Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of the online learning system CIPP evaluation instrument and to evaluate the online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic at IAIN Ambon. It was an evaluation research, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The research subjects were students at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at IAIN Ambon. Moreover, the data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Instrument validity used expert judgment. The reliability of the instrument was analyzed using Alpha Cronbach. The result analysis used quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that: 1) the instrument was feasible and suitable used as a measuring tool for the evaluation of the online learning system at IAIN Ambon based on validity and reliability tests. 2) the results of the evaluation in terms of context showed that the average achievement was 95% in the very good category. The evaluation from the input aspect showed that the average achievement was 91% in the very good category. While the evaluation in terms of the process aspect showed that the average achievement was 93% in the very good category and the evaluation from the product aspect showed that the average achievement of 79% was in the good category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan instrumen evaluasi CIPP sistem pembelajaran online dan melakukan evaluasi sistem pembelajaran online selama pandemi Covid-19 di IAIN Ambon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi, menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan di IAIN Ambon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Validitas istrumen menggunakan expert judgement. Reliabilitas instrumen dianalisis menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis hasil menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) instrumen layak dan sudah sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai alat ukur evaluasi sistem pembelajaran online di IAIN Ambon berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. 2) hasil evaluasi ditinjau dari aspek konteks menunjukkan pencapaian rerata sebesar 95% dalam kategori sangat baik. Adapun evaluasi dari aspek input menunjukkan pencapaian rerata sebesar 91% dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan evaluasi ditinjau dari aspek proses menunjukkan pencapaian rerata sebesar 93% dalam kategorisangat baik dan evaluasi dari aspek produk menunjukkan pencapaian rerata sebesar 79% tergolong dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

The research aims to describe and explain the: 1. local wisdom In the culture of Maluku people as the power of social integration and brotherhood in the multicultural context of Maluku people. 2. The values of multicultural education in culture Pela, Gandong, Famili, Badati, Masohi, Ma’anu. This research uses a qualitative deskrptive method with a content analysis technique (content analysis, Through two steps of procedure, namely: First. Procurement or data collection of multicultural education values in the local wisdom of the Maluku people. Second. Data validation using semantic validation patterns to measure the solitude and depth of symbolic meanings associated with the context of multicultural values in the local wisdom of the Maluku community. The results of this study showed Local wisdom forms that contain the value of fraternity and become the power of social integration, inter-siwalima The Monodualistic Cultural roots, then culture pela, gandong, famili, And each other culture and cooperation such as culture badati, masohi, ma’anu. The values of the Muliticular education in the forms of the wisdom of life between Values understand each other's differences, Respect each other, Love one another, protect each other, sustain one another, and support each other, As the fact or reflection of Multikulturl education, respect for others and respect for self.

Abstract

The existence of private higher education in the regions in this era of decentralization is a dilemma. On the one hand, they need local government assistance to grow and develop in order to contribute to regional development, but on the other hand the local government cannot help optimally because various existing regulations are hampered. This makes the local government to help universities in the region in various ways and without clear standards. After examining this phenomenon in Maluku, this study found several interesting findings. First, basically the regional government has tried to be involved in the development of higher education in the regions, but in terms of providing assistance there is no clear policy standard. Assistance provided by local governments is often based on the "good relationship" that exists between local governments and university administrators. In such a relationship, aspects of political interest appear to be more dominant, so that many university managers are trapped in it. Second, in the future it is necessary to create a strong legal basis as the basis for the authority to involve local governments in assisting the development of higher education in the regions. These legal norms can be included in the laws and regulations concerning local government as well as in the laws and regulations concerning universities. AbstrakEksistensi pendidikan tinggi swasta yang berada di daerah pada era desntralisasi ini sangatlah dilematis. Di satu sisi mereka membutuhkan bantuan pemerintah daerah untuk tumbuh dan berkembang guna memberi kontribusi bagi pembangunan di daerah, namun disisi yang lain pemerintah daerah tidak bisa membantu secara maksimal karena terhambat berbagai regulasi yang ada. Hal ini membuat pemerintah daerah membantu perguruan tinggi di daerah dengan berbagai cara dan tanpa standar yang jelas. Setelah meneliti fenomena tersebut di Maluku, maka studi ini menemukan beberapa temuan menarik. Pertama, pada dasarnya pemerintah daerag telah berusaha untuk terlibat dalam pengembangan pendidikan tinggi di daerah, namun dalam hal pemberian bantuan belum ada standar kebijakan yag jelas. Bantuan yang diberikan pemerintah daerah acap kali lebih banyak didasarkan pada “hubungan baik” yang terjalin antara pemerintah daerah dan pengelola perguruan tinggi. Dalam relasi seperti itu aspek-aspek kepentingan politik tampak lebih dominan, sehingga banyak pengelola perguruan tinggi terjebak didalamnya. Kedua, kedepan perlu diciptakan dasar hukum yang kuat sebagai dasar kewenangan keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dalam membantu pengembangan pendidikan tinggi di daerah. Norma hukum tersebut bisa dimasukkan kedalam peraturan perundang-undangan tentang pemerintah daerah maupun dalam peraturan perundang-undangan tentang perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci; Desentraliasi, Pemerintah Daerah, Pendidikan Tinggi, Desentralisasi,                       Maluku
