Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, learning strategy and principal leadership on teachers' performance in public Elementary Schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District. The research design used is associative or correlational research because it connects independent variables with dependent variables. The analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The population was 104 and a sample of 83 respondents were Elementary School Teachers in Sekayu District. The study concluded, first, the Work Environment, Learning Strategy and Principal Leadership had a significant effect on the Performance of Teachers of Public Elementary Schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District. Second, there is a significant relationship between Work Environment Variables on Teacher Performance Variables. Third, Learning Strategies on Teacher Performance. Fourth, there is a significant relationship between Principal Leadership Variables on Teachers' Performance in Public Elementary Schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan variabel Lingkungan kerja, Kompensasi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Ogan Ilir, untuk Membuktikan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) , untuk Membuktikan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) , dan untuk Membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Pada penelitian ini yang dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian adalah variabel lingkungan kerja (X1), kompensasi (X2) dan kepemimpinan(X3) terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kausalitas. Operasional varibael yang digunakan dari indikator-indikator penelitian adalah variabel bebas (Independent) terdiri dari lingkungan kerja (X1), kompensasi(X2), serta kepemimpinan(X3) sedangkan variabel tidak bebas (dependent) adalah kepuasan kerja guru ( Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Desa Lumpatan Sekayu memiliki sumberdaya perikanan yang cukup banyak. Pengembangan Industri hasil perikanan merupakan salah satu andalan masyarakat Desa Lumpatan. Industri pengolahan ikan yang potensial adalah industri pengolahan kerupuk ikan bilik, yang ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah unit usaha dalam setiap tahunnya.  Industri pengolahan ikan yang memiliki produksi paling tinggi adalah produksi pengolahan kerupuk ikan bilik. Salah salah satu desa yang merupakan sentra industri pengolahan kerupuk ikan bilik adalah Desa Lumpatan. Kelompok industri rumah tangga ini merupakan usaha yang mengolah kerupuk ikan cilik dengan jumlah produksi terbesar di Sekayu. Kelompok industri usaha ini masih memakai teknologi rendah. Satu sisi produksi harus dingkatkan produksinya agar dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis kelayakan usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, aspek finansial dan non finansial meliputi analisis aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan hukum, aspek sosial-ekonomi-budaya, dan aspek lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Kelompok Usaha, Pengolahan dan Pemasaran serta Pendapatan.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Promotion Mix on Sales Volume of Jtrust Bisnis Savings Products at Bank Jtrust Indonesia Tbk Palembang Branch. This research instrument uses a questionnaire, then uses multiple linear regression to process data that has been tabulated from the results of respondents' answers. The results of the study concluded, first, the advertising variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Second, the sales promotion variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Third, public relations and publication (X3) variables have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Fourth, personal sales variables (X4) have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Fifth, the direct marketing variable (X5) has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). The six advertising variables (X1), sales promotion (X2), public relations and publications (X3), personal sales (X4), direct marketing (X5) have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). This means that the independent variable (X) together increases, so the sales volume (Y) increases.

Abstract

The application of quality and packaging to the cracker business in Lumpatan Sekayu Village is the title or topic of the Community Service Team. Providing counseling in the field of marketing management that specializes in quality and packaging of crackers. The implementation of this community service is by means of direct counseling to the cracker business owner and their workers. The goal is that cracker-making businesses can increase their production as a result of increased sales. The quality and packaging of the crackers has not been the concern of this cracker business maker. Several findings by the Community Service Team concluded in the report, 1). so far they have not considered the quality and packaging of the crackers. 2). The use of traditional means of production and drying, cracker size is not standard. 3). Do not have a business, health and halal permit from the relevant government agency. 4). The local government still lacks attention to cracker entrepreneurs, which are a household industry involving the workforce of local housewives. The Community Service Team after providing counseling will monitor and guide, so that these cracker processors carry it out. The team will provide a way out or a solution if they find a problem. The ultimate goal of community service is to improve the welfare of the owner and maker of crackers as well as the community in Lumpatan Sekayu Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment on morale which has an impact on the performance of the Palembang City Social Service staff. The research approach is quantitative research with associative research type. The population of this study were 96 employees of the Palembang City Social Service. The sample of this research is calculated by using the Slovin formula, the error rate of 5%, the sample size is 77 employees as respondents. The analysis model used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential and path analysis. This study aims to answer all problem formulations in the research object. The first conclusion, that leadership has a significant effect on employee morale. Second, the work environment, has a significant effect on employee morale. Third, leadership has a significant effect on the performance of the Palembang City Social Service Employees. Fourth, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Fifth, morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Sixth, leadership through morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Seventh, the environment through morale has a significant effect on the performance of the Palembang City Social Service Employees. A more effective path is the path between leadership and employee performance through employee morale. Researchers provide recommendations, first, it must be maintained that employee morale has the greatest contribution to employee performance and employee work environment. Monitoring and evaluation must be carried out, because leadership towards employee morale is still of low value. Leaders should set a good example so that the performance of the Palembang City Social Service Employees needs to be improved. There needs to be supervision and evaluation from the leadership.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the work environment on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance, leadership on employee performance and work environment, organizational culture and leadership on employee performance at the Sanga Desa District office. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with multiple linear regression models. Statistical calculations, resulting in a regression equation Y = 0.275 + 0.141X1 + 0.239X2 + 0.311X3. The results of the study answered the problem formulation which is also the purpose of this study. First, the work environment, organizational culture and leadership together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Desa, Musi Banyuasin District office. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Third, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Fourth, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the office employees of Sanga Village, Musi Banyuasin District.Through regression analysis, it is concluded that culture and leadership are more dominant in performance than the work environment of employees. However, leadership is more dominant than the variables of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance. Good leadership, management will be effective in its implementation so that it has an impact on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin District. Researchers provide recommendations, first, employees must provide good service to the community. Second, employees must be able to work together to achieve job goals. Third, leadership. running good work standards and there must be training for employees. Fourth, means to improve the internet / intranet network signal used for recording e-KTP and online village entry and reporting. Fifth, competence to maintain open deliberations. Emphasized to employees in completing tasks and responsibilities must be in accordance with existing work procedures
