatan Indonesia, yang berisi informasi tingkat pelayanan kesehatan, kebijakan kesehatan, serta tingkat sosio-demografi. Pemodelan dengan teknik decision tree memiliki akurasi yang sangat baik dalam memprediksi klasifikasi tingkat kasus penyakit.

Abstract

Bidang pertanian di Indonesia, khususnya dalam produksi buah dan sayur, merupakan salah satu sektor utama sehingga Indonesia memiliki potensi yang kuat untuk menjadi produsen pangan dan komoditas pertanian yang signifikan di tingkat global. Yarumori merupakan sebuah koperasi yang bergerak dibidang bisnis pertanian dan memiliki beberapa waralaba yang sedang berjalan, alasan yarumori mengambil sektor bisnis di bidang waralaba karena sektor ini sudah berkembang sangat cepat, namun sistem waralaba yang dibangun yarumori masih bersifat traditional yang tentu saja memiliki banyak sekali kekurangan.Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut akan dibuatnya sebuah platform berbasis web3 dan Blockchain yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah bisnis yang ada di koperasi yarumori
