Abstract

KTSP  is the operational curriculum systematically arranged and detailed kind of preparation, the preparation of which is carried out by each unit of education at the stage of evaluation. Guidance and Counseling (BK) is one component of the KTSP. The rationale for the implementation of guidance and counseling in Schools / Madrasah, not solely lie in the presence or absence of a legal basis (legislation) or the provisions of the above, but more important is on efforts to facilitate learners hereinafter referred to counseling, to be able develop her potential or achieve development tasks (involving the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and moral-spiritual). Counseling as an individual who is in the process of developing or being (on becoming). Activity Extracurricular are educational activities outside subjects and counseling services to help the development of learners in accordance with the needs, potentials, talents, and interests through activities specially organized by educators or education personnel are capable and in authority in the school / madrasah. Extracurricular activities at school has long been underway, and is generally in the form of the scouts.

Abstract

In learning process, most of students use behaviorism theory. It emphasizes on stimulus and response. The students compete with others because of that situation. Here, the most important thing is students’ memory. Learning process need memory because the process put a lot of memorization. It has the goal of keeping the students’ attitude changed from not knowing to knowing. Abstract

The phenomenon of LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) makes people very worried. Pros and cons of the LGBT happen in the mass media; print media and electronic media. In medical science, there are four major categories of mental disorder diagnosis, namely: gender identity disorder, sexual deviation, psychosexual dysfunction, and other psychosexual disorders such as homosexuals. The LGBT issue should get a good handle on all aspect, especially the family. Parenting and monitoring the development of children from infancy to adolescence need to be improved so that children develop well.

Abstract

Sebuah perguruan tinggi harus memiliki perencanaan berjangka dalam merumuskan strategi pendidikan agar mampu bersaing dan bertahan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah dokumen Rencana Strategis untuk mengukur langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan stake holder agar mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis dokumen renstra salah satu Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Swasta di Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau yaitu STAI Hubbulwathan Duri. Metode yang digunakan adalah field research dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara kepada pimpinan STAI Hubbulwathan Duri, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul direduksi, didisplay dan diinterpretasi. Abstract

Although the importance of madrasah teachers in bridging the gap between scientific and Islamic pedagogy is on the increase, the gap between the two fields still exists, as there is no well-organized framework of competences that can guide the teachers in their effective integration of the two domains in their classroom activities. This study aims to develop a competency framework for madrasah teachers that integrates scientific knowledge and Islamic pedagogy. Using the ADDIE model, the research was conducted up to the development stage, which included a needs analysis, conceptual design, and expert validation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from madrasah teachers in Mandau Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The resulting framework consists of four core components: Pedagogical Competence, Scientific Literacy, Integration of Islamic Pedagogy, and Professionalism & Spiritual Integrity. Expert validation involving five specialists in Islamic education, language, and visual design confirmed the framework’s relevance, clarity, and practicality, with validation scores ranging from “Fairly Appropriate” to “Highly Appropriate.” This study contributes to the growing discourse on integrated teacher development in Islamic education by offering a framework that balances spiritual values with contemporary educational demands. The framework is expected to serve as a reference for professional training programs in madrasahs and Islamic teacher education institution.
