Abstract

Electronic administration system is one of the best solutions in the current digital era, electronic-based systems are considered to make it easier for an organization to process data and can reduce the possibility of data loss due to human error or natural disasters. The current administrative data management application is called the Electronic Office (E-Office). The E-Office handles data for  incoming mail, outgoing mail and mail disposition. There are frequent delays in receiving information and validating letter files that are still carried out using physical files, so the mobile e-office is a solution that can be used by an agency to make it easier  for workers to access information more quickly and can be done anywhere. Data security is an important thing that needs to be considered in an electronic transaction, so this research will add data security to the mobile e-office using sha-256 and lamport schemes. We present data on the results of this mobile e-office test on mobile devices and virtual private servers (vps), the data is in the form of functional application performance testing results and records of processing time performed by mobile and vps devices. From this  data an analysis will be carried out to determine the appropriateness of the devices that can be used in running a mobile e-office.

Abstract

This community service program was implemented as a form of contribution to support the strengthening of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in Pekon Yogyakarta, Gadingrejo Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency. The primary focus of this initiative is to enhance the promotional capabilities of MSMEs through the use of simple yet effective digital media. Three main strategies implemented in this activity include: creating promotional mini-vlogs through the Instagram platform, designing business banners as visual identities, and adding MSME locations to Google Maps services to make it easier for consumers to find business locations directly. This activity was designed to address the challenges faced by MSMEs in terms of limited access to and understanding of information technology as a marketing tool. The results of the program indicate an increase in business owners' awareness of the importance of digital presence and a growing enthusiasm for utilizing social media in a more targeted manner. With this approach, it is hoped that local SMEs will be able to expand their market reach, build a more professional business image, and gradually adapt to the developments in the digital economy.

Abstract

Penggunaan Electrooculography (EOG) sebagai antarmuka kendali mobile robot menghadapi permasalahan utama berupa noise yang menurunkan kualitas sinyal dan akurasi sistem kendali. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan Filter Kalman untuk mereduksi noise pada data sensor EOG dalam sistem kendali mobile robot berbasis gerakan mata manusia. Metode penelitian meliputi perancangan modul sensor EOG, implementasi algoritma Filter Kalman, serta evaluasi kinerja sistem menggunakan Mean Squared Error (MSE) dengan variasi parameter noise pengukuran (R) dan noise proses (Q). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi parameter R = 10 dan Q = 1 menghasilkan keseimbangan optimal antara peredaman noise dan pelestarian karakteristik sinyal asli. Integrasi Filter Kalman terbukti meningkatkan stabilitas sinyal, akurasi, serta responsivitas sistem kendali mobile robot terhadap perintah gerakan mata. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem kendali robot berbasis EOG yang lebih andal dan efisien untuk interaksi manusia–robot.
