Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, competencies, leadership style on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the East Semendawai District. The population usedin this study were all teachers of public elementary school in the East Semendawai District with a total sample of 180 teachers. The researh method used is an associative analysis method using path analysis, and the operation of its calculations using the application program version 16.0. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The work environment, competence, leadership style together have a significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers of public elementary school in the East Semendawai District. 2) The work environment, leadership style and job satisfaction together have a significant affect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the East Semendawai District. 3) The work environment did not have a significant effect and negative on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 4) Competence has a significant effect and positive on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 5) Leadership style has a significant effect and positive on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 6) The work environment did not have a significant effect and negative on the performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 7) leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 8) Job satisfaction did not have a significant effect and positif on teacher performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Perjapin Prima.Rancangan penelitian ini bersifat kausalitas dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 99 Orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis deskriptip dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dan perhitungan menunjukan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan kepuasan kerja sebesar 34.3%. Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan adalah variabel lingkungan kerja. Adapun saran yang diberikan oleh penulis adalah agar perusahaan lebih memperhatikan faktor kompensasi dan dapat mempertahankan lingkungan kerja agar tercipta kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the physical work environment influences of formal teachers of Bina Bangsa Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School in Suka Maju Village, Sungai Lilin District. This research is a type of descriptive research using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Respondents used were the entire population of 40 people. The method used to analyze the influence of the physical work environment on teacher work discipline is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, it was found that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of formal teachers of Bsina Bangsa Madrasah Tsanawiyah. In order for the physical work environment and work discipline to be better, it is suggested that the Leader can provide good facilities in each classroom.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Muara Dua Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Muara Dua Palembang yang berjumlah 60 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dengan demikian seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 orang karyawan pada PT Muara Dua Palembang. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitupula secara parsial, proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Bagi PT Muara Dua Palembang agar dapat melakukan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi lebih baik lagi. Perusahaan dapat melakukan proses perekrutan melalui sumber eksternal dengan menggunakan media massa. Perusahaan juga sebaiknya menambahkan tes psikologi dalam tahapan seleksi agar dapat mengetahui dengan jelas tipe dan kepribadian pelamar.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the effect of performance appraisal on incentive for outsourcing employee PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen (KAPM) Palembang area. The population of the subject in this research are all outsourcing employees as the author sampling for 79 respondents. The method of data collecting used in this research is questioner. The analysis technique used in this research is simple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that performance appraisal had positive and significant effects on incentives for outsourcing employees PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen (KAPM) area Palembang. Abstract

The success of organizational activities is always associated with the evaluation results of the implementation of these activities. Supervision is needed as an evaluation in ensuring organizational activities run effectively and efficiently. Regional government supervision carried out by APIP level 3 in South Sumatra is carried out to prevent irregularities and abuse of authority. Supervision activities by APIP require sufficient supervisory resources, have the ability and skills in supervision, for this reason APIP carries out recruitment, job training and job rotation. these three things have an impact on the revitalization and performance of supervisors. This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, job training and job rotation on the performance of supervisors with revitalization as an intervening variable. Research using empirical survey with quantitative methods. 118 data samples from 6 inspectorates with APIP level 3 predicate in South Sumatra were collected and further analyzed using the Structural Equalition Model (SEM) based on goal setting theory. Recruitment factors, job rotation job training and revitalization as intervening factors were hypothesized and validated for direct and indirect significant effects on supervisory performance. The results of this study indicate that recruitment and job training directly and indirectly affect supervisor revitalization and performance. While recruitment has a direct effect on the performance of supervisors, then revitalization has succeeded in becoming an intervening element in job training and job rotation but not on recruitment. These findings contribute to knowledge, especially the practice of determination theory, where success in improving supervisory performance as an organizational goal can use recruitment, job training and job rotation. and use the revitalization process to become the mediator. Prospectively, the results of this study will provide informative insights for supervisors and APIP managers in carrying out recruitment, job training and job rotation in the process of improving supervisor performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Cabang Utama Palembang PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan yang signifikan pada tahun 2023, disertai dengan peningkatan beban kerja terutama dalam kegiatan penyaluran bantuan sosial (bansos) yang menuntut waktu dan energi ekstra di luar jam kerja reguler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif di KCU Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, namun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja terbukti menjadi variabel intervening yang memediasi parsial dalam hubungan antara work-life balance serta beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
