Abstract

The research objectives are to analyze the level of agribusiness competencies of smallholders with vegetable planting, the correlated factors with agribusiness competence of smallholders with vegetable planting, and the strategies of increasing agribusiness competence of smallholders with vegetable planting. The respondents are vegetable farmers who live in the sub-district Syiah Kuala of Banda Aceh and sub-district Darussalam of Aceh Besar. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted on the 77 respondents using survey, interviews and observations technique, starting in April 2015 The descriptive analysis and correlation test (Pearson correlation) were used to analyze the data.The results showed that the level of agribusines competencies of smallholders with vegetable planting in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar including moderate category. The moderate agribusiness competence is shown by the moderate level of knowledge, attitude, and skill. There is a very real correlation between: the characteristics of the socio-demographic (age, level of formal education, non-formal education, and experience), motivation to farm, interaction and communication of farmers with agribusiness competencies of smallholders with vegetable planting. The effective strategies that can improve the agribusiness competence of smallhoders are: improve training and field school for farmers, increase the interaction and communication of farmers with extension workers, and the development of farmers groups.Keyword: smallholders,vegetable planting, characteristics, agribusiness competencies

Abstract

     The study of chlorophyll-a concentration and phosphate content was conducted in the estuary of Panga river, Aceh Jaya district on August 2017. The objective of this research was to figure out the correlation between these parameters in this area. Samples were collected using the purposive sampling method. The result showed that the chlorophyll-a concentration was positively related to the phosphate content with the value of the correlation coefficient, r= 0,66 and determination coefficient, R2= 0,44. It was obtained that chlorophyll-a concentrations were ranged from 0,9-1,23 mg/L and phosphate contents were ranged from 60-70 μg/L.       Kajian mengenai konsentrasi klorofil-a dan kadar fosfat dilakukan di muara sungai Panga, Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada Bulan Agustus 2017. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kedua parameter tersebut di daerah ini. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purpossive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi klorofil-a berkolerasi positif dengan kadar fosfat, dengan nilai koefisien kolerasi, r= 0,66 dan koefisien determinasi, R2= 0,44. Diperoleh konsentrasi klorofil-a di muara Sungai Panga ini berkisar antara 0,9-1,23 mg/L dan kadar fosfat berkisar antara 60-70 μg/L.

Abstract

Humas yang pada intinya merupakan kegiatan komumikasi yang dilakukan dalam suatu lembaga kepada publik, baik intern maupun ekstern,akan menjadi “corong.” lembaganya, sehingga setiap permasalahanberkenaan dengan lembaganya, Humaslah yang harus tampil untuk menjelaskan dan menginformasikan apa sebenarnya yang terjadi. Humas merupakan bagian dari suatu manajemen sebuah lembaga,instansi, organisasi, maupun perusahaan. Sebagai bagian dari sebuahmanajemen, maka keberadaan- Humas adalah sebagai penunjang tercapainya tujuan lembaga di mana ia berada.

Abstract

Artikel ini fokus pada transformasi pesan agama menjadi produk jasa yang dapat dipasarkan melalui instagram, objek kajiannya adalah pesan-pesan yang mengandung komodifikasi layanan aqiqah, khalayak virtual yang berinterakasi di akun @aqiqahnurulhayat dan mitra layanan aqiqah yang bekerja menggiring khalayak untuk menggunakan jasa layanan aqiqah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dilakukan dengan metode etnografi virtual diawali dengan memasuki arena media social Instagram lalu capturing chatlog dan capturing screenshots dan menganalisis data dari entitas. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan terjadinya komodifikasi agama melalui tiga hal yaitu komodifikasi isi pesan, komodifikasi khalayak virtual dan komodifikasi mitra layanan jasa aqiqah, ketiganya nampak dari gambar dan pesan yang diposting di akun @aqiqahnurulhayat sudah mengalami adaptasi ajaran agama dengan pesatnya teknologi digital yang menggeser gaya hidup muslim kelas menengah dalam merayakan kehadiran anak di tengah keluarga.

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution, Article 27 Paragraph stated that “every citizen has the right to work and a decent living for humanity "The Manpower and Population Mobility Service noted that the number of foreign workers in Indonesia as of May 2021 reached 92,058 people and on 10 June 2020 it found 29 Chinese foreign workers brought in by PT. MPG and PT. Tjianjin, whose work permit has expired. Then on August 8, 2020, 37 out of 39 Chinese foreign workers who will work in the PLTU 3 and 4 projects entered through Cut Nyak Dhien Airport, who only have a visit visa, without a work permit. The research method used in this study is library research and documentation. In the literature research, secondary data will be obtained, which will provide descriptions of how the laws and regulations governing the placement of foreign workers are practiced. Conclusions and suggestions that can be concluded, Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2013 concerning Procedures for the Use of Foreign Workers, and the Role of the Aceh Government in Supervision of Foreign Workers in companies in the Aceh Legal Territory are carried out in accordance with Law No. 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh. It is hoped that the government and the government of Aceh can improve supervision of foreign workers as stipulated in Qanun No. 7 of 2014 concerning employment, the duties and functions of the government of Aceh in Article 1 of Qanun No. 7 of 2014 concerning employment according to the duties and functions of the Labour Inspection Sector, so that foreign workers can be supervised and limited in the use of work visas in Indonesia because currently foreign workers  in Indonesia is very easy to get a job without any restrictions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations so as not to harm local workers.
