Perusahaan perlu membuat strategi untuk menciptakan kepuasan bagi karyawan, sehingga berdampak positif untuk perusahaan. Salah satunya adalah memberikan kompensasi yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan kompensasi finansial menurut karyawan kontrak PT Unilever Body Care Indonesia Tbk (ULBC); 2) Mengetahui kinerja karyawan kontrak PT ULBC; dan (3) Mengidentifikasi hubungan kompensasi finansial dengan kinerja karyawan kontrak PT ULBC. Data bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan persepsi karyawan kontrak mengenai kompensasi finansial dan kinerja karyawan kontrak menunjukkan bahwa, kompensasi finansial dan kinerja karyawan kontrak telah sesuai dengan harapan karyawan. Hasil uji korelasi antara kompensasi finansial dengan kinerja karyawan kontrak sebesar 0.813 menunjukkan hubungan positif dan kuat. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa, kompensasi finansial dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan kontrak PT ULBC.Kata Kunci: kompensas finansial, kinerja karyawan, PT Unilever Body Care Indonesia Tbk

Library and Deployment Center for Agricultural Technology (PUSTAKA) is implementing good governance and reform of the bureaucracy but the distribution of employees not comply with existing workload. The solution of these problem is make an improvement in management of personnel, carrying out more targeted, have a clear and continous pattern. The objectives of the research are to analyze the effective working time used by the employees on staff level of PUSTAKA, and to analyze the ideal number of the employees needed on staff level of PUSTAKA using the regulation of Minister Empowerment State Aparatus and Bureaucracy Reform number 75 year 2004. The method used in calculating workload using full time equivalent and calculating needs of employee using regulation of Minister Empowerment State Aparatus and Bureaucracy Reform number 75 year 2004. The results shows that the effective working time of employees is 90.652,5 minutes or 237 effective working days during the year and the number of employees needed of each sub-section/sub-field in general not in accordance with the needs of the ideal employee.

Employees who are engaged will give the best performance and do things related to the job optimally in order to achieve the goals of the institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation (DSITD) of IPB University. The research method used is quantitative research method, using descriptive statistik analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the state of employee engagement and employee performance in DSITD IPB is in good category. Partially, absorption elements have been found to effect the employee performance. However, together with vigor and dedication, absorption element have an effect of 67,5 percent on employee performance, meaning that of all variables that can affect employee performance, employee engagement only affects 67,5 percent.

Strategy of The General Election Commission (KPU) of Bogor Districts in Raising The Voters Participation on General Election 2019. The citizen's participation in politics that can be measurable is the citizen's behaviour in the election. The low level of participation is considered as an unfavourable sign that the government only serves the interest of some groups. The General Election Commission (KPU) as the election conventions plays a critical role as the facilitator between the candidates and the voters, they have to ensure the access of information and all the society's information necessities. Therefore, it needs to have the right strategy in raising the voters participation. The purpose of this research is to identify factors of the internal and external environments in raising the voters participation, to formulate the alternative strategies based on the internal and external factors and to define the right strategy that can be implemented by The General Election Commission (KPU) of Bogor districts. The research sample is chosen by using the nonprobability sampling method with a certain considerations (purposive sampling). The research methodology uses analysis of the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT and QSPM as the final decision the research resulting the main strategy that can be implemented, which is composing decisions the technique of election convention that is customized with Bogor district condition which based on the rules of regulations

Perubahan organisasi yang terjadi pada PT Sawit Permai Lestari mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah karyawan terutama di Divisi Finance & Treasury. Penurunan tersebut berdampak pada pelimpahan dan penambahan pekerjaan pada beberapa jabatan di Divisi Finance & Treasury. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengidentifikasi deskripsi pekerjaan karyawan Divisi Finance & Treasury PT Sawit Permai Lestari (2) mengukur dan menganalisis beban kerja karyawan pada divisi Finance & Treasury berdasarkan hasil analisis beban kerja, dan (3) menghitung jumlah kebutuhan karyawan optimal pada Divisi Finance & Treasury PT Sawit Permai Lestari. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 16 orang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis beban kerja dengan perhitungan full time equivalent berdasarkan aktivitas unit kerja dan expert judgement. Hasil analisis beban kerja pada Divisi Finance & Treasury menunjukkan 25% (4 orang) memiliki beban kerja rendah (underload), 56.25% (9 orang) memiliki beban kerja normal (fit), 18.75% (3 orang) memiliki beban kerja berlebih (overload). Kebutuhan tenaga kerja optimal pada Divisi Finance & Treasury adalah sebanyak 18 orang.

This study aims to 1) analyze theworkload of employees PD BPR ArthaSukapura Singaparna Branch and 2) analyzethe needs of the number of employees in PDBPR Artha Sukapura Singaparna Branch. Themethod used is the analysis of the workloadthrough the Full Time Equivalent (FTE). Theresults of the analysis of the workload onstaff of marketing fund and account officer 2staff has a value of overload and so we needone new employees for staff of marketingfunds and one new employees for accountofficer 2 staff with the status of permanentemployee.

Generasi Z mendominasi di perguruan tinggi dan memiliki karakteristik yang unik yaitu cepat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu tempat pembelajaran untuk mempersiapkan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifkasi karakteristik mahasiswa generasi Z (2) menganalisis pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi mahasiswa generasi Z. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Departemen Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen IPB angkatan 52-55. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS menggunakan Smart Pls 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden merupakan bagian dari generasi Z berusia 18-22 tahun dan gaya belajar auditori memengaruhi prestasi secara signifkan.

Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Bogor merupakan sebuah Instansi terkait dari DISNAKERSOSTRAN yang dibentuk untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan kepada masyarakat Kota Bogor. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis karakteristik peserta pelatihan UPTD BLK Kota Bogor, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pencari kerja dalam mengambil keputusan untuk mengikuti pelatihan di UPTD BLK Kota Bogor dan menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen dalam mengikuti pelatihan di UPTD BLK Kota Bogor . Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui karakter responden dan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan peserta mengikuti pelatihan di UPTD BLK Kota Bogor. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui faktor yang mempengaruhi prilaku peserta dalam mengambil keputusan mengikuti pelatihan di UPTD BLK Kota Bogor adalah faktor pribadi, faktor tangible, faktor pelayanan, faktor internal, faktor eksternal, faktor lokasi dan faktor pendapat keluarga.Vocational training center of Bogor city is a relevant agencies of DISNAKERSOSTRAN established to provide skill training to the people of Bogor. The purpose of this research is to know the trainee UPTD BLK of Bogor characteristics and the factors of job seekers behaviour that affect the decision to determine training at UPTD BLK of Bogor. Analisys tools in this research is descriptive analisys to determine the character of respondent and factor analisys to determine the factors that influence the decision making of participants training in UPDT BLK of Bogor. Result of research knowed factors that influence the behaviour of participants in the decision making training in UPTD BLK of Bogor is factor of personal, tangible factor, service factor, internal factor, external factor, location factor and factor family opinion.

Selleri Indonesia as a startup company that was established in 2021 is required to be able to compete in a competitive manner requiring good human resource management. Good human resources (HR) is the key to success in facing competition in the global era and plays a very important role in achieving company goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and employee engagement on the performance of Selleri Indonesia's employees. This study used primary and secondary data, which were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive methods and SEM-PLS. Based on the descriptive analysis of employee perceptions regarding organizational culture and employee engagement, it is included in the very good criteria. Based on the results of the SEM analysis, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Then, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance.
