Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and professional competence on employee performance moderated organizational commitment to employees of the Department of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Batang District. The population in this research is all employees of Department of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Batang Regency which amounted to 113 people. The sampling technique used is the census method. The data were collected through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this research is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study note that work motivation positive effect on employee performance. Professional competence has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment moderates the influence of competence on employee performance. Organizational commitment moderates the influence of professional competence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh risiko kredit Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas sebagai variabel independen dan risiko kredit sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia pada periode 2010-2013 secara berturut-turut. Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif, meliputi analisis statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan analisis kebaikan model. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, terbukti bahwa secara parsial, rasio likuiditas, dan rasio profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap risiko kredit, sedangkan rasio aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap risiko kredit. Berdasarkan uji-F yang dilakukan dan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda di atas dapat diketahui bahwa model regresi dapat dipergunakan untuk memprediksi risiko kredit. Sedangkan risiko kredit mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel rasio likuiditas, rasio profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas sebesar 31,7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PD BPR BKK Blora. The sampling technique used in this study is a census, where the entire population is taken as a sample of 50 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, it can be seen that leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This result means that the better the leadership is applied, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. The existence of a leader who can generate ideas for employees at work, prioritizes partnerships with employees and empowers and involves employees in development can make employees higher job satisfaction. Likewise, motivation means that the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee's job satisfaction

Abstract

Bank syariah yang melaksanakan kegiatan operasional di Indonesia bersaing dengan bank konvensional. Hal ini juga dialami oleh PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. Pada kenyataannya, pangsa pasar bank konvensional masih lebih besar dibandingkan dengan bank syariah. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar muslim Indonesia lebih memilih jasa bank konvensional. Selain itu, hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa bank syariah masih belum mampu menarik anonimo masyarakat luas. Karenanya, penelitian ini dinilai urgen untuk dilakukan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh nasabah tabungan PT Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Pekalongan. Teknik sampling yang diterapkan adalah non probability sampling (purposive sampling).  Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilaksanakan, terbukti bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, lan Lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Menabung. Sedangkan LOkasi adalah variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap Keputusan Menabung.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, Lokasi dan Keputusan Menabung AbstractIslamic banks (subsequently they are called shariate banks) that carry out operational activities in Indonesia must compete with conventional banks. It is also experienced by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. In real fact, the market share of conventional banks is still greater  than  Islamic banks. It  indicates that most Indonesian Muslims prefer conventional banking services more. In addition,  it indicates that Islamic banks are still not able to attract the interest  of the wider community. Therefore, this research was considered urgent to be carried out. The research population was all savings customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia in Pekalongan City. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). Based on the tests carried out, it wass proven that Service Quality, Promotion, and Location positively influenced  Savings Decisions. Meanwhile, Location was the variable that had the strongest influence on  Savings Decision.Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion, Location and Saving Decision

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dewasa ini sudah menyentuh berbagai sektor dimasyarakat. Suatu entitas usaha mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dengan perantaraan teknologi. Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Lamper Lor Kecamatan Semarang Selatan Kota Semarang adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Melalui penyuluhan ini, diharapkan warga setempat dapat mempromosikan hasil Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM). Metode yang digunakan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan kepada pelaku UMKM. Materi yang diangkat meliputi Penentuan Biaya Produksi, Akuntansi untuk UMKM, perpajakan UMKM, Pemasaran Digital, dan pengelolaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah pelaku UMKM mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui media sosial maupun marketplace.

Abstract

In actual life, the efforts to achieve a harmonious balance between work and family life and other activities outside of work are very important. A balance between the both creates good mental health and it is condusive for personal life. Likewise for online motorcycle drivers (ojek online) with work activities that require them to leave home and family. Therefore, the study was conducted to ascertain several influencing factors of work-life balance. Some of the variables studied were Relation-Oriented Leadership Behavior, Personality, and Flexible Time Hours as independent variables and Work-Life Balance as the dependent variable. The object of this research was online motorcycle drivers who worked in Wonosobo Regency and 100 of them were selected as research samples. Through hypotheses testing by applying data processing software of SmartPLS 3, it was concluded that Relation-Oriented Leadership Behavior, Personality, and Flexible Time Hours positively influenced Work-Life Balance. Thus, all research hypotheses were accepted. Therefore, the better Relation-Oriented Leadership Behavior was performed, the better  Personality, and the better Flexible Time Hours was implemented, the better  Work-Life Balance of online motorcycle drivers in Wonosobo Regency.
