Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of students in high school in the study program at the university. This study uses a survey research approach. The research was conducted in Buton Regency. There were 292 participants taken from high school. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and secondary data was taken from the literature review. The data analysis technique used is the percentage technique and cross-tabulation. The results of the study found several majors that high school students were interested in if they wanted to continue their education in college. The majors are Information Technology, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Computers, Marine and Fisheries, Management, Development Economics, Forestry and Environment, Fisheries and Marine Affairs. The choice of majors reflects the choice of students according to the resources and needs of Buton Regency. Students know about job opportunities that have great opportunities to absorb labour. The results of the study also have implications for the understanding that universities wishing to develop and establish new study programs must be based on regional development needs

Abstract

Abstrak            Politik dan pendidikan dapat menyatu dalam sebuah ruang kebijakan pendidikan. Orientasi ideal politik untuk kemaslahatan manusia dapat terjawab melalui perlakuan baik pada pendidikan. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara melalui kebijakan afirmasi dalam bentuk pemberian beasiswa bagi masyarakat berprestasi. Kebijakan ini diwujudkan dalam program Cerdas Sultraku sejak 2011 dibawah komando Gubernur Sulawesi Tenggara, Nur Alam. Kebijakan ini telah menjembatani ribuan pemuda potensial Sulawesi Tenggara untuk mendapatkan pendidikan, pada jenjang menengah maupun pendidikan tinggi. Tulisan ini hanya meropong implementasi kebijakan ini pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi, yang mencakup empat aspek yakni: kebijakan afirmatif pendidikan di Sulawesi Tenggara; peraturan kendali mutu bagi penerima beasiswa masyarakat berprestasi; kompetensi target bagi penerima beasiswa masyarakat berprestasi; dan keterpakaian lulusan program beasiswa masyarakat berprestasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, peneliti melakukan pembacaan dokumen dan melakukan wawancara dengan berbagai sumber relevan, untuk mendalami kebijakan pemberian beasiswa masyarakat berprestasi di Sulawesi Tenggara. Melalui proses reduksi, display, dan verifikasi, penelitian menghasilkan temuan-temuan antara lain: pertama, kebijakan afirmatif pendidikan di Sulawesi Tenggara didasarkan pada sebuah peraturan gubernur Sulawesi Tenggara; kedua, peraturan kendali prestasi ditetapkan dalam sebuah keputusan rektor; ketiga, kompetensi target meliputi aspek akademik, penguasaan bahasa asing, akhlak mulia, dan penguasaan IT; keempat, keterpakaian lulusan penerima beasiswa masyarakat berprestasi masih rendah, terutama pada instansi-instransi pemerintah, baik tingkat Provinsi maupun Kabupaten/Kota. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Pendidikan, Mutu, AfirmasiAbstract            Politics and education can unite in an educational policy space. The ideal political orientation for human benefit can be answered through good treatment of education. This is evidenced by the province of Southeast Sulawesi through affirmation policy in the form of scholarships for outstanding community. This policy is realized in the "Cerdas Sultraku" program since 2011 under the command of Southeast Sulawesi Governor, Nur Alam. This policy has bridged thousands of potential youths of Southeast Sulawesi to get education, at both middle and higher education levels. This paper only discusses the implementation of this policy at higher education level, which includes four aspects namely: affirmative education policy in Southeast Sulawesi; quality control regulations for awardees of excellent community scholarships; target competencies for awardees of excellent community scholarships; and the application of graduates of excellent scholarship program. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, the researcher conducted document readings and conducted interviews with various relevant sources, to explore the scholarship policy of outstanding community in Southeast Sulawesi. Through the process of reduction, display, and verification, the research produced findings such as: first, the affirmative education policy in Southeast Sulawesi was based on a governance regulation of Southeast Sulawesi; second, the rules of achievement control are defined in a rector's decision; third, target competencies include academic aspects, foreign language proficiency, noble character, and mastery of IT; fourth, the graduation of graduate recipients of underachievers is still low, especially in government agencies, both provincial and district / city levels. Keywords: Education Policy, Quality, Affirmation

Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of community participation in education in Wakatobi District. The aspects explored include: pure enrollment rates at primary education level, literacy rates of people aged 15 years and over, and average length of schooling of residents aged 15 years and over. This study uses a qualitative approach, in which document study becomes the main technique in data collection. The document examined is the archive of the Education and Culture Office, as well as the Wakatobi Regency Central Statistics Agency. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) Elementary School Participation Rate (APS) was more than 95 percent and APSSMP was more than 76.15 percent. This shows that the 6-year Compulsory Education supported by school infrastructure development and continued with the 9-year Compulsory Education is an education sector program that is recognized as quite successful. In other words, compulsory learning programs are said to be successful. 2) Literacy rates are seen in the proportion of diploma ownership by sex. Where elementary school level is equal and diploma and above, the proportion of women with a diploma tends to be higher than the male population. While at the level of junior high school and senior high school, the proportion of the male population with a diploma tends to be higher than the female population. 3) during the 2010-2016 period, the average length of schooling in Wakatobi District had increased from 2010 by 6.18 years, in 2016 to 7.70 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, dampak positif dan negatif pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid 19 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 2 Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah fenomenologi data yang dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 guru ekonomi, dan 10 siswa. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Sistem pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di SMA Negeri 2 Kendari yaitu dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi seperti zoom meeting, geoggle meet, geogle classroom, WA, dan email yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 2 Kendari menunjukan bahwa terdapat dampak positif pembelajaran daring, yaitu: mengurangi penyebaran virus Covid-19, pembelajaran daring lebih parktis dan santai, menghemat waktu dan dapat dilakukan kapan saja, guru dan siswa memperoleh pengalaman baru terkait pembelajaran daring. Sedangkan dampak negatif dari pembelajaran daring yaitu: lokasi rumah tidak terjangkau jaringan internet, kuota internet siswa, karakter ataupun perilaku para murid sulit dipantau, penyerapan materi pelajaran rendah, faktor ekonomi orang tua.Kata Kunci: covid 19; pembelajaran daring

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Paguyuban Bina Sejahtera timbul dari adanya keinginan untuk mengembangkan dan membantu perekonomian para anggota bahkan masyarakat di Desa Arongo Konawe Selatan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam bidang ekonomi koperasi  untuk membangun desa menjadi lebih baik. Mengembangkan koperasi di  Desa Arongo menjadi baik dan benar agar kedepannya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan anggotanya. Mengupayakan agar koperasi terus tumbuh sehingga dapat memberi kesejahteraan dan kebermanfaatan bagi anggotanya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan pembukuan akuntansi koperasi (buku kas harian, buku piutang, buku simpanan anggota, buku tabungan, buku penerimaan kas,  buku pengeluaran kas) dan cara membagi Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Lokasi Pengabdian ini pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Paguyuban Bina Sejahtera Desa Arongo Konawe Selatan. Hasil akhir pelatihan pembukuan koperasi terbukti meningkatkan pengetahuan pengurus koperasi tentang keterampilan pembukuan akuntansi keuangan koperasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peserta yang tuntas membuat: Buku Kas Harian 77%, Buku Simpanan Anggota 87%, Buku Tabungan 81%, Buku Piutang  79%, Buku Penerimaan Kas, 81%, Buku Pengeluaran Kas 81% dan Cara membagi SHU 87%.
