Abstract

This research is motivated student difficulties in understanding the material Atoms, Molecules and Ions. This development research aims to develop learning media material Prezi on Atomic, Molecular and Ion class VIII as a viable learning medium. Feasibility study media developed Prezi is seen based on the validity, practicality and effectiveness. This development research using ADDIE development model that includes phases: Analyze, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluate. The results showed that the development of instructional media Prezi on material Atoms, molecules and ions get an average score of 3.76 with very valid category. implementation of instructional media use Prezi achieved a score of 92.94% and a positive response as much as 97.13% categorized as very practical. Results posttest students demonstrate mastery of students reached 86.21 and mastery learning indicator reached 85.42 categorized as very effective. Based on these results it can be concluded that the instructional media material Prezi on Atomic, Molecular and Ion fit for use as a medium of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Assets of the proportion of Non-Interest Operating Income with the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) as a moderating variable in the banking industry in Indonesia which is expected to be useful for the banking sector in Indonesia as inputs in order to increase the income of banks in Indonesia and is expected to create new policies in the banking world in its operations so as to increase the income of banks in Indonesia. This research is a causal research that aims to test hypotheses about the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable with quantitative descriptive approach. After going through the screening of the outlier sample in this study was a conventional bank whose financial statements published by Bank Indonesia in the years 2009-2013 as many as 106 banks. The test equipment used is the analysis of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that in testing hypotheses about the effect of total assets to the proportion of non-interest operating income obtained tcount > ttable is 4,844 > 1,983 so the variable total assets significantly influence the proportion of non-interest operating income in the banking industry in Indonesia amounted to 18.4%. Simultaneously there is significant influence between the total assets, the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and the interaction between total assets and LDR to the proportion of non-interest operating income amounted to 27.5%. and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affect the size of the effect of total assets to the proportion of non-interest operating income in the banking industry in Indonesia with large influence is 57.68%. Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011 - 2015 so that it is expected to be beneficial for manufacturing companies the food and beverage sub-sector in Indonesia as input in an effort to increase gross profit and is expected to be able to make new policies in its operational activities so that it can increase the gross profit of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector in Indonesia. This type of research is causal research which aims to test the hypothesis about the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2011-2015 period consisting of 14 companies. The sampling technique used is random sampling, which is a random sampling technique. Then it obtained 6 companies, namely PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), PT Siantar Top Tbk (STTP), and PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ). The analytical test tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Cash Turnover on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) partially shows the results that there is a significant negative effect, Receivable Turnover on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) partially shows the results that there is a significant negative effect, Inventory Turnover on Gross Profit Margin ( GPM) partially shows the results that there is a significant positive effect. Simultaneously Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Inventory Turnover have a significant positive effect on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) of 80.8%. Keywords: Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Gross Profit Margin (GPM).

Abstract

One way to restore the prosperity and vitality of mosques is to begin by reorganizing and rebuilding the mosque’s branding, modeled after the Prophet Muhammad’s mosque. Various methods can be employed to revive the vibrancy of nearby mosques,such as holding islamic study sessions featuring prominent figures to attract the interest of the younger generation and the general public. A youth – led management team, strong internal solidarity, and a strategic location are key strengths in implementing branding strategies. Furthermore, the use of digital platforms can support mosque activities and enhance the mosque’s image among the public. In today’s digital era, digital platforms are crucial for accessing information and disseminating positive values. This PkM activity si expected to demonstrate the social awareness of youth in bulding mosque branding through creative social media content and increasing creativity in developing ideas for disseminating religious values.

Abstract

This community-service program aims to enhance the managerial capacity of UMKM Keripik Belut Crunchy through administrative and marketing digitalization. The UMKM faced challenges in financial recording, administrative documentation, and digital marketing. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The assistance includes creating a Google Business Profile, training in Excel-based bookkeeping, producing digital promotional media, and standardizing administrative documents. The results show improvements in financial documentation, online visibility, and administrative neatness. The Google Business Profile increased customer engagement, while Excel-based bookkeeping enabled the owner to understand cash flow and business profit. Therefore, administrative and marketing digitalization effectively enhances UMKM professionalism and competitiveness.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas usaha UMKM Siomay Bandung Endol melalui tiga kegiatan utama, yaitu penguatan digital marketing, pengembangan produk siomay frozen, dan penataan pencatatan operasional harian. Ketiga fokus tersebut dipilih berdasarkan temuan awal bahwa UMKM masih memasarkan produk secara sederhana, belum memiliki variasi produk yang tahan lama, serta belum melakukan pencatatan operasional secara teratur. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif partisipatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, pendampingan, serta praktik bersama pemilik usaha. Pada aspek digital marketing, pendampingan difokuskan pada pembuatan konten foto dan video untuk TikTok sehingga jangkauan promosi meningkat dan interaksi konsumen bertambah. Pada aspek pengembangan produk, dilakukan uji coba pembuatan siomay frozen dan penyusunan desain kemasan sederhana agar produk lebih tahan lama dan memiliki daya tarik lebih tinggi. Sementara itu, penataan pencatatan operasional membantu pemilik usaha mencatat aktivitas produksi, penggunaan bahan baku, serta hasil penjualan secara terstruktur setiap hari. Hasil program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pemilik dalam memanfaatkan media digital, kemampuan memproduksi varian frozen, serta konsistensi dalam mencatat kegiatan operasional usaha. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi positif terhadap kesiapan UMKM dalam mengembangkan usaha secara lebih tertata dan adaptif.
