Abstract

Field Work Practice is a mandatory program that must be implemented for the delivery of vocational level education or Vocational High Schools. The purpose of this study was to get a more in-depth quality of the context of Fieldwork Practices in the Computer and Network Engineering major at SMK Negeri 3 Oku. This is intended to make understanding of the context clearer. The research method used descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method used interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and drawing conclusions. The findings concluded that the context aspect for legality is in accordance with the standard rules for implementing Fieldwork Practices from the government as set forth in the rules and procedures for issuing Fieldwork Practices. Whereas aspects of the characteristics of schools implementing Fieldwork Practices are adjusted to operational standards set by schools and industry. In the context aspects of the needs of the industrial has also been built in accordance with an agreement from the industry. The results of this study also recommend that SMK Negeri 3 Oku continue to increase the amount of collaboration with industry and increase the competence of students and supervisors.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru dapat menggunakan variasi model pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di dalam kelas dan mampu menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar siswa sehingga mampu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan kemandirian belajar tehadap hasil belajar administrasi sistem jaringan siswa di SMKN 7 Jakarta.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan quasi eksperimen desain faktorial 2x2. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data hasil belajar adalah tes essay dan untuk mengumpulkan data kemandirian belajar adalah kuesioner. Hasil uji anava nilai F=5,035 untuk model pembelajaran dan nilai F=8,091 untuk interaksi. Serta hasil Uji Tukey nilai Signifikansi 0,966, hasil belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dengan Project Based Learning pada siswa yang memiliki kemandirian belajar tinggi dan nilai Signifikansi 0,005, hasil belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dengan Project Based Learning pada siswa yang memiliki kemandirian belajar rendah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan model Project Based Learning lebih tinggi dari model Problem Based Learning; adanya interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemandirian belajar dan pengaruhnya terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar; nilai rata-rata hasil belajar bagi siswa yang memiliki kemandirian belajar tinggi yang belajar dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih tinggi dari model Project Based Learning; dan rata-rata hasil belajar bagi siswa yang memiliki kemandirian belajar rendah yang belajar dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih rendah dari model Project Based Learning

Abstract

Contextual vocational education makes students able to link the skills acquired with their application in the real world so they will have appropriate competencies. Learning with teaching factory has a focus point, namely the application of competency-based learning patterns supported by production-based learning with link and match between vocational high schools and industry. This research was a mixed method research. This study used the goal oriented program evaluation model with Delphi method to obtain the opinion of experts to determine the standard of assessment that has been used to measure the implementation of teaching factory. The Delphi method used panelist discussions of experts from the multimedia industry and national teaching factory sources. The goal oriented evaluation model was used to measure program achievement based on the objectives of the teaching factory program applied to the Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) level. The research was conducted at SMK that hold multimedia expertise competencies in Bogor Regency. The types of research instruments used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Validity test with Lawshe technique and reliability test using Chronbach Alpha. The research sample consisted of eleven schools with an average overall result in Bogor Regency was 82.23. Based on these values, it can be concluded that the implementation of the teaching factory in Bogor Regency is well implemented.
