Abstract

This article explores descriptively by using literature review about transformational leadership and the principal strategy to support literacy movement in school. The study found that the critical roles of principal strategy to support financial movement are: (1) developing the curriculum that strengthen science knowledge, nature of science, and implementation in technology and the impacts to the environment and society; (2) incorporating with society (parents, committee, and alumni) for providing books in library; (3) using contextual learning strategy that balancing learning activity in school and society; (4) Strengthen story telling activity or re-telling to motivate students to read; (5) arranging pedagogic approach included discussion, scientific research, academic writing, and argumentation; (6) recruit professional library officer; (7) encourage teacher and staff to support  school literacy movement with 15 minutes reading before learning starts; (8) developing short and long term literacy program.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa yang berdampak ke hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 2 sekolah yaitu SMA Muhammdiyah 3 Arjasa dan SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh SMK Negeri 1 Sragen Dan SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Arjasa hanya berjalan satu arah, sehingga siswa hanya memhami materi yang diberikan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan model pembelajran yang dapat mengaktifkan siswa, salah satunya menggunkan model pembelajaran PBL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan serta menganalisis penerapan PBL dalam pembelajaran ekonomi dan akuntansi pada kelas XI dan respons siswa kelas XI terhadap penerapan model problem based learning dalam pembelajaran daring. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu kualitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Arjasa dan SMK Negeri 1 Sragen menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran PBL pada siswa tergolong baik dan berhasil dilihat dari kriteria desain, langkah-langkah pembelajaran dan nilai yang dihasilkan oleh siswa. Serta respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan model problem based learning ini dikatakan positif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation process and the obstacles experienced during online learning. This type of research uses qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that 1) the process of implementing online learning has been going well using several media, namely Google Classroom, Google Form, Whatsapp, Zoom and several websites. The process begins with scheduling at the beginning of the semester, implementing the learning process and ending with an evaluation; 2) Constraints that occur during online learning at SMKN 3 Sukoharjo come from internal and external factors. Internal factors are laziness and addiction to playing games. While external factors are limited signal and internet quota used to access learning, lack of teacher knowledge or mastery of IT related to the media used during online learning; 3) The solution applied to internal factors for students is that the teacher always provides motivation at the beginning of the learning process by giving points each student can answer questions from the teacher, the solution that can be given to teachers is to provide training and coaching for teachers related to online learning. Then for external factors, namely providing free quota assistance to students, delivering material through media that does not drain internet quota too much, scheduling that has been neatly arranged so that students can know when to find a place to get a strong signal during the learning process.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by Samira Travel's partners is marketing and skills in utilizing technology, especially WhatsApp business. This social media is very popular in Indonesian society, but not all Indonesian people, especially Samira Travel partners, know this application. For this reason, there needs to be a training activity so that Samira Travel partners can take full advantage of this application. This activity was carried out using the Training of Trainner (TOT) method which was carried out for approximately 6 hours which was divided into 2 sessions, lecture sessions and hands-on practice. The activity was held at the Samira Travel Soloraya branch office which was attended by the head of the Samira Travel Soloraya branch and 30 partners of Samira Travel. The purpose of this training activity is that Samira Travel's partners can implement strategies to take advantage of digital marketing through the WhatsApp business. The results of this training activity showed that 97% of those present already had a WhatsApp business account and 3% did not have a WhatsApp business account because cellphones were not supported. Samira Travel partners have proven to understand the use or management of whatsapp business as a sales medium. In addition, Samira Travel's partners feel that there is an increase in their skills on how to optimize various features in WhatsApp business. Suggestions from training activities are the need for follow-up activities with different materials, namely how to create promotional contentSalah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra Samira Travel adalah pemasaran atau marketing dan ketrampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi khususnya whatssapp business. Sosial media ini sangat popular di masyarakat Indonesia, namun tidak semua maysrakat Indonesia khususnya mitra Samira Travel mengetahui aplikasi ini. Untuk itu, perlu ada suatu kegiatan pelatihan agar mitra Samira Travel dapat memanfaatkan apliaksi ini secara maksimal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan Metode Training of Trainner (TOT) yang dilaksanakankurang lebih selama 6 jam yang dibagi menjadi 2 sesi, sesi ceramah dan praktik secara langsung. Kegiatan dilaksakan di kantor cabang Samira Travel Soloraya yang dihadiri oleh kepala cabang Samira Travel Soloraya dan mitra Samira Travel yang berjumlah 30 mitra. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah mitra Samira Travel dapat menerapkan strategi untuk memanfaatkan digital marketing melalui whtassapp business. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa 99% yang hadir telah memiliki akun whatssapp business dan 1% belum memiliki akun whatsssapp business dikarenakan handphone tidak support. Mitra Samira Travel terbukti sudah memahami dalam penggunaan ataupun pengelolaan whatsapp business sebagai media penjualan. Selain itu, mitra Samira Travel merasakan adanya peningkatan ketrampilan tentang cara mengoptimalkan berbagai fitur yang ada di whatssapp business. Saran dari kegiatan pelatihan adalah perlunya kegiatan tindak lanjut dengan materi yang berbeda yaitu bagaimana cara membuat konten promosi

Abstract

Abstrak Mitra Samira Travel mengalami kendala dalam hal pembuatan content digital, hal ini akan berpengarih secara tidak langsung pada kuantitas penjualan mitra. Secara umum, mitra harus menunggu share  dari kantor pusat atau mitra lain sehingga dapat menghambat proses penjualan. Maka dari itu, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan membuat content digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan mitra Samira Travel. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kantor Cabang Samira Travel yang diikuti 31 mitra. Metode Training of Trainner digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan alokasi waktu 6 jam terdiri dari 3 jam teori dan 3 jam berikutnya adalah praktik secara langsung. Materi yang digunakan adalah cap cut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 29 mitra telah dapat menggunakan cap cut, sedangkan 2 mitra belum bisa menggunakan cap cut dikarenakan HP tidak mendukung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil evaluasi yaitu: 1) Mitra dapat melakukan install aplikasi sebesar 93,54%; 2) Mitra dapat melakukan editing foto atau video sebesar 87%; 3) Mitra dapat melakukan editing suara sebesar 83,87%; 4) Mitra dapat menambahkan teks pada foto atau video sebesar 93,54%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, mitra Samira Travel dapat menggunakan cap cut untuk membuat content digital. Kata kunci:: content digital; mitra samira travel; penjualan Abstract Samira Travel partners experience problems in creating digital content, this will indirectly affect the partner's sales quantity. In general, partners have to wait for shares from the head office or other partners, which can hamper the sales process. Therefore, the aim of this service is training to create digital content to increase sales of Samira Travel partners. The activity was carried out at the Samira Travel Branch Office which was attended by 31 partners. The Training of Trainers method is used in this activity with a time allocation of 6 hours consisting of 3 hours of theory and the next 3 hours of direct practice. The material used is stamp cut. The training results show that 29 partners have been able to use cap cut, while 2 partners have not been able to use cap cut because their cellphones do not support it. This is shown by the evaluation results, namely: 1) Partners can install applications at 93.54%; 2) Partners can edit photos or videos up to 87%; 3) Partners can perform sound editing of 83.87%; 4) Partners can add text to photos or videos at 93.54%. These results show that in general, Samira Travel partners can use cap cut to create digital content. Keywords: content digital; marketing; samira travel partners.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan siswa, kemandirian dan kerja kelompok terhadap Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Pada jenis penelitian ini digunakan seluruh siswa AKL kelas XI SMKN 1 Banyudono. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh, jumlah siswa dalam kelas tersebut berjumlah 72 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi berganda, uji F, dan uji t. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa uji-t memberikan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,022 untuk keaktifan siswa, 0,029 untuk kemandirian siswa, dan 0,000 untuk kerja kelompok siswa. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan tingkat signifikansi yaitu 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasanya keaktifan, kemandirian dan kerja kelompok siswa memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelajaran proyek pada mata pelajaran akuntansi secara bersamaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of fashion trends, product quality and price on thrift purchasing decisions among Muhammadiyah University Surakart students. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative with a correlational research design. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire using the Google Form platform. The place of research was carried out at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The population in this study were 92 active students of the Accounting Education Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with a research sample of 62 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. From the analysis of existing data, the following research results were obtained: 1) fashion trends have a negative effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 0.597; 2) product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 0.155; 3) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 0.002; 4) fashion trends, product quality and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a calculated f value of 9.159.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work skills and work environment on work productivity. This research uses a quantitative method using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaire data. The population in this study were all Niks Konveksi employees, totaling 80 employees. The number of samples from this research was 66 respondents. Based on the research results, it was found that the work skills variable had an effect on work productivity. This can be seen from the calculated t value of 6.109 , which means 6.109 > 1.996 and the significance is 0,000 < 0.05 . Work environment variables partially influence work productivity. This can be seen from the calculated t value of 3.735 , which means 3.735 > 1.996 and significance 0,000 < 0.05 . Furthermore, the variables of work skills and work environment simultaneously influence productivity. This can be seen from the calculated F value which is 197.775 , which means 197.775 > 3.14 and significance 0,000 < 0.05 .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe consumptive behavior in online shopping among accounting education students, find out the factors that influence consumptive behavior in online shopping among accounting education students and describe how to overcome consumptive behavior in online shopping among accounting education students. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were five accounting education students at universitas muhammadiyah surakarta. The techniques used in this research were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show that 1) consumer behavior in students can be seen from their appearance or lifestyle such as usage style which is trending in the surrounding environment. 2) There are factors influencing the consumer behavior of accounting education students, namely social media. This is characterized by factors that influence consumer behavior in online shopping, advertising, discounts on social media can influence students to buy the product, apart from that, good packaging can attract students to own the product. 3) The impact of consumer behavior on students is that the higher the desire to own an item, the higher the expenditure, resulting in waste among students. To overcome this waste by resisting the desire to buy something that does not suit your needs, making a long-term financial budget, and saving.
