Abstract

E-commerce yang menawarkan banyak kemudahan terhadap konsumen belum tentu berhasil hanya dengan membuat website toko online, namun konsumen secara personal juga akan menilai dan menentukan perilaku apa yang akan diambil berdasarkan penilaian secara subyektif dari konsumen terhadap suatu situs e-commerce, apakah konsumen tersebut akan percaya dan selanjutnya dengan senang hati bertukar informasi pribadi dengan situs e-commerce, dan akhirnya mempunyai keinginan untuk bertransaksi atau tidak. Penelitian ini bermaksud menguji pengaruh 3 faktor dalam Trust Building Model (TBM) kaitannya dengan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap e-commerce toko online fashion di Indonesia. Benarkah kepercayaan konsumen di Indonesia disebabkan oleh faktor perceived site quality (kualitas situs yang dirasakan), faktor perceived vendor reputation (reputasi vendor yang dirasakan), dan structural assurance (susunan keamanan) khususnya untuk e-commerce bisnis ke konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menganalisis masing-masing faktor tersebut dengan meneliti 200 responden yang sudah pernah bertransaksi dan belum pernah bertransaksi namun mempunyai keinginan di kemudian hari dan sudah pernah berkunjung ke situs toko online fashion. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen e-commerce toko online fashion di Indonesia sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas website dan susunan keamanan yang tersaji melalui website, sedangkan reputasi vendor melalui website tidak signifikan mempengaruhi konsumen untuk bisa lebih percaya pada suatu vendor toko online fashion.E-commerce that offers a lot of convenience to consumers uncertain of success simply by making the website an online store, but consumers will personally assess and determine what behavior that consumers will take based on consumer’s assessment of an e-commerce site, whether consumer will believe and subsequent gladly exchange personal information with an e-commerce website, and make the transaction or not. This study intends to examine the influence of three factors in the Trust Building Model (TBM) relation with consumer’s trust in e - commerce online store of fashion in Indonesia. Is it true that consumer’s trust in Indonesia is caused by those factors: perceived site quality, perceived vendor reputation, and structural assurance, especially for e-commerce business to consumer. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze each of these factors by examining the 200 respondents who had dealings and have never had trade but have willingness to trade later and had ever been to a fashion online store site. The results of this study indicate that consumer’s trust in ecommerce online store of fashion in Indonesia is strongly influenced by the quality of the website and structural assurance presented through the website, while the reputation of the vendor through the website does not significantly influence consumers to be more trust in an online fashion store vendors.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat sangat mempengaruhi kegiatan usaha manusia di bidang apapun khususnya bidang bisnis. Saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa informasi menjadi salah satu sumber daya utama pada suatu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap para pesaingnya. Oleh sebab itu, setiap perusahaan mencoba untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi agar dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efesiensi dalam proses bisnis, hal ini bertujuan agar mampu memberikan nilai tambah yaitu berupa competitive advantage dalam persaingan bisnis.Banyak hal yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang digunakan belum optimal. Maka dari itu penulis berusaha menganalisa kinerja atau kegiatan institusi Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) tersebut terkait pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, agar dapat memberikan suatu pemikiran yang berdasarkan Best Practices standar COBIT 4.1 sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan strategis.Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Terra Computer System dan Adi Wahana Informatika di Kota Kediri telah menerapkan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada level Repeatable but Intuitif. Hasil pengolahan kuesioner mendapati nilai rata-rata untuk domain Plan and Organise (PO) dan Acquire and Implement (AI) adalah antara 1,50 – 2,49 dari rentang nilai 0 sampai 5. Artinya telah melakukan tata kelola teknologi informasi masih cukup baik meskipun belum baku.The development of information technology is growing rapidly affect activity in any field of human endeavor, especially in business. Currently there is no doubt that the information becomes one of the main resources in an enterprise to improve competitiveness against its rivals. Therefore, every company tries to implement information technology in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency in business processes, it aims to be able to provide added value in the form of competitive advantage in business competition.Many issues related to the utilization of information technology used is not optimal. Thus the authors have attempted to analyze the performance or activities of the institution Course and Training Institute (CTI) is related to the utilization of information technology, in order to give a thought which is based on Best Practices COBIT 4.1 standards so that it can be considered in making strategic decisions.Courses and Training Institute (CTI) in Kediri have implemented information technology governance at the level of Repeatable but Intuitive. Results of questionnaire processing finds the average value for the domain Plan and organisé (PO) and the Acquire and Implement (AI) is between 1.50 to 2.49 of the value range of 0 to 5. It has been doing information technology governance is still pretty good though not raw.

Abstract

The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a model used by researchers to predict and analyse factors that influence a person's interest in a technology. The purpose of this literature review is to find out how the interests of users of an information system are investigated. This literature review is based on a thorough review of the research and a descriptive discussion based on previous studies that investigate the acceptance of an information system. Previous researchers have used good research methods and research steps, so the results of the study can also give an idea of how user interests strongly influence the usefulness and actual actions when using an information system. The results of a systematic review show that the TAM method for predicting an individual's interest in accepting an information technology relationship between constructs used is a determinant that can measure interest in user behavior and also a determinant that can predict and explain interest in user behavior.Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, Behavior Interests, User Behavior.

Abstract

In recent years, external smart charging, especially on laptop devices, has become quite an interesting topic due to the need for a response to a decrease in battery capacity and damage. As the development of embedded systems such as Arduino which is commonly used, this system offers more flexible data communication, which initially used cables to be wireless, ranging from Bluetooth to WiFi. As for this topic, there are controls based on the user's electricity needs and the condition of the electrical system, which is called dynamic demand control. The key to this method is the frequency of the electricity network and the battery. This method can provide extensions to smart charging to only charge when needed. The positive impact of using this method in addition to preventing the battery from being damaged is electricity savings. In this study the authors tried to study two models of the smart charging system schemes that have never been compared, namely the standalone and centralized models. The results of this study indicate that although the centralized model is more efficient in terms of reading the frequency value of the electricity network, in terms of performance the standalone model is more stable and reliable.

Abstract

Currently web accreditation online that is used by BAN-SM DIY is a typical registration system online in enclose menu information of value and a list schools and will in accreditation.According to (Karnohartomo dkk, 2012 ) to develop software interactive, there are two main target for parameters success, namely usability and user experience goals, then the application must be given opportunity for users to complete its activity on the application as well as possible In this research writer using methods PLS (Least Partial Square).According to Tanenhaus dkk, (2010), PLS is a method of analysis which powerful because not based many assumption.Method pls have excellence are data must not normally distributed multivariate (indicators with scales categories, ordinal, intervals until the ratio can be used on the same model) and size samples not necessarily big. Based on the results reliability testing showed that all the items in it 's reliable assessment the questionnaire , with the figures of cronbach alpha & gt; 0.70 and composite reliability & gt; 0.7 .The difference it is evident that the value of cronbachs alpha and composite reliability most are analysis of the path by intervention .Namely relations error with usability correlation value 0,9051 which means that the higher error the higher the relations between variables usability learnability with efficiency namely correlation value of 0,1343 which means that the higher learnability the higher efficiency.

Abstract

Perpustakaan berperan sebagai penyedia layanan informasi pendidikan dan penelitian serta merupakan unit usaha dari suatu instansi yang mengelola bahan pustaka berupa buku dan bahan non buku yang disusun secara sistematis. Dalam rangka meningkatkan layanan yang kami berikan kepada pengguna perpustakaan, Universitas Slamet Riyadi berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan yang cepat dan responsif, informasi yang mudah diakses oleh pengguna perpustakaan, dan fasilitas pendukung untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Penulis menggunakan metode LibQual+TM untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh Perpustakaan Universitas Slamet Riyadi. Metode LibQual+TM mengukur kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan perpustakaan berdasarkan tiga aspek: dampak layanan, pengelolaan informasi, dan lokasi perpustakaan. Untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai kebutuhan pemustaka, kami mengukur kepuasan pemustaka dengan mempertimbangkan manfaat dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan perpustakaan kepada pemustaka.

Abstract

PT TASPEN PERSERO telah menerapkan teknologi informasi komputerisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasinya. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi selain meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan informasi serta pelayanan TIK di dalam perusahaan, juga meningkatkan berbagai jenis risiko. Tingginya tingkat ketergantungan perusahaan terhadap layanan layanan TIK untuk menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi menjadi hal penting diperlukannya manajemen risiko teknologi informasi untuk mengurangi dan menanggulangi risiko-risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Untuk mengetahui apakah suatu perusahaan tersebut sudah melakukan pencegahan terjadinya kesalahan dan meminimalkan risiko-risiko teknologi informasi maka diperlukan suatu framework evaluasi manajemen risiko teknologi informasi salah satunya adalah COBIT 5. Proses evaluasi manajemen risiko teknologi informasi menggunakan COBIT 5 terdapat pada domain proses APO12 (Manage Risk) dan domain proses EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation). Dari hasil evaluasi terhadap data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi didapatkan nilai capability level domain APO12 dan EDM03 berada pada level 1. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa tabel kuesioner evaluasi risiko teknologi informasi, capability level, dan rekomendasi. Kata Kunci:COBIT 5, capability level, rekomendasi
