This research aims to determine the effects of e-commerce implementation on customer satisfaction and room reservation quantity. The data is obtained from questionnaires distribution and analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis where F-Test and T-Test tested the 168 samples of 290 population. From the result of analysis, Partial test on customer satisfaction shows that the three variables have t count> t table, the independent variable is quality of use (X1), namely 8,132> 1,974; the independent variable information quality (X2), namely 2.609> 1.974; the independent variable of interaction quality (X3) is 2.956> 1.974, so each H1 is accepted. Regarding the room reservation level, the partial test shows the three variables have t count> t table, the independent variable is the quality of use (X1), namely 2.181> 1.974; the independent variable information quality (X2), namely 2.021 <1.974; the independent variable of the quality of the interaction (X3), namely 3.497> 1.974, so H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that the usability quality (X1), quality of information (X2), and quality interaction (X3) have significant effects on customer satisfaction (Y1) and room reservation quantity (Y2). Specifically, the quality of interaction shows a significant effect on the room reservation quantity as well as the quality of information and interaction on customer satisfaction. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the quality of interaction and quality of information have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and only the interaction variable has a positive effect on the quantity of hotel room reservation.

This study aims to design strategic information systems and information technology (SI / IT) planning at Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto Vocational School using the Ward & Peppard method. With the increasing number of vocational schools in Banyumas, competition between schools, especially the private sector, is inevitable. One form of competition is by utilizing technology, technological developments in the world of education when not only as support but also as an enabler for the organization's business processes. To be able to compete in schools must have the right strategy by utilizing technology as a supporting tool to improve quality and quality. IS / IT strategic planning is a process of finding, collecting, researching a portfolio of technology-based SI applications that will support business processes and create the main objectives of an organization / company business. SI / IT also affects business processes to determine the strategic steps used in the strategic planning of the organization / company. IS / IT Strategic Planning Research at Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto Vocational School with Ward & Peppard will produce an IS / IT strategic planning proposal in the form of IT strategy (Information Technology), SI strategy (Information System), and IS / IT management strategy in document form. SI / IT solutions are generated to support the main business processes of Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto Vocational School in the form of application portfolio recommendations in the future.

Based on the results of Nutritional Status Monitoring (PSG) conducted by the Ministry of Health in several regions in Indonesia there are sufferers of malnutrition from the age of 0 - 59 months. Banyumas Regency itself entered into the red zone the highest number of cases of malnutrition with 65 cases. For the Baturraden area with an area of 45.35 km2 and having 12 villages, there is a Puskesmas which only has 1 general practitioner, 3 nurses, 6 midwives and 1 nutritionist. Based on the Recaputulation of the Agency for Health and Human Resource Development, the Health Center I Baturraden is considered still not meeting the standard number of Health Human Resources. In addition, the lack of public awareness and economic reasons further worsened the condition of community nutrition. Seeing the cases that occur requires a system that can diagnose early conditions of malnutrition in children that can be accessed directly by everyone by utilizing expert system information technology. The purpose of this study is to design and build a mobile phone (android) application called ‘Gizie’ by using the forward chaining method for Puskesamas 1 Baturraden Banyumas Regency which can help medical personnel and parents diagnose early malnutrition in children. The research method used is the research and development method (R & D) to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products.

AbstrakBerita mengenai korban tindak kekerasan di kalangan perempuan dan anak memang belum terlalu banyak ditemukan di dalam berbagai literatur yang ada. Hal tersebut bisa saja disebabkan oleh persepsi masyarakat bahwa kekerasan yang dialami merupakan aib dan lebih baik disembunyikan. Selain itu, terkadang masyarakat, khususnya warga Kelurahan Purwosari Baturraden, juga kurang begitu paham mengenai tindakan-tindakan yang dikategorikan kekerasan dan prosedur yang tepat untuk melaporkan tindak kekerasan yang terjadi. Di sisi lain, Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) dan Komisi Nasional Anti Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan (Komnas Perempuan) telah mencoba beberapa cara, bahkan penggunaan teknologi, untuk menjangkau masyarakat agar berperan aktif dalam mencegah dan menagani tindak kekerasan terhadap anak dan perempuan yang ada di sekitarnya. Melalui pengabdian ini, tim dosen STMIK Amikom Purwokerto berusaha memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada warga Kelurahan Purwosari Baturraden, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, untuk berperan aktif dalam mengenali dan mencegah tindak kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak yang ada di sekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan, lebih dari 90% masyarakat sasaran mulai sadar dan dapat mengidentifikasi tindak kekerasan serta mengetahui bagaimana cara untuk melakukan pengaduan melalui layanan yang disediakan KPAI dan Komnas Perempuan setelah mengikuti penyuluhan yang telah dilakukan. Sehingga pengabdian ini dinilai telah berhasil mencapai tujuannya untuk mengedukasi masyarakat sasaran mengenai kekerasan terhadap anak dan perempuan.Kata Kunci : Anak-anak, Kekerasan, Perempuan

Lazis Al Irsyad Al Islamiyah adalah lembaga nirlaba yang bergerak dalam pengumpulan infaq, shadaqoh, dan zakat. Tujuan dari lembaga yang didirikan oleh Yayasan Al Irsyad Al Islamiyah Purwokerto adalah memberdayakan masyarakat dhuafa berbasis dakwah, sosial kemanusiaan dan pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang ada dan tidak bermaksud mengumpulkan dana semata untuk kepentingan pengurus lembaga. Dalam era teknologi sekarang ini umat muslim tidak seharusnnya melalaikan perintah berzakat dengan mengatakan kesibukan duniawi sebagai alasan utama. Dengan bantuan teknologi pula aplikasi zakat berbasis dekstop bisa membantu pengguna untuk membayarkan zakatnya lewat konfirmasi pembayaran, serta bisa membantu pengguna menghitung zakat hartanya apakah sudah memenuhi nishab atau syarat pengeluaran zakat.

Guidelines regarding the development of health services by the community indirectly require the management and executors of health services to provide services in an optimal and professional manner. With the help of information systems, it is expected to help management to achieve improved health services. This study aims to analyze the success of the application of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), especially the medical record information system applied at Wijaya Kusuma Hospital, DKT Purwokerto. The TAM and UTAUT 2 methods are used by several researchers to measure the success of the application of information systems based on the wishes of users / consumers in using information systems. The TAM method was developed to explain the behavior of information system users. Placing attitude factors and each user behavior with the construct. UTAUT 2 is a development of the previous method which aims to help companies / organizations to understand how the use of information technology in supporting company / organizational performance Comparison of the final results of both methods is done to determine the extent to which the success of information systems can be explained by the two analysis results. produced. The final result stated that a better method was used in the success of the hospital management information system at Wijaya Kusuma Hospital, DKT Purwokerto, namely the UTAUT 2 method because the UTAUT method was able to measure 2,109 while the TAM method only measured 1,782.

Aplikasi “Si Tubo” untuk Mendeteksi Dini Gejala Tuberkulosis pada Anak dengan Metode Backward Chaining Ika Romadoni Yunita; Fiby Nur Afiana

Anak-anak adalah kelompok usia dengan risiko yang tinggi tertular Tuberkulosis karena kekebalan tubuh yang belum berkembang secara sempurna. Tuberkulosis aktif pada anak dapat dicegah atau diketahui sejak dini apabila orang tua mengetahui ciri-ciri dan media penularan Tuberkulosis. Sayangnya informasi tersebut belum menyentuh seluruh aspek masyarakat, kurangnya dokter dan stakeholder yang terlibat untuk mensosialisasikan, mahalnya bisaya konsultasi dan berobat menjadi faktor pendukung. Dengan bantuan teknologi, peneliti berusaha memberikan informasi yang akurat mengenai Tuberkulosis. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun aplikasi mobile bernama “Si Tubo”, dengan metode inferensi Backward Chaining yang dapat membantu para orang tua dan stakeholder yang terlibat untuk mendeteksi dini gejala-gejala penyakit Tuberkulosis pada anak dan mencegah penularan. Basis pengetahuan berdasar pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 67 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis, beberapa literature dan konsultasi dengan Dokter Anak setempat sebagai si pakar. Namun aplikasi ini hanya mendeteksi dini bukan mendiagnosis bahwa anak terkena Tuberkulosis. Melalui Aplikasi Si Tubo orang tua bisa melakukan langkah pencegahan atau pemeriksaan lebih lanjut ke rumah sakit terkait bila ternyata anak diduga Tuberkulosis aktif.

Pembuatan Video Promosi dengan Metode Value Proposition Canvas pada Hompimpaa.id Fiby Nur Afiana

Hompimpaa is one of the startups that is growing by focusing on early childhood education with the development of interests and talents. The obstacle faced by Hompimpaa is that it is not widely known by the public, consumers are limited to parents who follow parenting communities. Promotional media also has not maximally benefited hompimpaa. The Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) method as one of the strategies to analyze needs, the results of promotional media design with Value Proposition Canvas Analysis show that the main problem or pain faced by consumers is that the user/consumer has not fully mastered the platform provided by Hompimpaa. With the right analysis, a promotional video can be designed that is able to answer market needs, especially parents who want to hone their early childhood interests and talents through the right parenting and child application, namely through Hompimpaa. Through the resulting promotional video, it is hoped that it will introduce hompimpaa to a wider market share.
