Abstract

Purpose – The Influence Of Discipline and The Work Environment On Work Motivation and Its Impact On Employee Performance For Employees Of Youth and Sports In South Sumatera ProvinceDesign/methodology – The infrential analysis used in this study is the path analysis approach. The path analysis model is used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in order to determine the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent (exogenous) variables on the dependent (endogenous) variable. Findings - The results of this study conclude 1). There is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Work Motivation. 2). There is a significant influence between the Work Environment on Work Motivation. 3). There is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. 4). There is a significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance. 5). There is a significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Employees of the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, tarif dan aksesbilitas terhadap kepuasan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas wisatawan pada Objek Wisata Air Terjun Curup Tenang Bedegung Muara Enim.Metode penelitian mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Operasionalisasi variabel penelitian ini, yaitu Kepuasan Wisatawan (Y), Loyalitas Wisatawan (Z), Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Tarif/harga (X2), Aksesibilitas (X3).  Sampel yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan yang ada di Air Terjun Bedegung Muara Enim adalah 369 wisatawan. Analisis infrensial yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Model path analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung seperangkat variabel bebas (eksogen) terhadap variaabel terikat (endogen). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Tarif/Harga (X2), Aksesibilitas (X3), terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan (Y). (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Tarif/Harga (X2), Aksesibilitas (X3), terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan (Z), dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kepuasan (Y) terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan (Z) pada Wisatawan Objek Wisata Air Terjun Curup Tenang Bedegung Muara Enim.

Abstract

This study aims first, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tuning Auto Graha Palembang. Second, analyzing the effect of leadership, motivation and recruitment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Tunas Auto Graha Palembang. The population is 140 people and the sample in this study is based on Sugiyono's opinion with an error rate of 5%, totaling 100 respondents / employees. Testing the validity of the instrument through Corrected Item-Total Correlation, Performance Variables (Y), leadership (X1), and motivation (X2) the results of the test are valid. The reliability test results are all reliable variables on the questionnaire. The results of the statistical calculation of the regression equation Y = 15.149 + 0.327.X1 + 0.624.X2 + 0.438.X3 + e. This study concludes first, leadership, motivation, and recruitment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City. Second, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Tunas Auto Graha Palembang City

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the work environment on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance, leadership on employee performance and work environment, organizational culture and leadership on employee performance at the Sanga Desa District office. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with multiple linear regression models. Statistical calculations, resulting in a regression equation Y = 0.275 + 0.141X1 + 0.239X2 + 0.311X3. The results of the study answered the problem formulation which is also the purpose of this study. First, the work environment, organizational culture and leadership together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Desa, Musi Banyuasin District office. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Third, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Fourth, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the office employees of Sanga Village, Musi Banyuasin District.Through regression analysis, it is concluded that culture and leadership are more dominant in performance than the work environment of employees. However, leadership is more dominant than the variables of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance. Good leadership, management will be effective in its implementation so that it has an impact on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin District. Researchers provide recommendations, first, employees must provide good service to the community. Second, employees must be able to work together to achieve job goals. Third, leadership. running good work standards and there must be training for employees. Fourth, means to improve the internet / intranet network signal used for recording e-KTP and online village entry and reporting. Fifth, competence to maintain open deliberations. Emphasized to employees in completing tasks and responsibilities must be in accordance with existing work procedures

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation. loyalty and competence on employee performance jointly and partially at a pharmaceutical wholesaler company in the city of Palembang. The variables in this study were motivation, loyalty, and competence in performance. The population in this study was 1687 employees of pharmaceutical wholesalers in Palembang city with 243 samples. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. The results of data analysis in this study showed that together motivation, loyalty, and competence variables had a significant effect on employee performance of the pharmaceutical wholesaler company in the city of Palembang. Individually the motivation variable has a significant impact on performance. The loyalty variable has a significant impact on performance and the competency variable significantly affected the performance of a pharmaceutical wholesaler company in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and its influence on teacher performance Elementary School (SD) in the territorial waters of Banyuasin. The data of this study using cross section data. The variables are expressed in this research teacher performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction. The population in this study sample of 1,140 teachers and 270 teachers in this study. The sampling technique using cluster sampling and analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS program assistance. The results showed that motivation to work but not significant positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment and significant positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction and no significant negative effect on OCB, job motivation positive and significant impact on performance, organizational commitment significantly influence performance, job satisfaction and no significant negative effect on performance, OCB positive and significant effect on performance.The study reveals that the potential of existing OCB can significantly improve the performance of teachers. Education managers should be able to maximize the potential of OCB that has been owned.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, discipline, and work environtment on employee performance at Lembaga Pendidikan iSMART Palembang. Associative research methods with multiple linear regression and analysis technique. The sampling technique was simple sampling, by taking the entire sample of 115 respondents. The results showed that : (1) motivation, discipline and work environment partially significant effect on employee performance at Lembaga Pendidikan iSMART Palembang. (2) motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance of teachers at Lembaga Pendidikan iSMART Palembang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra. This type of research is associative. Samples in research at PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra 104 employees using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) there is a significant influence between motivation, discipline and organizational culture jointly on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra (2) There is no significant effect between motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra (3) There is a significant influence between discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Sinarmas in Palembang City. This type of research is associative. Researchers use motivation, discipline, employee satisfaction, and performance variables. The sample in this research is employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas, Palembang City, totaling 86 people, was selected using Cluster Random Sampling. The primary data used in this research was collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS Program Application. This research shows that (1) Work Motivation, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction significantly affect employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) Satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Sinarmas in Palembang City

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and personal factors on employee performance at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang, with motivation as an intervening variable. This is an associative study. The variables used in this research include leadership, personal factors, motivation, and employee performance. The sample consists of 120 PT employees. Pupuk Sriwidjaya Palembang, selected using Cluster Sampling. The primary data used in this research was collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel application. Research Findings: 1. Leadership positively and significantly affects work motivation. 2. Personal factors have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. 3. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4. Personal factors negatively but not significantly affect employee performance. 5. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6. Motivation strengthens the influence of leadership on employee performance. 7. Motivation also strengthens the influence of personal factors on employee performance at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaya Palembang
