Abstract

This study examines the effects of poverty, gross regional domestic product (GRDP) and minimum wages on the human development index in Central Java Province. The data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression. From the results of selecting the best model, the regression model chosen is the fixed effect model. Based on the partial effect analysis results, it can be concluded conclude that poverty has a negative and significant effect on the human development index, while the GRDP and minimum wages have a positive and significant effect on the human development index. Then, poverty, GRDP and minimum wage simultaneously significantly affect the human development index in Central Java.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of attitude variables, subjective norms, religiosity, entrepreneurial knowledge, and demographic factors on entrepreneurial intention. The population of this study are all active students of IAIN Salatiga. In contrast, the number of samples used was 374 students. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. All independent variables have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention simultaneously. While partially, the variables that have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention are attitudes, subjective norms, entrepreneurial knowledge, study programs, and entrepreneurial experience. While the variables of religiosity, gender, age, entrepreneurship courses, and campus organization partially have no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Higher education institutions should continue to encourage students to grow interested in entrepreneurship. These efforts can be made through strengthening entrepreneurship courses and entrepreneurial training.

Abstract

This study examines how Islam views natural resource conservation. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the studies that have been carried out, it can be concluded that Islam teaches humans to be responsible for all of Allah's creation, including being responsible for protecting and maintaining natural resource ecosystems. The principle of conservation in Islam is based on mutual care between humans and nature, because basically humans take advantage of the available natural resources. In addition, in the utilization of natural resources, humans must pay attention to balance, not be exploitative and remain proportional so that natural resources are preserved.

Abstract

The Qur’an has a comprehensive view of the conception of education. Among the core of education is literacy. Student’s literacy skills are able to lead the nation’s generation to be literate and discover their potential. PISA research results in 2018 prove that Indonesia is ranked more than 10 and below in several assessment areas, such as reading, mathematics and science. The PISA 2018 data shows that the level of literacy in Indonesia is still low. Apart from the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) to develop educational policies, students also have a role as booster of the quality of education. Seeing the conception of literacy education from the perspective of the Qur’an, the KATABA Ma’had Al-Jami’ah became the object of research. The existence of this community acts as a support for the literacy atmosphere in the Ma’had environment which contributes to developing the world of writing and research. Through the qualitative method used in this study, the authors found that KATABA is a manifestation of the practice of the concept of literacy in Al-‘Alaq verses 1-5. The existence of literacy community among students contributes to the academic development of students. An increasing achievement index is one indicator of the success of the community in increasing the level of education in higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, pengetahuan, manfaat dan modal minimum investasi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Salatiga. Sedangkan untuk penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan kemudian diperoleh sampel sabanyak 100 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial religiusitas dan manfaat berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Sedangkan pengetahuan dan modal minimum investasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Kemudian secara simultan religiusitas, pengetahuan, manfaat dan modal minimum investasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hand and body lotion merek Citra. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen produk tersebut dari kalangan mahasiswi IAIN Salatiga. Karena jumlahnya belum teridentifikasi secara pasti, maka penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Cochrane dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial menunjukan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kemudian harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan brand image juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan secara simultan kualitas produk, harga dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hand and body lotion merek Citra.
