Abstract

This study examined how self-efficacy, employee development, and organizational commitment affected workers' performance. The sample for this study, which incorporates quantitative research, consists of 70 permanent hotel employees. A saturated sampling approach is used in the sampling process. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, literature reviews, and supplementary secondary data. Validity tests, reliability tests, cross-tabulation tests, correlation tests, determination tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and f-tests with SPSS 26.0 were all used in the data analysis process. The finding of this study demonstrates that organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy are all factors that simultaneously affect employee performance. Employee performance is partially influenced by organizational commitment, employee training, and self-efficacy, but not by either factor alone. 0.647, or 64.7%, for the corrected R square. It is recommended for hotels to improve employee self-efficacy based on the magnitude (self-confidence) indicator. In addition to hotels having to increase employee training based on reaction indicators (participation in hotel activities) and behavior (becoming the best employee), hotels must also increase commitment based on affective indicators (paying attention).

Abstract

With job satisfaction acting as a moderating factor for employees, this study aims to demonstrate how work-life balance and career development factors affect turnover intention. The IBM SPSS v26 software program and the path analysis approach were employed in this study's data analysis technique. A validity test, a reliability test, a normalcy test, a coefficient of determination test, a F test, a t test, and a Sobel test are all employed in the analysis to identify the mediating impact in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that: work-life balance has no effect on job satisfaction; career development influences job satisfaction; work-life balance and career development both affect job satisfaction; work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention; career development influences turnover intention; job satisfaction affects turnover intention; and work-life balance simultaneously affects turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how organizational culture, workplace spirituality, and employee self-efficacy affect pleasure at work. Using the non-probability sampling method, a sample of 300 employees from three different organizations was taken. The measurement tools SHAW (the abbreviated version of HAW), FOCUS (First Organizational Culture Unified Search), GSE (General Self-Efficacy), and SAW (Spirituality in the Workplace) are modified by the author. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) techniques are used to test the validity of measuring instruments, and multiple regression analysis techniques are used to analyze data. According to the study's findings, corporate culture, workplace spirituality, and employee self-efficacy all have a big impact on how happy employees are at work. Only four variables support from organizational culture, connectedness and purpose in the workplace from spirituality in the workplace, and self-efficacy have a substantial impact, according to the value of the regression coefficient. It is hoped that it will be essential to examine and develop the scale once more for additional research, as well as to include a number of other demographic parameters including position and salary.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to assess the effect of endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin on the inclination to buy. The fundamental wellspring of information for this examination is essential information gathered from a gathering of female understudies who have bought things on the web. The questionnaire was administered to 200 respondents through purposive sampling. The data was scrutinized using multiple linear regression analyses. The findings reveal that endorsers and promotional activities have a significant effect on purchase intention, whereas nation of origin does not. Furthermore, endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin all have a noteworthy impact on purchase intention. Based on the coefficient of determination, 68% of the independent variable contributes to purchase intention, while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this research.

Abstract

The primary objective of this investigation is to explore how leadership style, remuneration, and drive affect employee performance. The research was conducted on employees utilizing the convenience sampling method. Multiple regression was utilized as the statistical examination. The study has four core goals: firstly, to examine the influence of leadership style on employee performance; secondly, to assess the impact of remuneration on employee performance; thirdly, to scrutinize the effect of drive on employee performance; and fourthly, to investigate the impact of leadership style, remuneration, and drive on employee performance. The findings of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous effect on the variable on buying decisions. It is apparent that the significant value is less than 0.05, and the f-count value is higher than the f-table. Moreover, the results of this study demonstrate that the t-count value for the leadership style variable, remuneration, and drive is greater than the t-table, indicating that there is an effect on employee performance. The determination test shows that 72% of the independent variables influence the dependent variable, while 28% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression analysis, such as organizational culture, skills, job satisfaction, and others.

Abstract

This study implements stock index price predictions using the LSTM method, where one of the processes in data management before running with the LSTM method is data split. This study also looks for the most appropriate split data ratio in predicting stock index prices to minimize error rates and differences in forecasted prices and original prices because in previous studies there were several rules of thumb in dividing data, so it is necessary to compare the most appropriate ratios in this research. Based on the evaluation process, the error value was found from nine split data ratios that were run by five ratios which produced a predictive graph line shape that resembled the validation line. Three datasets, namely split data ratios of 80:20, 70:30, and 60:40, are the ratios that get the lowest error values based on the RMSE, MSE, MAPE, and MAE values in the five stock index datasets. The three ratios are then compared again by looking at the average percentage difference between the validation price and the predicted price for the next working day, and it is found that the ratio of 80:20 is the most suitable split data ratio for predicting the stock index price for the next working day, with a level of difference in the average value between the original price and the predicted price on the stock index of 1.3%. While the ratio of 70:30 has an average predicted value of five stock index datasets of 1.9% and a ratio of 60:40 of 1.8%.
