Abstract

This study aims to reveal and formulate the values of Tauhid education in Serambeak, the local culture of Rejang community. The culture of Serambeak has been a system for the continuation of Islamic education since Islam came and entered the life of Rejang community. The content of Tauhid educational values in Serambeak culture is the spark of the Rejang community's needs. To reveal the main points of this study, the researcher used qualitative methods with a descriptive-analytic approach to collect, analyse, and interpret to produce valid research. The findings concluded the following: First, the values of Tauhid education in Serambeak are an effort to accommodate Islamic education to local culture, demonstrating a good acculturation process of local culture. Second, by using Serambeak as a local culture with its literary beauty, the Rejang community is more likely to accept the values of Tauhid education brought by Islam as a foreign religion. Third, the Serambeak culture's values of Tauhid education state that God, Tauhid affirmation, God's power, God's perfection, the creator of the universe, and the nature of divinity as the cultivation of good and actual Tauhid teachings. Fourth, the values of Tauhid education are an attempt to erode and erase the beliefs of animism and dynamism that have been so strong and rooted in the life of the Rejang people. They are very effectively changed using the arguments of belief.

Abstract

Terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana,kondisi strata sosial peserta didik yang berbeda, tidak mempunyai paket data,tidak bisa mengakses aplikasi belajar daring, dan SDM orang tua yang bervariasi,serta adanya kesibukan orang tua. Walaupun demikian seorang guru harus mempunyai strategi, agar pembelajaran daring dapat terlaksana dengan baik,maka ada beberapa strategi yang dilakukan seperti adanya kebijakan membagikan paket data, mengunjungi peserta didik atau sebaliknya, merampingkan silabus, membuat grup pembelajaran,seperti whatsapp, Google Meet, Claasroom, Zoom dan lain-lain. Serta adanya kerja sama yang baik antara orang tua dan guru Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan pedagogis. Analisa data dalam penelitian kualitatif secara umum dimulai sejak pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang didaptkan yaitu Strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang adalah Strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, strategi pembelajaran inkuiri, strategi pembelajaran kontekstual, dan strategi pembelajaran komperatif, adapun model pembelajaran adalah model Self organized learning environments (sole) dan Project Based Learning. Dalam pembelajaran daring menggunakan aplikasi zoom, google meet, claasroom, dan whatsapp dengan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat melalui daring yaitu; a. Faktor pendukungnya adalah manajemen sekolah yang tergolong baik dan SDM yang ada, b. Faktor penghambat pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam melalui daring pada saat masa New Normal adalah sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, selain itu keterlambatan distribusi paket data, dan geografis lingkugan peserta didik.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa masih banyak yang belum tahu bagaimana tata cara sholat, selain itu di temukan kendala-kendala dalam implementasi penilaian keterampilan yang dialami adalah penilaian keterampilan masih belum berjalan secara maksimal karena waktu sosialisasi penilaian keterampilan belum lengkap, perangkat penilaian yang begitu rumit dan guru masih belum begitu paham dengan pola penilaian autentik, khususnya penilaian keterampilan. Salah satu aspek yang dijadikan perubahan dan penataan dalam kaitannya dengan kurikulum 2013 adalah penataan standar penilaian yang disesuaikan dengan pada standar isi, standar kompetensi lulusan dan standar proses. Penilaian keterampilan dianggap penting dalam rangka meningkatkan pengamalan ibadah praktis siswa. Penilaian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui apakah pengetahuan yang sudah dikuasai peserta didik dapat digunakan untuk memahami, mengingat dan mempraktekkan pesan-pesan dalam materi aspek fiqh. seingga mereka dapat melaksanakan ibadah praktis Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa pemahaman guru mengenai penilaian keterampilan dapat dikatakan baik karena sesuai dengan prosedur penilaian dalam Standar Penilaian Kurikulum 2013. Begitu juga dalam penerapannya didukung dengan instrument perencanaan dan pelaksanaan serta pelaporan. Implementasi penilaian keterampilan terutama pada materi aspek fiqh di SMP Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong, berimplikasi baik untuk meningkatkan ibadah praktis siswa menjadi lebih baik. Hal ini karena siswa dituntut mempraktekkan langsung konten ibadah yang muncul dari materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

The social morality education contained in Serambeak is a meeting of the sacred mission of Islamic education with the Rejang culture in terms maintaining the life of the Rejang community. The Rejang community lives on the basis of a rural life system that strongly adheres to a set of cultures and customs called Serambeak, which contain social morality education of the community. Thus, this qualitative research was conducted by means of the descriptive-analytic method in a way that the words, sentences, and discourses in the literary work of Serambeak were described, and were, then, analyzed by providing understanding and explanations of texts. Data interpretation was carried out resting upon the researcher’s and community’s perspectives through information shared by traditional and religious leaders. The data analysis technique was carried out by classifying the data based on tracing the sentence clusters in Serambeak through the character's speeches and their   attitudes. The results of this study revealed the following: First, the use of Serambeak as a local culture with its literary beauty makes it easier for the Rejang community to receive the social morality education brought by Islam as a foreign religion. Second, the content of social morality education in Serambeak consists of the arrangement of life for action and demands for action. Third, the social morality education contained in Serambeak is an effort to erode the old life orders, attitudes, and behaviors of Rejang people.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the principal in instilling a culture of quality education in schools. This qualitative descriptive research method takes the background of the State Vocational High School 3 Rejang Lebong. Methods for collecting data were direct interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this research were the Principal of SMKN 3, Rejang Lebong, and the Deputy Head of Quality Assurance. The research object was carried out at SMKN 3 Reajang Lebong. Qualitative data is analyzed by identifying, clarifying, analyzing, and concluding data. The results of the research show: the role of the principal in instilling a culture of quality school education at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong, which in the learning curriculum is used as a guideline for implementing learning activities with the aim of achieving education where the learning process emphasizes character formation, namely Active, Creative, Enthusiastic, Clean and Religious (AKBAR), as well as learning about the environment both internally and externally which will later be formulated to solve problems that arise in the school environment in order to realize the quality of education at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong; The school principal carries out a strategy to achieve an effective school, namely through learning carried out optimally, students' potential is empowered as best as possible by aligning the curriculum with the business world and the industrial world in accordance with each skill competency at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong, where currently SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong has collaborated with more than 65 industrial worlds, business worlds and MSMEs, as well as other agencies such as Bataliyon 144 Jaya Yuda and Kodim 0409 RL in the Latdastar Program; Obstacles or problems for a school principal in implementing a culture of quality education at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong include limited facilities and infrastructure that do not support this due to the little land owned by SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong, as well as the diversity of ethnic cultures of its students. In conclusion, the principal has a role in instilling a culture of quality school education, which is included in the learning curriculum and is a reference in carrying out the learning process.
