Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Lerntabeguch on learning outcomes of German writing skills using the freizeit theme. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a research design of Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The research was conducted at State Senior High School 31 Jakarta. The research sample was taken by a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through documents and writing tests. Validity tests were using Pearson Product Moment and reliability using Cronbach Alpha. While the data analysis technique used a t-test. The results showed that the t-count Pretest in the experimental class and control class was 1.108 with t-table at a significance level of = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (DK) = 34. While the results of the t-count Posttest in the experimental class and control class were 3,485. So, there is an effect of using Lerntagebuch on learning outcomes of German writing skills for class XII students related to the topic of Free Time Activities (Freizeit).

Abstract

Pengenalan Bahasa Jerman melalui literasi untuk siswa sekolah dasar di Rumah Singgah Nur Sahabat merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dirancang sebagai upaya meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi siswa SD untuk mempelajari Bahasa Asing. Pengenalan melalui literasi tidak hanya membaca, tetapi juga mendengar nyanyian, gerak dan lagu, melihat video tentang negara Jerman sampai mempraktikkan percakapan Bahasa Jerman yang sederhana. Mengingat pentingnya Bahasa Asing selain Bahasa Inggris di era globalisasi sekarang ini, maka penguasaan Bahasa Jerman pun menjadi suatu hal penting yang harus diajarkan sejak dini. Secara umum kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan lancar, baik, dan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya. Metode pelaksanaan di susun dalam 3 bagian yaitu Tahap Persiapan. Tahap Pelaksanaan dan Tahap Tindak lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan selama 3 hari selama 3 minggu, peserta belajar minimal dapat menyebutkan beberapa kosa kata Bahasa Jerman yang digunakan sehari-hari di lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah. Hal ini diketahui saat diadakan kuis pada pertemuan terakhir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the aspects of Landeskunde found in the textbook Beste Freunde A1.1: Kursbuch. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with content analysis techniques. The data were obtained from audio material, dialogues, images, short descriptive texts, and tables that contain elements of Landeskunde. The analysis referred to the Inhalt-Landeskunde proposed by Krumm, which consists of 8 aspects of Landeskunde. The results show that 41 aspects of Landeskunde in 32 data, namely 21 aspects of Der Alltag im Lehrwerk, 10 aspects of Die Meschen, die im Lehrwerk vorkommen, then 6 aspects of Geographie und Wirtschaftsleben, then 3 aspects of Literatur, and one aspect of Kultur. In addition, there are several aspects that are not found in this textbook, namely the aspects of Darstellung des eigenen Landes, Die Gesellschaft (politische, wirtschaftliche und gesellschaftliche Verhältnisse), and also Geschichte. In conclusion, the textbook can introduce basic aspects of Landeskunde integrated into beginner-level German language learning materials.
