Abstract

Internet marketing is regarded as the right business strategy for small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) in the current revolutionary era. This study aims to determine the impact of internet marketing factors on improving the business performance of SMEs using the Islamic perspective. Specifically, the aim of this study is to examine how the influence of landing pages, search engine optimisation and customer databases affects SME performance through internet marketing with Islamic values. Statistical testing was undertaken to build and test statistical models in the form of causal models, along with factor analysis, path analysis and regression. The analysis was therefore undertaken using the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. The research project was conducted among the internet marketer community in Indonesia, with a sample of 245 business units based on the desired criteria. Analysis of the research results shows that the hypotheses in this study as a whole are accepted, from which it can be concluded that a business strategy that uses a combination of internet marketing aspects and Islamic perspectives can be a competitive advantage. This is especially true in the aspects of building consumer trust, categorising consumer preferences specifically and producing broad customer relationship solutions.

Abstract

Stock investment has an attraction for investors because with investments in the form of shares, investors have the expectation of obtaining profits in the form of capital gains or stock dividends. To take into account the risk factors and produce a maximum level of profit, the stock purchase decision-making process requires careful analysis when determining its market value. Thus, in deciding investment in the stock market, prospective investors must first conduct an in-depth analysis of the company whose shares will be purchased. The fundamental analysis concerns the projected condition of the company in the future by showing the present and past situations. This approach is used to assess the intrinsic value of these shares, and investors are used for investment over a long period. The data used in this research are 22 infrastructure issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2018. The data is then processed by the econometrics method using Eviews and Microsoft Excel software with a panel data regression model or pooled regression. Hypothesis testing shows that fundamental macro-micro factors jointly affect the stock returns on infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

The total participants are divided into several categories such as; gender, occupation, domicile, and Islamic bank used. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This study also uses a second-order perspective (reflective-reflective) SEM on the E-S-Qual variable (efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, and privacy), then the approach used refers to the repeated indicators. Findings: The higher mobile banking service quality has implications for customer loyalty, both attitude and behavior. It happens when the customer is satisfied with the quality of the system displayed. This satisfaction can be achieved if the dimensions of quality that are characteristic of the system can be presented by Islamic banking.Originality: This study underscores the dimensions of efficiency and system availability as keys to mobile banking service quality. Efficiency refers to how the ease, accessibility, and speed provided by the system can facilitate transactions and other functions. Furthermore, system availability refers to how the platforms function properly in relation to technical constraints that may arise, as well as attachment to functions that strengthen processes in the business of Islamic banking customers.

Abstract

The development of investment in the Islamic capital market, especially the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) as a percentage, experienced significant development, and it is because the Islamic index uses Islamic principles and procedures. The phenomenon of the trade war between the United States and China has an impact on macro variable fluctuations, which can empirically influence the growth of the sharia index. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the impact of change due to the trade war sentiment. Macroeconomic variables used in this study are the USD / IDR exchange rate, the CNY / IDR exchange rate, inflation, Crude oil WTI, and ICP Crude oil. This study uses a vector autoregression analysis (VAR) technique. Stationarity test using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller test (ADF test) and the Philips-Perron Test. The analysis shows that there is an influence between changes in exchange rates and changes in crude oil prices on the return of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the range of research data periods used.

Abstract

Using an integrated entrepreneurial model, this study examines social entrepreneurship intention of Muslim youth in Indonesia. In the study, a total of 206 Muslim youths is surveyed and the data are analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The findings show that, while religiosity does not have a direct effect on socio-entrepreneurial intention, it increases perceived desirability. We reason that the religiosity of Muslim youth is more on the formation of positive perceptions, which give rise to desires and intentions to be socio-entrepreneurs. Thus, the application of social entrepreneurship among Muslim youth in Indonesia is supported by not only profits but also individual beliefs in creating social value and prospering society.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to predict the main target and identify relevant antecedent constructs on the transition in MSMEs green business practices. The sample is MSMEs Managers/Owners in the Java region, as many as 287 respondents were analyzed using Mixed Methods (Sequential Explanatory Design). The findings show that government rules and regulations positively encourage the value of environmental practices and the intention of MSMEs to switch to green practices. Furthermore, government support, partnerships and co-creation are effective ways of promoting the shift in MSME green business practices. However, the high cost of transitioning to green practices remains a major barrier for MSMEs, while it needs to be a multi-sectoral focus
