Abstract

The main measure of the success of a software system is the degree to which it meets itspurpose. Requirement Engineering (RE) is a process for discovering the purpose.Nowdays, the complexity of e-governemnt applications is grown significantly in the government environment.E-government applications should be developed based on regulations in order to achieve the goal model of government entitties. However, the goal model could not used directly  to  identify  the  features  of  applications.In  order  to  solve  this  problem,this  paper presents and proposed conceptual methodology for requirement engineering based on GORE and BPM Alignment.It can support the phase for  identify features of applications. In order to support this phase, we align goal model and business process model.This conceptual methodology consists of four methods, there are (1)Method for convert document regulations to goal model, (2).Method for convert goal model into business process model, (3).Method for convert business process model into feature model,and (4).Method for convert feature model to orthogonal variability model

Abstract

Business Process Reengineering didefinisikan sebagai suatu proses untuk melakukan rancang ulang terhadap proses bisnis, mengubah fungsionalitasnya dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Dalam organisasi bisnis maupun perusahaan, proses bisnis perlu disinambungkan untuk dapat berjalan dengan baik agar dapat menghasilkan produk  jasa untuk konsumen. Pengkoordinasian itu biasanya dilakukan per fungsi bisnis. Fungsi bisnis inilah yang biasanya menjadi dasar dalam pembentukan struktur organisasi perusahaan secata tradisional. Rapid-Re adalah salah satu metode untuk menjalankan proses rekayasa ulang. Rapid-Re dirancang untuk menghasilkan hasil akhir yang cepat. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi wireless dan mobile yang sangat cepat telah merubah gaya hidup masyarakat dewasa ini. Kemudahan dalam pemakaian dan banyaknya fasilitas yang diberikan oleh teknologi mobile saat ini sangat banyak memberikan kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Teknologi SMS saat ini telah dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai pihak dan elemen dalam mendukung segala aktifitas mereka baik pribadi maupun bisnis. Penggunaan SMS yang semakin merebak di berbagai bidang disebabkan faktor fleksibilitas dan efisiensi. Bidang pendidikan merupakan salah satu komponen elemen yang dapat menggunakan teknologi SMS  dalam menunjang aktifitas proses bisnisnya. Perguruan tinggi sebagai institusi yang bergerak di bidang jasa dan berhubungan dengan banyak manusia sangat memerlukan pelayanan yang memuaskan. Kepuasan dari penerima jasa akan berdampak positif  kepada penyedia jasa secara langsung baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Abstract

Jaringan TCP/IP sampai saat ini merupakan bentuk jaringan yang masih dapat memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi global. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan jenis layanan yang memerlukan jaminan  pelayanan dengan performansi tinggi seperti  layanan multimedia video, audio, serta data maka diperlukan peningkatan teknis operasional terhadap jaringan TCP/IP yang masih belum mampu untuk melakukan mekanisme pemeliharaan Quality Of Services Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) merupakan metode dengan unjuk kerja tinggi untuk proses.forwarding data (frame) di sebuah Jaringan.  Konsep dari MPLS ini menggunakan switching node, yang biasa disebut Label–Siwtlching (LSR).  MPLS ini bekerja dengan melekatkan suatu label pada setiap paket yang datang dan menggunakan label tersebut untuk menentukan ke arah mana seharusnya paket data tersebut dikirimkan. Teknologi MPLS ini bertujuan membawa teknologi Internet  Protocol (IP) yang memiliki sistem connection-less ke dalam sebuah teknologi IP yang memiliki sistem connection-oriented. Network Simulator Ns-2 merupakan sebuah discrete event simulator yang ditujukan untuk penelitian jaringan .Kata kunci : MPLS, Internet Protocol (IP), Network Simulator

Abstract

The lack of  identify services mechanism which is related to the development of information systems could be impact in wasting time, over budget and can not adapt to the changing environment. This phenomenon is happened by the belief that lack of capturing user requirement. This is due to consider the business environment is always running normally. In fact, the development of the system needs a way to anticipate the business environment that unpredictable changes.Therefore, the phenomenon on the need for modeling services can able to respond to the changing needs of users still have a chancein this study. It explores modeling services to synergize SOA and BPM.Several previous studies generally use a business driven approach, technical partially driven to develop the service modeling. This leads to the question of how a service should be modeled so that it can be applied in different contexts and business processes also. It is support user needs in diversity and heterogeneous system environments. This Conditions occurs in corporate university. The case studies in this research is a Learning Management System (LMS) in Academic Enterprise System (EAS). The research stages are: (1) Analysis of Synergy in SOA and BPM, (2) Analysis of User Experience in LMS Academic Enterprise System (L-EAS), (3) Analysis of Modeling Framework, (4) Proposed Framework that aligning SOA and BPM. The result of this study is proposed system framework based on services to increase the flexibility of information systems at LMS Academic Enterprise System (L-EAS).

Abstract

The critcal factor in successfully in system development is the requirement phase. The requirement should meets with its purpose. In order to achieve it, the methodology for requrement analysis is needed. Nowdays, the complexity of e-governemnt applications is grown significantly in the government environment. E-government applications should be developed based on regulations in order to achieve the goal model of government entitties. However, the goal model could not used directly to make business process model. In order to solve this problem,this paper presents and proposed a Methodology to extract goal model into business process model that called GBPM Methodology. It can support the requirement analysis phase, especially in enterprise government tourism system. This methodology consists of two methods, there are (1) Method for convert goal model to business use case diagram, (2) Method for convert business use case diagram to activity diagram. We do the experiment in e-government applications domain. This methodology suitable with enterprise government tourism system development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of IT investment in hospitality and determine the value and tangible/ intangible benefits from IT implementation. Problem arises from high investment without knowing the real impact and future investment to IT development. The scope of this research is information technology investment in five star hotel in Jakarta. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the research samples, are Grand Hyatt Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Ayana Midplaza Hotel Jakarta. The analysis uses the information economics (IE) approach that combines financially and non-financial calculations to determine the feasibility of IT investment and the benefits of IT for 5-star hotels in Jakarta. From the analysis result, it can be concluded that five star hotel in Jakarta is feasible to make IT investment with ROI score more than 1 and scorecard value 28 which shows that IT investment in 5-star hotel is quite beneficial for hotel business process.

Abstract

The situation of dynamic change is unpredictable and always growth increasingly. It also can happen anytime and anywhere. The one kind which is always changing is the government policy.This condition is suggested take the impact for software for information system. It will cause replacement, modification, and enhancement of software for information system. There is some commonality and variability of software features in Indonesian Government. Hence, to manage it, we present enhancement of Zuma’s E-Government Framework (ZEF) for reduce software complexity.We enhance ZEF Framework using  SPLE and GORE approach in order to improve traditional software development.It can reduce, if the changing continuously happen.The measurement of  software complexity relate to functionality of system.It can describe with function point, because function point can describe logical software complexity also. The preliminary result of this study can reduce efficiency of software complexity such as information processing size, technical complexity adjustment factors and function points in e-government applications.

Abstract

Smart System has implemented in government sector. There are varies Implementation that was utilized by research activities for numerous domains is very broad. Besides that, the Industry, transportation and health, also where such a system is incredibly beneficial. This study discuss supply chain and governmental link issue, coordination of all stakeholder in supply chain has to reflect the government role. It support with the condition in Indonesian government environment is unique. It is a challenge to construct smart system based on Feature Oriented Domain Analysis (FODA) approach. It can produce software product line (SPL). We proposed framework for develop software product line for smart supply chain in government sector. It is used to enhance and improve the development of software systems by multiple software system developers. It will be a guidance for construct smart government, and more specificity in supply chain for government system area environment. It is called SGSC Framework. It consists of four layers, such as optimization layer, integration layer, supply chain layer and data layer.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendefinisian user requirement yang tidak komprehensif kadangkala menyebabkan pengembangan sistem informasi menjadi  lama, over budget dan tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan regulasi. Selain itu, adanya anggapan bahwa tidak adanya perubahan regulasi dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena  menganggap kondisi  environment selalu berjalan normal. Pada kenyataanya, pengembangan sistem informasi memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk antisipasi terhadap kondisi environment yang tidak dapat diprediksi perubahannya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam hal pengembangan sistem berbasis Service Oriented Analysis & Design dengan pendekatan SOA untuk mengakomodir perubahan user requirement agar dapat dijadikan referensi untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan.
