Abstract

KKN is a mandatory program in higher education that provides students with the opportunity to apply their theories to real-world community work. This initiative aims to enhance the community's understanding of health and education. The flagship program conducted during the first phase of KKN (July 16 – August 18, 2025) includes teaching programs at SDN Pangkoh Sari 3 and SDN Pangkoh Sari 4, health education for adolescents (Posyandu Remaja), and tutoring programs. The methods used in implementing the activities include observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The results of the program indicate an improvement in students' understanding, adolescents' awareness of reproductive and mental health, and children's basic skills. It is hoped that this KKN program will have a broader and more sustainable impact on the community of Mulyasari Village.

Abstract

Setiap orang, dalam perjalanan hidupnya, selalu mendambakan kebahagiaan. Hidup tanpa merasa ditolak oleh lingkungan, masyarakat, dan keluarga atas apa yang telah dan sedang dijalani menjadi salah satu kunci bagi manusia untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dengan memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan hidup. Kebahagiaan yang dialami seseorang memiliki dampak besar terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (Psychological Well-Being) mereka, yang pada dasarnya memengaruhi kualitas hidup secara keseluruhan. Kesejahteraan psikologis dapat dilihat dari kemampuan seseorang untuk menerima kondisi diri dan masa lalu dengan lapang dada, membangun hubungan positif dengan orang lain, menunjukkan kemandirian, menguasai lingkungan dengan baik, merasakan kepuasan hidup, serta menyadari dan mengembangkan potensi diri demi pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus pada tiga aspek: pertama, bagaimana gambaran kehidupan waria anggota Warna Sriwijaya setelah mereka memutuskan untuk menjadi waria, kedua, apa faktor yang mendorong mereka mengambil keputusan tersebut, dan ketiga, bagaimana kesejahteraan psikologis mereka? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif yang meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seorang waria berusia 33 tahun yang merupakan penduduk Kota Palembang. Setelah melalui tahap pengumpulan dan analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan penting. Secara umum, kesejahteraan psikologis waria anggota Warna Sriwijaya sangat dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan diri, dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan lingkungan, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, serta persepsi diri mereka. Namun, mereka juga menghadapi tantangan besar seperti stigma, diskriminasi, dan marginalisasi sosial, yang dapat menimbulkan perasaan rendah diri, isolasi sosial, dan gangguan kesehatan mental. Dalam konteks ini, peran bimbingan konseling menjadi sangat penting untuk mendukung perkembangan kesejahteraan psikologis waria, sehingga mereka dapat menjalani hidup dengan lebih sejahtera, percaya diri, dan produktif

Abstract

Kristen Methodist Indonesia College 5 is one of the private schools that educates disciplined and highly moral students. The problems faced by this school are the lack of assertiveness by school leaders so that the delivery of tasks cannot be carried out optimally, the culture in the school that has begun to fade both the culture to be consistent, the culture of courtesy that has declined, providing motivation that is less constructive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. Respondents in this study were 88 teachers. This research method uses Path Analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study which are the conclusion are Leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance. Leadership has a positive effect on work motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation. However, work motivation has no influence on teacher performance. Leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance through work motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance through work motivation.
