Abstract

The study aims to describe the role of school principals in making decisions to improve the quality of education at MTs Islamiyah YPI Batang Kuis. It reveals 1) The decision-making process carried out by school principals to improve the quality of education, 2) Participation in decision-making carried out by school principals to improve education quality, and 3) Evaluation of the implementation of decisions to improve the quality of education. The method used is qualitative, while the approach used is descriptive, with research data collection obtained by observation, Interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study reveal the findings, namely: 1) The decision-making process carried out by the Principal of MTs Islamiyah YPI Batang Kuis by analyzing the problem, developing alternative solutions, deciding on alternatives, implementing and evaluating 2) Participation carried out by the principal of MTs Islamiyah YPI Batang Kuis is to involve: foundations, teachers' councils and administrative staff in decision making. To carry out this participation can be done in various ways, for example by meeting / deliberation and asking for responses, 3) Evaluation of the implementation of decisions made by the principal of MTs Islamiyah YPI Batang Kuis carried out by all components within the institution and who are responsible for evaluating decisions, namely all parties involved in implementing the decision.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss one result of research on the response of lecturers to higher education budgeting and the response of lecturers to their performance so far implemented and to determine whether budgeting has a positive effect on lecturer performance in the Aceh State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN). Data collection was carried out at five PTKIN in Aceh, namely UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, IAIN Langsa, IAIN Lhokseumawe, STAIN Meulaboh, and STAIN Takengon. The population and sample were derived from the lecturers' is data in the staffing section of each PTKIN Aceh, and then determined using the Slovin formula. The type of research chosen is the Mix Method, using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing using simple regression. The results of the analysis found that the lecturers gave a good response to the budgeting carried out by the team at PTKIN Aceh and the performance results practiced by the PTKIN Aceh lecturers were also good. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing found that there was no significant effect of budgeting on the performance of PTKIN lecturers in Aceh province.

Abstract

The equality of the rights of men and women is not only in a career in the world of work during, but more importantly in the review of Islamic philosophy is the equal right to education both religious and general education. The purpose of this article is to examine how the resilience of women's education in the philosophy of Islamic education. This study uses a literature review approach, first the author examines how the resilience of women's education then views of some Muslim philosophers on women's education. Furthermore, it examines the role and position of women, the verses of the Koran that deal with the role of women, children's education and women's education and women's public space in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy. This article concludes that in Islam every Muslim male and female are required to know about aqeedah, halal and haram and other legal issues, so that the position of women is equal to men in obtaining teaching with the provisions that they must be able to maintain their nature as Muslim women and there are no restrictions in getting more knowledge for women than that Islam gave them the right to learn in the same opportunities as men, even the Prophet Muhammad gave permission for them to go out to prepare their future on condition that they should cover their genitals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Metode Resitasi Terhadap Perkembangan Kognitif Siswa Pada Kemahiran Mendengar di MAN 1 Langsa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Metode ResitasiTerhadap Perkembangan Kognitif Siswa Pada Kemahiran Mendengar di MAN 1 Langsa, dan Apa saja pengaruh penggunaan metode resitasi terhadap Kognitif Siswa Pada Kemahiran Mendengar di MAN 1 Langsa. Peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan metode resitasi. Ini adalah cara yang cocok untuk digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mendengar. Dan adapun metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode eksperimen quasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini meliputi 118 siswa kelas XI di MAN 1 Langsa tahun pelajaran 2019-2020 dengan jumlah sampel 22 siswa dari kelas kontrol dan 22 siswa dari kelas eksperimen. Dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan tes. Setelah peneliti menganalisis data maka peneliti menemukan hasil penelitian yaitu: metode resitasi berpengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan kognitif siswa khususnya kemahiran mendengar, ini di buktikan dengan nilai t-hitung 2,04 lebih besar dari pada nilai t-tabel 1.697, dan macam-macam pengaruh dari penggunaan metode resitasi terhadap perkembangan kognitif siswa pada kemahiran mendengarkan di MAN 1 Langsa yaitu : siswa dapat memahami materi pelajaran dengan baik, siswa dapat memecahkan masalah dan siswa mengetahui materi yang baru dari materi yang di ajarkan oleh guru.

Abstract

Awareness of organization with a very high effort and imbued with feelings of nationalism and religion led to developments and a new era in education and teaching. With full awareness, the leaders of the movement tried to change the backwardness of the Indonesian people through the implementation of national education. Their efforts are realized by establishing schools and madrasas with a modern system by adopting a Western education system that teaches general subjects and religious subjects. Evidence of this development is until the birth of Islamic universities in Indonesia. The role of these organizations can be extraordinary, both in the fields of economy, education, politics and in achieving independence for the Indonesian state. We also feel this until now where many Islamic organizations still exist and maintain stability in Indonesia within a government.
