Abstract

Salatiga City Disperinnaker, a government agency focusing on industry and labor, has developed the Salatiga Job Vacancy Information System (SIOLGA) to streamline its operations. As the SIOLGA application has recently completed its development phase, there arises a necessity for robust risk management to anticipate potential threats and vulnerabilities. Employing ISO 31000 standards, the research aims to mitigate risks effectively. The ISO 31000 framework encompasses risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment phases. Through this process, the study identified 18 potential risks within the SIOLGA application, categorized into three levels: high, medium, and low. Specifically, there are 5 high-level risks, 10 medium-level risks, and 3 low-level risks. By implementing rigorous risk management strategies, the expectation is for the SIOLGA application to operate more efficiently and optimally, fulfilling its intended objectives.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is an important part of its value both in terms of investment and intangible potential for an organization in its operational life. The use of IT in government sector organizations, in order to provide services to the public, as well as managing government running mechanisms including interactions with citizens is known as E-Government. The essence of e-Government is efficiency, transparency, public participation and responsiveness of government institutions. The Salatiga City Community and Civil Services is one of the Salatiga city government agencies which is engaged in public services in the field of civil data collection, making IT a supporting component of constitutional management in improving the efficiency of work flows and processes in public services. In order to create efficiency and improve performance in the IT sector, good governance is needed, as well as decision making in the IT sector. Therefore, it requires evaluation and recommendations regarding governance and decision making in the IT sector. Based on this research, recommendations for 5 process domains are provided as a reference as an effort to improve the Information Technology Governance of the Salatiga City Community and Civil Services.

Abstract

Akuisisi platform X (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Twitter) oleh Elon Musk pada tahun 2022 menimbulkan perubahan signifikan yang memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan masa depan platform ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari perubahan tersebut terhadap kualitas layanan X, dengan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) sebagai alat evaluasi. Fokus penelitian terletak pada aspek attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, dan novelty dalam layanan X. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun X telah memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang memuaskan, dengan nilai attractiveness 1,66, efficiency 1,60, dependability  1,60, dan stimulation 1,66, terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan dalam aspek perspicuity dengan nilai 1,58 dan novelty yang hanya memperoleh nilai 0,79. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penilaian pengalaman pengguna yang komprehensif dan spesifik. Penelitian masa depan sebaiknya mengeksplorasi metode evaluasi yang beragam untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang kualitas layanan X dan kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

This study analyzes the risks associated with the ESPK (Electronic Calibration Request) Program at PT Konimex Sukoharjo using the Octave Allegro method. The ESPK program is utilized for calibration processes, and the research aims to determine whether the program poses potential risks to the company. The Octave Allegro method is used to evaluate threats and information security risks, enabling the organization to make decisions based on risks to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information assets. Data obtained indicate a Relative Risk Score of 28, meaning the risks can be mitigated or postponed. The findings involve users of the ESPK program, such as calibration admins, validation officers, calibration technicians, information system managers, and the owners of calibrated equipment. Key risks identified include data input errors, server downtime or maintenance during working hours, and incomplete program features. All these risks can either be mitigated or postponed. In conclusion, PT Konimex has not previously conducted a risk analysis on the ESPK program, and the Octave Allegro method identifies threats and risks for better protection of information assets.

Abstract

This study compares the performance of Linear Regression and Neural Network algorithms in predicting stock prices using historical data from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) for the period from January 1, 2019, to February 17, 2025. The dataset includes daily open, high, low, and close prices, as well as trading volume. Linear Regression is employed as a conventional statistical approach, while Neural Networks are applied as a machine learning method based on deep learning. Performance evaluation is conducted using three error metrics: Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The experimental results show that the Linear Regression model consistently produces more accurate predictions with lower error values compared to the Neural Network. Although Neural Networks are more flexible in capturing non-linear patterns, Linear Regression demonstrates greater stability under market conditions present in the observed data period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna TikTok Shop dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). TikTok Shop merupakan platform e-commerce yang menggabungkan fitur video pendek dengan layanan belanja daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung terhadap aplikasi TikTok Shop pada versi Android dan iOS. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: melakukan studi literatur terhadap penelitian sebelumnya, mengidentifikasi masalah, menentukan sampel yang terdiri atas 100 pengguna aktif TikTok Shop berusia 18–25 tahun, menyusun instrumen pertanyaan, menyebarkan kuesioner, melakukan uji reliabilitas, menganalisis data menggunakan UEQ Analysis Tools, serta menyusun kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan tergolong sangat baik, dengan skor tinggi pada enam skala UEQ, yaitu: Attractiveness (1,65), Perspicuity (1,81), Efficiency (1,62), Dependability (1,57), Stimulation (1,63), dan Novelty (1,31). Skor tertinggi diperoleh pada skala Perspicuity (1,81), yang menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka dan fitur TikTok Shop mudah dipahami dan digunakan oleh pengguna, serta menyediakan navigasi yang intuitif sehingga memudahkan proses transaksi.

Abstract

Managing population documents such as lost or damaged ID cards (KTP) and Family Cards (KK) remains a challenge for the public due to complex procedures, lengthy processing times, and limited access to information. This study aims to design a chatbot interface to simplify the document management process using a Design Thinking approach focused on user needs. Design Thinking consists of five stages: Empathize (identifying user problems), Define (formulating the core issues), Ideate (generating solution ideas), Prototype (creating initial designs), and Test (evaluating the solution). The prototype was tested on 37 respondents to assess its quality. The analysis results show that the average score for all statements ranged between 3 and 4, indicating positive feedback on the design. All items were validated with an r-count value > 0.3, with the highest value being 0.864, while the reliability test produced a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.863, demonstrating excellent internal consistency. Overall, the chatbot was considered effective, user-friendly, and capable of supporting digital transformation at the Civil Registry Office (Disdukcapil). The trial also indicated a potential increase in user satisfaction of up to 85% and a 60% improvement in information retrieval efficiency compared to conventional methods. These findings suggest the proposed solution as a viable digital alternative to accelerate services, reduce queues, and enhance transparency and public satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi penerimaan barang berbasis mobile di PT XYZ. Penelitian didorong oleh permasalahan penerimaan barang yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu tingginya potensi kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan dalam proses, dan ketidakakuratan data stok. Pengembangan Goods Receipt Application (GR App) ini menggunakan metode prototipe serta memanfaatkan framework Flutter dan integrasi ke sistem SAP melalui API agar proses pencatatan dapat dilakukan secara real-time. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui uji fungsional untuk memastikan seluruh fitur aplikasi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, mulai dari pengelolaan Order Sheet, Surat Jalan, pemindaian QR Tag, hingga pengiriman data ke SAP. Evaluasi juga dilakukan untuk mengukur efisiensi aktifitas sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama telah berjalan dengan baik tanpa ditemukan kesalahan kritis. Penerapan aplikasi ini mempermudah proses pencatatan penerimaan barang, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta mempercepat alur kerja operasional di PT XYZ. Dengan demikian, sistem ini tidak hanya menggantikan prosedur manual, tetapi juga menghadirkan proses penerimaan barang yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi. Selain implikasi praktis tersebut, penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi ilmiah pada perkembangan literatur dan referensi di bidang sistem informasi logistik, khususnya pada perusahaan manufaktur, serta menjadi penelitian terapan rujukan untuk alternatif pengembangan aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan sistem SAP.

Abstract

Efficient and easy-to-understand public services are a primary demand in today’s digital era. One essential service that needs improvement is the registration system for birth certificates and Child Identity Cards (KIA). This study aims to design an efficient and user friendly user interface (UI) to facilitate online registration for the public. The Design Thinking method is used as the main approach in this research, consisting of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Through interviews and observations involving users and civil registration officers (Disdukcapil), several challenges were identified, such as long queues and the perception of excessive documentation required for registering birth certificates and KIAs. The ideation and prototyping process resulted in a simpler and more understandable UI design. Testing of the prototype showed a significant improvement in users’ understanding of the registration process and their overall satisfaction. Therefore, the Design Thinking approach has proven effective in producing a UI design that meets user needs and enhances the efficiency of digital public services.Keywords: Design user interface; Design Thinking; Birth certificate registration; Child identity card registrationAbstrakPelayanan publik yang efisien dan mudah dipahami merupakan tuntutan utama dalam era digital saat ini. Salah satu layanan penting yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah sistem pendaftaran akta kelahiran dan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang efisien dan user-friendly guna mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan pendaftaran secara daring. Metode Design Thinking digunakan sebagai pendekatan utama dalam penelitian ini, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap pengguna serta petugas Disdukcapil, ditemukan berbagai kendala seperti antrian yang panjang serta dokumen yang dianggap banyak dalam mengurus pendaftaran akta kelahiran dan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA). Hasil dari proses ideasi dan prototyping menghasilkan desain UI yang lebih sederhana, dan mudah dipahami. Pengujian terhadap prototype menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman alur pendaftaran dan kepuasan pengguna. Dengan demikian, pendekatan Design Thinking terbukti efektif dalam menghasilkan desain UI yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan pengguna serta meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik digital.

Abstract

Efficient and effective archive management is a major challenge for many government institutions in the digital era. At the Belantikan Raya Subdistrict Office, the manual archiving system causes issues such as limited storage, difficulty in retrieving documents, and the risk of document damage. This research aims to design a Digital Archival Management Information System to improve archive management efficiency. The research uses the prototype method, including requirement analysis, system design, and prototype development. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach is used to illustrate the system’s structure and workflow. Results show that the designed system improves record-keeping, storage, retrieval, and reporting, while reducing data loss, saving storage space, and speeding up administrative processes. The system also significantly contributes to enhancing employee performance and archive management at the Belantikan Raya Subdistrict Office, serving as a foundation for future web-based archiving system development.Keywords: Information System; Digital Archive; Prototype Method; Unified Modeling Language AbstrakPengelolaan arsip yang efisien dan efektif menjadi tantangan besar bagi banyak instansi pemerintah di era digital ini. Di Kantor Kecamatan Belantikan Raya, sistem pengarsipan manual yang masih digunakan menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan, kesulitan dalam pencarian arsip, dan risiko kerusakan dokumen. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan Digital yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan arsip. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah prototype, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, dan pembuatan desain prototype. Pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan untuk menggambarkan struktur dan alur kerja sistem secara jelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu memperbaiki proses pencatatan, penyimpanan, pencarian, dan pelaporan arsip, serta mengurangi risiko kehilangan data, menghemat ruang penyimpanan, dan mempercepat proses administrasi. Selain itu, sistem ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan tata kelola arsip di Kantor Kecamatan Belantikan Raya, serta menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan sistem pengarsipan berbasis web di masa depan.
