Abstract

Lampung province, which consists of 15 regencies/cities, is one of the provinces that has the fastest economic growth to recover during Covid-19. Therefore, researchers have a very high curiosity about what factors have influenced Lampung's economic growth in the last 5 years, especially in the year the Covid-19 pandemic occurred.

Abstract

The global issue appears on the students' problem, especially in remedial learning.The purposes of this study are: (1) to describe the activities of lecturers in classroom management and remedial activities, (2) to describe the activities of students in peer-tutor learning method, (3) to describe students' learning mastery after having remedial activity with the peer-tutor method. The type of this research is action research, consisting of planning, action and observation, reflection, and revision. The action was given in three rounds in the classroom (Classroom Action Research). This research was conducted in STKIP PGRI Jombang, Economic Education Study Program. This research was conducted from August to September 2022. The subject of this research is 44 students of STKIP PGRI Jombang. The object of this study is Break-Even Point (BEP) material. Findings show that the average skill of the lecturer in managing the class and remedial activity in 3 rounds of Classroom Action Research is 3.29% which indicates that the lecturer has succeeded in improving students' achievement.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan promosi produk dilaksanakan di kampus Universitas PGRI Jombang berupa pelatihan luring bagi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi pada matakuliah praktek kewirasuahaan untuk memasarkan produk sendiri secara khusus sebagai latihan produk makanan ringan. Kegiatan pelatihan berbagai materi pemasaran produk aspek-aspek desain konten produk, cara memasarkan produk secara langsung dan dan memasarkan produk dalam media social. Langkah pertama, kegiatan dengan menggali kendala dan usaha produk makanan ringan yang sudah ada dipasaran, proses sosialisasi pada mahasiswa yang berminat mengikuti pelatihan, dilakukan pelatihan berupa teori dan praktik, melakukan pendampingan promosi produk dalam media social. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, beberapa produk makanan ringan telah dibuat oleh mahasiswa sebagai wujud reatifitas, desain konten produk dipasarkan melalui social media. Proses pelaksanaan pelatihan mendapatkan respon positif dari mahasiswa dengan harapan akan dapat membentuk wirausaha baru yang kreatif bagi mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Jombang .

Abstract

The fundamental problem in this research is the low entrepreneurial skills of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk students amid the development of startups in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is, of course, to improve student entrepreneurship skills through the application of lean canvas. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research subjects are students who own startups at STKIP PGRI Nganjuk. The number of startups studied was 50 students who already have startups in various business fields such as food and beverage products, cultivation, and services. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, observation sheet, and a final report on student startups. Data analysis using paired t-test. The results showed that the lean canvas model really helped make it easier for students to start and develop businesses. From the application of the lean canvas business model, there was an increase in student entrepreneurship skills by 8.99%.
