Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi peranan sentimen investor terhadap return industri beserta implikasinya pada three-factor asset pricing model. Peranan sentimen investor pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan proksi indeks keyakinan konsumen (IKK). Penelitian ini menggunakan data bulanan dari Januari 2013 sampai Desember 2017. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa sentimen investor berpengaruh negatif terhadap return industri terutama pada sektor properti, real estate, dan konstruksi bangunan dan sektor keuangan, serta membuktikan pengaruh sentiment investor yang signifikan pada model asset pricing, khususnya three-factor asset pricing model. Secara garis besar, peranan sentimen investor yang signifikan tersebut menunjukkan adanya fenomena mispricing dalam melakukan penilaian harga aset di Pasar Modal Indonesia.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are activities that are closely related to today's daily life, especially in the all-digital era. Based on data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesian MSMEs have contributed 60.3% of Indonesia's total Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, only 13% of the total MSMEs make good use of technological advances. One of the MSMEs that have not used the digital era as an opportunity is the Malijo Coffee Shop (MCS). The purpose of this community service activity for MCS is to provide knowledge and maximize the potential of the coffee shop business by using the Business Model Canvas approach and the internet-based supporting application Google My Business. The methods applied in the service to MCS are lectures, tutorials, and practices. The result of this service is an increase in the understanding of MCS owners on the implementation of business strategies through BMC and Google My Business assistance and an increase in the number of visitors compared to before and after the implementation of this assistance.

Abstract

Community service in the form of mentoring MSMEs is an activity related to the tridrama of higher education which is closely related to today's daily life, especially in the all-digital era. Based on data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesian MSMEs have contributed 60.3% of Indonesia's total Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, only 13% of the total MSMEs make good use of technological advances. One of the MSMEs that have not implemented the digital era as an opportunity is Shanti Bhuana Shop. The assistance provided to the Shanti Bhuana Shop SMEs to help Shanti Bhuana Shops implement ILO Score Training as a means to facilitate Shanti Bhuana Shops in compiling a business model or creative and innovative business. The assistance and management that will be carried out for Shanti Bhuana Stores is to introduce ILO Score Training and Google My Business. The methods applied in the service to the Shanti Bhuana Shop are lectures, tutorials, and practices. During the mentoring program, scheduled activities have been implemented. From the mentoring and management program to the Shanti Bhuana Shop. The result of this service is where Shanti Bhuana Store itself has successfully implemented ILO Score Training and Google My Business with intense assistance. It is estimated that the visits and sales of Shanti Bhuana's shop will increase after successfully implementing the ILO Score Training and Google My Business. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh Gender-Role Orientation yaitu maskulin, feminin dan androgynous terhadap intensi berwirausaha di Universitas Ciputra. Guna mengumpulkan data penelitian, kuesioner disebarkan ke 147 responden di Universitas Ciputra dengan tingkat pengembalian kuesioner 100%. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode incidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh variabel maskulin, feminin, dan androgynous sebagai variabel independen terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel maskulin dan feminin tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan variabel androgynous berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Abstract Blue economy has become a leading sector in Indonesia and contributes greatly to the Indonesian economy through the productivity of marine products and employment. Sungai Kakap Village is one of the villages famous for its marine product potential in West Kalimantan Province. However, problems related to processing marine products into high-value alternative processed products are the main problems that hinder the optimization of marine products in this village. The aims of this service activity are to find solutions to these problems and build partnerships with the KPUP Sungai Kakap Village. The method used in this community service is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and is carried out in stages, namely 1) Identification and Analysis, 2) Assistance Planning, 3) Implementation of Assistance, 4) Monitoring and Evaluation, and 5) Final Report. The results of this community service are the majority of participants who attended felt very satisfied and felt high benefits from this service activity, especially in the aspects of delivering material and providing technology.
