Abstract

Malnutrition on the Indonesian infant was the main problem to get optimally healthy for infant. There were some programs to infant which made by government to rehabilitate nutrition status of infant. one of them was posyandu (integrated service post). The action of posyandu is done by cadre. The data told about presenting infant in Posyandu haven’t yet fulfilled the best target; they had problem that need the best way to solve it. The aim of this study is to determine effect of additional feeding in presenting infant at Posyandu. This was observational study by analytical method. The writer used secondary data that consist of visiting posyandu and additional feeding infant that observed by checklist. There was 80 respondents. The result showed that there was 6o infants (80%) from 80 infants are given by PMT (additional feeding), and 48 infants (80%) come to posyandu, then 12 infants (12%) didn’t come to posyandu. The result of Chi square is known by chi square count > chi square table (6,77>3,841). The analysis of chi square showed that additional feeding by self- financing could affected presenting infants in posyandu. Additional feeding self-financing is proven to support presenting infant in posyandu. The hoped from communities by awareness self in presenting infant in posyandu is daily activities to need be done therefore without additional feeding, so that Indonesian infant gets the health services optimally.

Abstract

This positive trend needs to continue to maintain its growth so that the MSME sector on a large scale is able to overcome the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. MSMEs are part of the independent Indonesian economy and have great potential to improve people's welfare seen from the three roles of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy, including a means of equalizing the economic level of the small people, a means of alleviating poverty and a means of earning foreign exchange for the country. MSME business with small capital is possible for anyone to do. MSME businesses must develop and be known by the wider community, so that their products can be known and consumed by the wider community. MSME branding aims to involve creating and maintaining a strong and positive brand image in the eyes of consumers. Branding is an effort to build an identity that differentiates a product or service from its competitors. The government is committed to increasing the contribution of micro, small and medium enterprises to the economy. However, the results of various MSME empowerment programs that have been implemented by Ministries and Institutions have not been optimal. Therefore, synchronization and harmonization of MSME empowerment programs is needed to increase the effectiveness of program implementation, so that it can increase the contribution of MSMEs to the economy. Through a community service program called "Capacity Building for MSMEs to Upgrade" the aim is not only to help accelerate national economic growth, but as an effort to empower micro businesses to move up to the scale of small businesses which need to be managed in a more targeted and measurable manner. The program is carried out by providing various materials needed to support the empowerment of MSMEs to advance to class.

Abstract

Abstract: Accounting Treatment for Corn Purpose: reveal the accounting treatment of corn in the form of definition, recognition, measurement, assessment, presentation and disclosure of corn accounting Method: This research method uses phenomenology through data collection by interviews, observation and documentation Results: Accounting recognition of corn is more appropriately recognized as inventory and its measurement is based on costs from planting to harvest. The valuation is based on the selling price minus costs and is presented in the form of a simple note. Corn accounting is more appropriately expressed based on Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 14 concerning inventory accounting. Novelty: discusses the accounting treatment of corn from the aspect of financial accounting standards Contribution: This research is for policies related to simple recording practices for farmers so they can see the profits and losses they make when farming.   Abstrak: Perlakuan Akuntansi untuk Jagung   Tujuan: mengungkap perlakuan akuntansi jagung berupa definisi, pengakuan, pengukuran, penilaian, penyajian dan pengungkapan akuntansi jagung Metode: metode penelitian ini menggunakan fenomenologi melalui pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, obeservasi dan dokumentasi Hasil: Pengakuan akuntansi jagung lebih tepat diakui sebagai persediaan dan pengukurannya berdasarkan biaya mulai menanam sampai panen. Penilaian didasarkan atas harga jual dikurangi dengan biaya-biaya dan disajikan dalam bentuk catatan yang sederhana. Akuntansi jagung lebih tepat diungkapkan berdasarkan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan 14 tentang akuntansi persediaan. Kebaruan: membahas perlakuan akuntansi jagung dari aspek standar akuntansi keuangan Kontribusi: kebijakan terkait praktik pencatatan sederhana bagi pelaku petani agar dapat melihat keuntungan dan kerugian yang diperoleh saat bertani.

Abstract

Minimnya motivasi untuk mengaji, rendahnya minat mengikuti sekolah diniyah, serta minimnya daya dukung orang tua dan tokoh masyarakat setempat dalam upaya penyadaran pentingnya sekolah diniyah dan magrib mengaji dikalangan remaja dan anak-anak menjadi kekhawatiran tersendiri bagi sebagian besar orang tua yang ada di Desa Kondangjajar. Berdasarkan analisis situasi permasalahan yang muncul dilapangan kami merangkum tiga hal tersebut sebagai masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra. Kondisi inilah yang mendorong kami melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangka penguatan kesadaran beragama pada remaja di wilayah Desa Kondangjajar. Peningkatan kesadaran beragama pada remaja melalui workshop bina masyarakat di Desa Kondangjajar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama yang kolaboratif antara keluarga, masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat dalam mewujudkan pentingnya kesadaran beragama pada remaja. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development). Metode ABCD merupakan metode yang memanfaatkan aset yang sudah tersedia dimasyarakat dan partisipasi masyarakat merupakan bidikan utama sehingga hasilnya masyarakat dapat menolong dirinya sendiri dari permasalahan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan workshop bina masyarakat dapat memberikan penguatan dan penyadaran masyarakat terkait pentingnya kesadaran beragama pada remaja. Lebih lanjut para peserta kegiatan berharap ada kegiatan tindaklanjut di lapangan yang bersifat jangka menengah guna memperkuat kerjasama yang kolaboratif antara keluarga, masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat dalam mewujudkan pentingnya kesadaran beragama pada remaja di Desa Kondangjajar.

Abstract

Penelian ini mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur pada PT.XYZ. Dengan tujuan memberikan peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di area kerja sehingga dapat membantu instansi perusahaan terus berkembang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendapatkan informasi dan gambaran yang akurat terkait efektivitas pelaksanaan standar operasional prosedur pada PT.XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penggumpulan data berupa observasi langsung di lapangan,wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Dari hasil ta ini yang dilakukan bahwa pelaksanaan SOP pada PT. XYZ di latar belakangi untuk memperjelas proses alur kerja dan menekankan konsep kerja sama team yang ada. SOP yang di terapkan bersifat fleksibel serta lebih mengutamakan nilai kerja Namun keberhasilan organisasi dalam pelaksanaan SOP tersebut tergantung dari kemampuan pemimpin dalam menghubungkan antara kebutuhan pribadi anggota dan kebutuhan organisasi secara menyeluruh dimana masing- masing anggota mempunyai peranan yang telah ditetapkan secara formal yang tertuang dalam deskripsi pekerjaan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on Product Quality in the Production Department of PT. Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang. This research method uses a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaires distributed using google forms to employees of the production department of PT. Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang. The collected data was analyzed using a simple linear regression method to test the relationship between the variables of quality management system implementation and product quality. The results of this study are that the implementation of the quality management system and product quality has a positive influence with the beta coefficient showing a positive 0.378, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the research model. The results of the analysis are expected to be used as a reference to strengthen and improve the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System through careful monitoring and continuous adjustment to factors that support quality improvement and for researchers it is recommended to conduct a more in-depth study to identify and analyze other factors that affect product quality in the company and it is recommended to conduct analysis on other objects.

Abstract

The concept of hadhanah, rooted in Islamic parenting principles, encompasses physical, moral, and spiritual care for children. In the digital era, parents face unique challenges, particularly in semi-urban settings like Mendalo Indah, where rapid technological adoption influences traditional childcare practices. Despite the growing discourse on digital parenting, limited studies explore how Islamic values integrate with technology in such contexts. This qualitative research employs a phenomenological approach, combining participatory observation and in-depth interviews with parents, educators, and religious leaders in Mendalo Indah. The findings reveal that while 70% of parents utilize Islamic apps, only 25% actively supervise children's internet use, highlighting a significant gap between the idealization of Islamic parenting and its practical application in the digital age. Furthermore, parents struggle with balancing work and parenting responsibilities, often relying on unsupervised technology that risks moral degradation. The study emphasizes the importance of Islamic digital literacy, including strategies for content filtering, productive screen time, and dialogic engagement, as well as community-based initiatives involving ulama and local leaders. These findings underscore the need for a holistic parenting paradigm that integrates spiritual values with modern technology, positioning parents as navigators of both religious and digital ecosystems. This research provides actionable insights for creating adaptive, value-based Islamic parenting strategies that respond to contemporary challenges while preserving traditional principles.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Stroke non hemoragik sering menyebabkan gangguan mobilitas fisik akibat kelemahan otot. Latihan ROM dan genggam bola karet merupakan intervensi sederhana yang diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan rentang gerak. Tujuan: Untuk    mengetahui pengaruh latihan ROM dan genggam bola karet terhadap kekuatan otot pada pasien stroke non hemoragik. Metode: Studi kasus pada dua pasien lansia dengan stroke non hemoragik yang mendapatkan intervensi terapi standar rumah sakit, latihan ROM dan genggam bola karet selama 4 hari berturut-turut.  Kekuatan otot dievaluasi dengan skala kekuatan otot (0-5) Hasil: Tidak terdapat peningkatan kekuatan otot pada kedua pasien setelah mendapatkan intervensi terapi standar rumah sakit dikombinasi dengan latihan ROM dan terapi genggam bola karet. Kesimpulan: Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini belum mampu menunjukkan pengaruh latihan ROM dan genggam bola karet terhadap kekuatan otot pasien lansia yang mengalami stroke non hemoragik. Faktor yang mungkin memperngaruhi adalah pemberian intervensi yang singkat  ini intervensi yang masih terlalu singkat. Penelitian lanjutan sebaiknya melibatkan jumlah responden yang lebih besar, dengan waktu yang lebih lama dan menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants to emerge as a champion in the midst of intense market competition. To achieve this, what can be done by a company is to carry out effective marketing or promotional communication activities in order to be able to target the right opportunities. This research has the objectives, among others, to find out the marketing communication strategy at a company along with the constraints faced and the solutions implemented. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and supported by literature studies. From the results of processing the data obtained, this study concluded that objek penelitian had carried out marketing communications activities both conventionally and digitally quite well. Various obstacles were encountered by object of research, such as the lack of marketing communication activities to be carried out and adequate human resources. However, to overcome these obstacles, there are several solutions that can be implemented, for example implementing other forms of marketing communications, increasing the number of personnel, and increasing distributors at strategic points.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the role of telemarketing in job marketplace marketing at PT LTP South Tangerang, the main purpose of this study was to determine the role of telemarketing in marketing the installation of job vacancy information at PT LTP South Tangerang, Telemarketing obstacles in the marketing process of installing job vacancy information, and solutions carried out to overcome obstacles that occur during the marketing process of installing job vacancy information. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection methods carried out, namely observation, interviews, and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of telemarketing in job marketplace marketing at PT LTP South Tangerang is to increase the number of customer databases, develop customer relationships by telephone, conduct digital marketing to increase the use and branding of job marketplaces, influence prospective customers to be interested in posting job vacancy information ads, direct and assist the process of posting job vacancy information. There are still obstacles experienced including inadequate telephone facilities, poor telephone networks, not directly connected to the target telephone recipient, and invalid database contact numbers. Then solutions were obtained to overcome existing obstacles, including solutions for inadequate telephone facilities, namely routinely cleaning the chace, preparing cellphone storage reserves and adding telephone facilities. The bad network solution is to change the provider, the solution if it is not directly connected to the target telephone recipient, namely by increasing the number of databases to be called and follow up and ask for HRD contact information so that it can be contacted directly, Then the solution to invalid contact numbers is to update the database with more relevant sources.
